My server, Amy, offered to have them remade, but I declined the offer. So I accepted a parfait, which was easily one of the best I've had in Austin. The granola with the berries were perfectly balanced, and the granola wasn't super chunky. Amy was 100% invested in my meal satisfaction. The dining room is quite pretty with lovely set tables. During our visit, we learned that the longtime bartender had recently moved on and been replaced by Sydney, who was absolutely delightful. When she discovered we were celebrating my friend's birthday, she rallied everyone at the bar and throughout the lounge area to sing "Happy Birthday." The gesture was unexpected, heartfelt, and instantly made the evening feel special. As fate would have it, another guest was celebrating a birthday as well, so the entire group enthusiastically sang for her too. The bar clearly has a loyal following, as several regulars were gathered throughout the evening...a testament to the welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back. The area is huge, with plenty of tables and space to mingle. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because of what happened afterward. I forgot a very sentimental purse there. I called as soon as we got home and the manager, Vannessa, stayed in touch with me over text, coordinating with the staff and cleaning crew to track it down.
