Jamie takes the time to always advise what your nails need; recently when I was concerned that my nails were seemingly very weak , yet I needed a manicure for an event and then business trip thereafter, she took a few moments to go over three options which would get me 'instant gratification' versus long term - meaning back on track with healthy nails. I went with that option even though it meant my nails may be a bit short for a couple of weeks. I got a treatment that was just the same as a manicure and 'dazzle/zazzle' on the top for color. It was pretty ; simple and here's hoping that this gets me back to healthy nails on my own! Again, I can't say how nice everyone is here .. because I am not giving it enough credit :-)

I told them that I did not want a gel manicure for fear that it would further weaken my nails. They took time to discuss various options with me and ultimately we decided on silk wraps for the damaged nails and Dazzle Dry nail polish. It was by far the best manicure I've ever had. That was 11 days ago and my nails still look great.

She simply buffed them down & did not soak them or anything (she buffed them down to where it started burning my nails and then made fun of me because I said it hurt.) I did not know that you were supposed to soak them off until later when my nails literally started falling off which hurts pretty bad. I feel taken advantage of since I trusted them & gave a tip. very upsetting experience and probably won't be going back. I say probably because I usually see Amy or Emily who are much more enjoyable than the lady who did them this time. Edit: thank you for clarifying the miscommunication between me and June.
