Family chose this place and to be honest it was a decent breakfast, I ordered the chilaquiles divorciados, green and red chilaquiles with some low cost carne asada, now I know it is not Ranchera Meat, but it was a nice thin cut pieces of carne. Whenever you want good latino food. This is where you come. Granted there are restaurants that charge you an arm and a leg for ORGANIC GROWN ingredients like sharkeys or some place called rio in palmdale. They put different veggies to make it seem like they care about you but they do it as a "cop out" to overcharge. I dont want healthy!!!!! I just want tasty food that i can have a great heart attack to because they care about flavor rather than organic. Like why do i want ceviche from alaskan halibut? Along with shrimps from Tuscany that aee imported here so i can eat it for 50 bucks. Those restaurants there are smoking. I placed an order online, went to pick it up, system was down so they never got the order. I show the cashier my receipt and ask for either a refund or for the order to be filled. She claimed she doesn't want to "get in trouble with management" so I should call the next day between 9am and 3 pm to speak with management myself. Fine. I call 5 times during that time period the next day, and the phone goes straight to voicemail. After 3 the phone line opens and I talk to someone at the restaurant. She claims she has no online orders from the previous day and that I now need to come in the restaurant between 9-3 the following day to show the receipt (what I already tried to do when I came to pick up the food originally). Unfortunately like most people I work during these hours. The charge on my card was still pending so I figured maybe they didn't get the order and it would just time out. Nope. I keep putting it in the fridge & taking it back out to snack on while reading my book. The guacamole comes in a taco shell. It was made fresh with large pieces of veggies. Delish! When I arrived to pick up the cashier only heard that it was 1 carne asada plate and said it would be another 30 minutes for the other. I couldn't wait especially in this time so I told her just the 1 plate and barbacoa is fine. When I went home the container of barbacoa was just fat and no meat. Food was amazing I got the chilaquiles Rojos with egg and a piece of steak. My husband got the menudo and it came with handmade tortillas. The chilaquiles were spicy but not too much my meat was cook to perfection and I got the egg over medium. I would recommend coming early on the weekend because as soon as we were leaving it started getting packed. It also comes with rice, beans, and homemade tortillas! My husband had the alambre mixed meat. It includes asada, chicken, and shrimp sauteed with onions and bell peppers with cheese on top. This meal also comes with homemade tortillas! There are so many delicious options: tacos, nacho fries, quesadillas (homemade tortilla, asada, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce), and the list goes on. This place is the place to go for Menudo! For the past month My wife and I have been coming to Azteca for lunch, and I have to admit, it has been one of the best places to have lunch in the AV. The service and food are consistent. Friendly and the food is worth the money! They offer chips and salsa, many restaurants dont. Also the hand made tortillas are amazing! Their menudo is clean and not smelly as it should be. They really take care of their customers. Oh gosh, this was a great choice for dinner. I ordered from the counter and the woman working, who also brought me my food and hooked me up with salsa's galore, was wonderful and so incredibly friendly. I got a three taco plate with rice and beans. The tacos I chose were one each of asada, pastor and...well, I don't remember the other. The asada was absolutely the best, and I wish I had ordered all three as asada. The other two were very good, but I had the asada first and kept comparing the other two to it. Tortillas were delicious and corn. Rice and beans were good. Also had a horchata which was delicious. I felt the prices were fair. Would return in a heartbeat! read more

Delicious Chili rellenos very hard to find a good place to make them now a days don't eat a lot of Mexican food but a good place to get some authentic Mexican food.
