I absolutely love this place. I was referred by my aunt who has a tendency to over exaggerate. So after a year of listening to her go on and on about this place I finally went. Boy do I regret not going sooner. The price is way under priced for the quality of work they do. (Not complaining at all I just leave a bigger tip). They literally massage you from head to toe, find sore spots and it is truly relaxing and I do not ache the next day. I tried the 2 hr massage and it was honestly too long of a massage, never thought I'd say that but for me the 90 min massage was a prefect. Mediocre massage with a twist at the end of service. Massage with clothes on is terrible. Leaving the massage for a good amount of time is unprofessional. Pounding your fist on a pregnant woman is absurd. Who does that!? Standing there to see if she tips and she doesn't, so you literally follow her out to her car wanting to know if she was going to tip you is completely ridiculous. Clearly I wasn't going to then felt pressured to do so. I should have only gave the $2 I had in my wallet but along with that I added $6 from my card with a $1 fee! Told the lady at the front how you shouldn't bombard your costumers for tips and she didn't even say a word or look at my face. I have another gift card for this place too. Won't be returning. I'll give it to some one and warn them of what they'll be walking into. You should be ashamed of yourselves as a whole for making people feel obligated to tip. This is the first time I have written a review on Yelp! It is well deserved. I was told about Azure through a lady on my golf league, who recommended I try the reflexology over just your run of the mill massage. I was experiencing neck pain and a headache that goes with it, for two days. I treated myself to the 1.5 hr treatment, because I could not believe how reasonable the prices were! I am a flight attendant and have had hundreds of massages all over the world, AMAZING! This is not a fluffy massage in that they rub yummy smelly oil over you with candles in the background and crashing waves playing on the CD player. These therapists know there pressure points. I drank about 3 water bottles before bed, and had the best sleep in a very long time! read more

First time reflexology session, I choose 1 1/2 hours. Atmosphere is excellent, music and lighting perfect, very clean and appointment scheduling on line superb. A sublime experience for sure, 1 1/2 hours disappeared in what felt like 30 minutes. Anna was my therapist, she expertly used her hands, forearms and elbows with high pressure and always asking if I'm OK. I'm fine with high pressure. Prices are affordable and your receipt has 5 dollars off on next visit within two weeks, awesome! Since having gone for a few massages, and recently another with my daughter, there are things I find too uncomfortable to continue dealing with, no matter how cheap the massage is. An inexpensive, low frills massage option is a great idea, and I would encourage the owners to continue trying to perfect their service, but I would need to see some changes before I would return: ***ENCOURAGE COMMUNICATION*** I've never been introduced to my masseuse, let alone actually had the masseuse speak to me. I feel rushed back to the dimly lit cubicle, where I'm never sure where to place my belongings. This I could live with, but ***having no comfortable avenue for voicing my needs in regards to roughness, pain tolerance or sensitive areas is unacceptable. At the very least, have clients select a number when they arrive indicating something like "1 = be gentle", "2=be moderately gentle" or "3=do whatever it takes to beat the knots out". After my recent visit, the inside edge of my lower legs were sore, but bearable. However, my daughter was in tears. She could barely move for 2 days without wincing. She tried to communicate this with her masseuse during the massage, without success. Part of this was my fault for not forcing the communication. I could have spoken to the helpful young lady at the front desk (I did mention this was my daughter's first massage, but I should have been far more direct). I also should have skipped my own massage so I could watch for her comfort level, knowing from past experience that the masseuse will never inquire "Is this ok? How are you doing?" In addition to feeling rushed to our cubicle and the lack of any effort re fact-finding on the part of the receptionist or masseuse, an added problem is the cubicle type of set up. It's even more uncomfortable initiating conversation knowing that anything spoken above a very quiet whisper will be disturbing to the person on the other side of the divider, who will certainly hear every word. After all, if I could clearly hear the guys back being slapped next door, he would have heard our efforts to discuss roughness. ***REINSTATE THE OPTION for a 30-minute full body massage*** Part of the reason I didn't communicate better at the onset was my confusion regarding the elimination of a 30-minute full body massage. My first massage was 30-minute full body and was perfect. It consisted of about 8 minutes head/shoulders/arms, 8 minutes feet/lower legs and 10 minutes back. The entire body got at least a bit of attention. Now we were told WE HAD TO CHOOSE between something like feet/head or head/back. I was so confused. I chose feet/head (really missed having my back done), and head/back for my daughter. Her scalp massage ended up being skipped altogether. What a mess. ***FIX THE HIGH STAFF TURNOVER*** I've come for 3 or 4 massages and have never been able to get the same person twice, because they've already left. This means I cannot feel confident that my masseuse is familiar with my needs (not that they actually keep any kind of record...), nor do I have any consistency. My first masseuse was great, my second was fair, my third not good at all. I'd rather pay a bit more and feel confident my favorite masseuse will still be around next time! ***Staff Demeanor*** My first masseuse was sweet, and even kidded with me a bit in her limited way. I hugged her and couldn't wait for the next visit, but she was gone. The second was a bit more reserved, and the last two looked like they really resented being there. One of them appeared fearful when our service was finished, and the other just seemed really unhappy to be there. I felt like I was taking advantage of slave labor. I know people have off days, and maybe this was theirs, but if your staff members are not happy, your clients will likely feel it. On the plus side, the young lady at the front desk had apparently answered the phone when I called to make the appointment, and she was much easier to communicate with than the woman who had answered the phone in the past. Communication is key!! And the soft music being played during the massage was lovely. read more

I went to Azure reflexology for the first time. I was a little apprehensive at first, because I wasn't sure I would like being in a room with other people, but it wasn't a bad experience at all. They staff is very professional and they do whatever they can to create a quiet atmosphere. It was dark and relaxing in the room and the soft music helped. I don't know if I just got lucky or what, but the person who did my massage was fantastic! The only thing I wish that he would have done was my face, because that's what I've had done at other places, but it was great! I will defiantly go back again! And, you can't beat the great price! Amazing experience. Not your typical, "strip down" style salon, but they are very good at working around those boundaries. Let me just say OMG! I got referred by two friends of mine. I was curious and decided to try it. At first I thought it was not gonna be good, because it was kind of weird that they soak your fee but it all made sense later. I just enjoyed my self and let them do their job. I got super relaxed!! Tried a 60 minute massage today, this was my 1st time to this spa. I was pleasantly surprised! Reading a mix of both good and bad comments on Yelp! I decided to give it a try since my neck and shoulders have been so sore lately.. had a wonderful very relaxing full body massage with Alice! The facility was very nice, comfortable and relaxing! It never felt awkward and I didn't feel pressured ever to purchase anything extra or tip. I tipped $10 and felt Alice deserved every bit of that.. Love this place. If you want a good deep massage, they can do it here. It is over clothes, unless you get the hot stone, then you will have a hospital gown to cover the front for women. Wear clothes that are easy to get access to legs, shoulders, arms, and neck. I never leave here feeling as though I didn't get my joints and muscles worked like I usually do at most places. They have dim lighting, music and doors but an a small opening at top of walls like in a tanning salon, so you might hear a little bit of noise some times. The price is great, so I suggest leaving a very nice tip. One suggestion, I have low back pain, so I take a small pillow to put underneath me for when I am laying on my stomach. read more

Horrific!! Literally the WORST massage and experience I've ever had at a massage and I've had quite a few. I checked in and didn't get called back for about 15 minutes after my appointment. It was my first time there. Never filled out any paper work, info sheet, anything. How did they know if I had any conditions that could interfere like diabetic or low blood pressure?! Never was asked what type of massage I wanted, pressure I'm comfortable with, anything. Was brought back by a lady who spoke zero English and brought me into a room and held a dirty looking blanket up in front of me and pointed to my shirt and then a hook on the wall. There's no doors on any of the rooms just a sheer see-through sheet I guess. So I assumed she meant she wanted me to take my shirt off and hang it in the hook so I did. Then she pointed for me to lay down. Still with a bra and shorts on. Never have I had a massage clothed... but okay! She starts by loudly smacking her hands together with some lotion I guess and aggressively rubbing my neck. She had zero skill or knowledge it seemed of a massage therapist and my husband can do a better job any day. I felt zero pressure at all and she was moving so fast like she was in a huge hurry I couldn't even enjoy or pretend to relax. 5 minutes in and I was already wishing the 90 minutes was over. Once she got around to my shoulders she obtained super strength all of a sudden and I was flinching in pain. Literally FOUR times I counted she up and left the room completely. Was gone each time for about 3 minutes. Came back in and would begin again and I felt like i was being massaged by a drunk person. She yawned at least 10 times and all I could hear was her yawning and her flip flops flapping every time she left the room. I was beyond irritated. I could hear other people getting massages in other rooms because all the "massage therapists" were smacking and hitting the clients. I'm sorry I've seen that in movies but didn't know that was a real thing. It took everything in my power to not laugh and yell at her at the same time. It was literally a ridiculous experience and I was beyond frustrated I spent any money at all. At the end she walked me up front and I for some strange reason still tipped her. I handed her a $10 bill (on a $50 massage bill) and she held the bill up to the receptionist (only one in the building who speaks English) and the receptionist says too me "oh we suggest $15-$20 for a 90 minute massage". And the lady stood behind me almost as if blocking the door from me leaving. Are you EFFING kidding me?! You want a more than 20% tip on the the literal worst massage and and experience I've ever had in MY LIFE?! Wow. I'll never return to this horrific place and would never in a million years recommend it to anyone. Go to Lavenders Spa a few miles down the road. I have been coming here for a couple of years and absolutely love it! They continue to try and improve things by offering different packages and the decor. The atmosphere is very relaxing and semi-private which is great since undressing is not necessary. I've never got a bad massage here and yesterday I got the best massage I ever had in my life by Alice! The price they charge is only $35 for a full hour which is very affordable and leaving a $15 tip still makes the entire experience not only awesome but still less expensive than most places!! I took my husband here for his birthday last week. First of all they do not do an intake form or ask you if you have any problem areas or areas of concern (which we both do). During my massage my masseuse never said a word and 3 times during my massage had be cry out in pain to the point I was in tears. I tried speaking to him but his replay was "no speak English". Um excuse me but if you are licensed to be a masseuse in this county you better damn well know how to speak English enough to know what the heck OUCH means and stop. I would never go back there and I should not have even paid for it. I was in shock when I walked out at what had just happened. I am so disappointed and I felt like crap the next day. When I need some preventive maintenance and some relaxation I go to Azure. I would go more often but I moved out of state. When I am in town I make sure to stop by and get rejuvenated! I appreciate reflexology as it feels like a massage, chiropractor, stretch, spa, and release of pressure points. I choose Azure over others and you should also because it is clean, friendly, and professional. My only disclaimer to new clients is this is not a typical massage. I have been to different reflexology massages and as a guy have had a shirt on and off. They ask respectfully if I choose more back. This way they can use oil and or hot stone massage. The manager Sophie is so nice and sweet. I call ahead and she makes sure they are accommodating since I am traveling and short on time. One can even go and request day/time massage and schedule on social media. The staff are knowledgeable and professional every time. Can you you hear that? Soft music playing in the background. I have to admit don't normally writing good reviews, I normally just write them when I've had a bad experience. That being said, I couldn't stop myself from writing this review, these people are amazing! First of all, their prices are incredible! I don't know anywhere else that has a 60 minute massage for $25! It was a little confusing at first because the masseur I had barely spoke any English, and it was my first time there, so he had trouble communicating what I was supposed to do. For anyone who hasn't been here - you lie on what is pretty much just chair that lays flat, face up, and they soak your feet in warm water. They massage your face, head, neck, shoulders, arms, etc, then go dry off your feet and massage your feet, legs. After that you flip over and they massage your back and the backs of your legs. I will be the first to admit I'm a bit of a snob, and I've had some VERY expensive massages, but this is by far one of the very best massages I've ever had. He wasn't able to ask what pressure I wanted because he really didn't speak any English, but I almost feel that worked out better for me. After all, I might know what pressure I like, but maybe I don't know what pressure I NEED, and he does this for a living so he probably knows better than me. I was still feeling relaxed and pain free the next day, which normally doesn't happen; I'm either in pain from the massage, or I'm in pain from medical issues I have. Absolutely horrible. Reception was nice when we walked in. But Steve had a cold, sniffing, bad breath, ( probably from his cold) couldn't speak any English so when I wanted to ask him for more pressure or To stop slathering me in oil he wasn't able To understand me. I think he should have at least had a mask on if he had a cold. Not very sanitary. He used so much oil he had to keep wiping me off with paper towel. (Not very relaxing). I cut my hour in 1/2 and told him to please stop. He had to get the young lady at the front desk to come back so he could understand me. I told the lady how displeased I was. There was nothing relaxing, no pressure of any kind. It felt as if I was being tickled for the first 15mins. I only ended up Paying for half an hour and was told "Sophia" the manager would be contacting me on today. Well, that has yet to happen. No integrity, or honor of good patron service. I will never ever in my Life visit or refer anyone to this place. I will never tip when service is substandard. I think it was expected. No way !!! It was very robotic and way too hard. I felt beat up at the end. At the end my person walked me to the front and stood there as I paid. She pointed to the gratuity poster and said thank you. Well I just recently moved to Arizona and I really needed a massage due to being very stressed with moving. I made the appointment and it was very easy to make an appointment and I was able to come in within 10 minutes which was awesome. Apparently they don't do intake forms which I think is really bad because it shows they don't care about your problems. I walked inside and they were three doors open and I was not told which door to go into so I saw the first door open and I looked in and there was someone getting a massage. Awkward. Finally I walked into my room and there was a tiny little bed and he put my feet in a bucket of water and he started massaging me. I did not have to get undressed or anything so it's a good thing I wore a dress so that I could be more comfortable. Still it was very painful when he was massaging me and he did not speak any English so it was a little awkward but I also had surgery on my neck and I just recently got stitches removed so when he was massaging that area It kind of hurt a little. This masseuse was not nervous at all to massage my butt he was going all at it. What I did not realize was this was a reflexology massage and not just a normal massage so I was a little disappointed. I just called the first place that showed up on Google without paying attention so I won't make that mistake again. He did a good job with massaging my feet but the rest was kind of painful and I was just hoping that it would be over I hope I'm not going to be sore tomorrow. Unfortunately they don't close the door so I could hear every single word that is in the hallway and he tried to shush them but that didn't work. Overall it could've been better but for the price of $30 I would say it's definitely worth it. I hope next time I come in I'll get a girl because men have a hard time using their strength. My first visit here. I opted for 60 minute full body massage. If you opt for the $5.00 upgrade for oil and eucalyptus please be prepared to remove your top. You will be faced down. The oil is very therapeutic and you will feel a menthol sensation (hot and cold) but a heavy towel will be placed on your back to keep the chill out. I feel great overall. If you don't like fingers in your ears say something because it's a part of the facial massage. Eek! Wear stretchy clothes like yoga gear and ladies put your hair up in a bun. It's easier for both you and the therapist. I brought a small pillow to place underneath my lower back for extra support. The music was soothing and I was given a little cup of water as I exited the spa. I would have given five stars if my massage guy would not have just taken a smoke before seeing me. I can't stand the smell of tobacco BUT I blocked it out and enjoyed my overall experience. The things you do to finally get that massage can surprise you. Thanks! I'll be back. P.S. I booked massage appointments for myself and my two sisters who were in town visiting. The appointments were booked three weeks in advance to ensure we would all get in at the same time, when we arrived we were told due to computer problems they had lost all our appointments. I advised the girl at the front desk I had my email confirmations to prove we had appointments. She still would not let us have our massages and offered nothing to make up for the fact that they had screwed up all three massages. She was not friendly or apologetic at all. My husband and I got the 30 minute foot massage here tonight. It was amazing - they do true pressure points and reflexology and we loved every minute of it. The masseuses were very professional, made sure we were comfortable (as I am nearly 40 weeks pregnant), and it was an incredibly relaxing experience - much needed for both of us. We definitely plan to come back, though we plan to do a longer massage next time. The prices are phenomenal - so yes, please do tip, as these people work very hard and are fantastic at what they do. They are open late and convenient hours and able to get you in very quickly. They have definitely gained two new customers! We loved them. read more

My other sister and I came from MN to visit and were surprised this morning to find out we were all getting massages until we actually arrived and were told "sorry.. due to complications and computer crashes they lost all appts and chose to take walk ins however if we come back in a few hrs we can get in" Ya right! I don't usually write reviews, but I had to. I must have been unlucky, reading the other reviews. I had a man who spoke little too no English, which I didn't mind. What I did mind was how painful it was. He used so much pressure it was unbearable. I went home and cried because I was in so much pain. It's the next day and I opted to wear a sports bra so there was no pressure on my back. I can't stand to be touched even lightly on my back, shoulders, and neck. My husband bought me a gift card to Azure based on the reviews for my birthday. I have had many massages in my life, and this massage was the worst by far. Starting with the receptionist, I arrived 5 minutes late so I seen the sign which indicates what their policy is if late (minutes are deducted if late up to 15 minutes, hey no big deal since it was 5 minutes and my massage was for 90 minutes). But it seemed to have bothered the receptionist so much she stated my name in past tense. When I was taken to a room, and the lady began my massage she seemed to like to pull on my hair as she did it several times. She spent half hour on my head, 45 minutes on my feet and 10 minutes on my arms and barely touched my back. Not to mention all the noise in the hallway. Noise from what sounded like a TV, and someone snoring in the room next to me. People talking in a foreign language, I couldnt even relax. But it has gone to pot. 1st of all they have removed all the doors off the hinges so you have no privacy & that's uncomfortable when you are fully undressed. 2nd the masseurs hang over you while you are paying so they can receive their tip.
