I was involved in an auto accident involving two SUV's. I almost made it out free and clear from the accident but the one that caused the accident came coasting around the front of the other one into my bumper. At the time I thought it was just a fender bender. I wasn't sure what to do with all the arrangements with insurance and repair. I saw BAM Auto Body on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I called and spoke with Basil and he was very patient, answered all my questions and right away took over all the calls to the insurance companies. When I came to the shop so he could take a look it turned out to be more extensive than I thought. Since it was going to take a few days for the repair I needed a rental car and he also helped with those arrangements, too! Through the whole process he kept me updated on the progress and made suggestions on my options. Being in a car accident is very stressful but Basil and his employee, Albert made it so much easier. When I came to pick up my car Basil couldn't be there but Albert was. He went over the final bill with me and made sure I understood all the charges and work done. Also, I even showed the final bill to two of my friends at work and they said that the prices are very reasonable and that they wanted his card! Damage review : I had bumper detachment w/ some minor damage to the main body for my MB E450. The owner of B.A.M reviewed the area of the damage and asked me to get the part that has to be replaced from the MB dealer shop (only 5 mins away from B.A.M) with the detailed of the parts that I should purchase saying he will fix it for me as long as the part is available. Dealer shop : I went to the MB dealer shop and fortunately the part was in stock that costs me only 19 bucks. I asked the guy in the dealer shop, how much it would be if I would fix it there and he said roughly $470 including labor fee, some realignment stuff, etc including the part. No surprise w/ my E450 in the dealer shop. B.A.M Auto : B.A.M did the parts replacement job w/ perfect bumper alignment work like a brand new spending good 30 mins of labor. When I asked the owner on the cost he said like "it's ok. plz come back next time if you need collision issue that should be fine for me at this time". I tried to pay at least 100 bucks for the labor but he never accepted it. Message : I think this event might show a glimpse of the high standard in customer service in the owner of B.A.M and, yes, I would like to be a customer of B.A.M for my vehicles for sure. We found B.A.M. Auto Collision to be excellent in customer service and collision repairs. Our son, unfortunately, was involved in an auto accident which borderline totaled our 2014 Toyota Corolla. The difficult thing was that he is attending school on the West coast and we live on the East Coast, so finding a reputable auto body repair shop was even more challenging. We could only go by reviews from the internet and speaking with the shop on the phone. We chose to have the car towed to B.A.M. Auto Collision because of the excellent online reviews, forgoing the list of auto body shops that our auto insurance recommended. Since our car was deemed borderline totaled by the insurance company, we had a difficult decision to make but because because of Basil's responses to all of our questions, we chose to repair the car. Anytime we called or emailed, Basil answered promptly. He was very helpful to us! They do great work and give great customer service... they even made a small repair on the car that was not related to the accident. I cannot even begin to explain how great of an experience I had at BAM!!! I got into a really bad accident in my Infiniti G35. And was not confident that I was going to have to take a loss. I did some research and found BAM. And from the first conversation with Basil (the owner), I knew I was going to get my car repaired here! Basil was VERY honest and geniuine from the beginning. He had given me more options for repair than any other shop did. And was willing to work with me however needed be to make sure I was confident in taking my "baby" there. My car has a lot of sentimental value to me, being that it was my mother's car before she had passed away. BAM repaired my car BEYOND expectations!!!! My car looks better now than it even did before!. They paint matched the Pearl white of my car to the 'T'. Had my daughter drive her Hyundai directly to B.A.M. immediately following a freeway accident, as it was the closest shop to her location. B.A.M. was not one of my insurance company's "preferred" corporate body shops, but based on all the positive Yelp reviews and after speaking with/Basel, we chose this local business. Basel and his associate (can't remember his name) were very kind and helpful during that initial stressful time for my daughter. Basel communicated with my insurance company and me, once the initial and supplemental work was performed. Unfortunately, the car was determined a loss, but Basel worked with the insurance adjuster on the work that was performed, as well as the storage fees, and the process went very smoothly. I cannot comment on any body work specifically done on her car, since it was totaled, but I wanted to give a big thumbs up on the customer service aspect. Although, I do believe, after seeing some of the work done on other cars in their garage, their auto body work would have been equally as impressive as their customer service. I sent my 2019 BMW g20 330i M to be repaired at B.A.M. after being involved in a hit and run and sending my car to the wrong repair center at first. The service I received is above and beyond what I had expected. I received absolutely superb service from Basil and his team. The repairs to my car are absolutely incredible, my car is like brand new and I would say it drives better now than when I drove it off the showroom floor. I was in a terrible accident causing severe front end damage. My car had to be towed. B.A.M. had been highly recommended so we had the vehicle brought there. Was hit from behind with the driver going at a fast rate of speed. Totalled their car. Caused over $10,000 in damage to mine. The B.A.M. Auto Collision team did a spectacular job on my car. A lot of damage done to the undercarriage, frame, electrical, hatchback, and complete right side in the back of car demolished. Tail pipe jammed into back tire. Basil was incredible. Explained everything that was going on. Talked me through what the insurance company was wanting to do and what he said was and wasn't going to work. Had my car for a while but was well worth it. These guys have got to be some of the best auto body mechanics in the Southern California region. After going to probably six or more mechanics with the issue of not being able to open the driver side door on our classic BMW, we found Basil. After a quote of thousands of dollars from the BMW dealership, these guys at B.A.M. Auto Collision fixed the door while doing the diagnostic. My wife and I were literally stunned because we had begun to believe the entire door would need to be replaced, or we would just give up and have to sell the car. I had two accidents and one dent on the side hit at my own fault. The bodyshop took care of my car, plus, they fixed a hit that wasnt involve during the accidents. All the parts are original and paint is great. They fixed the trunk, the front, and the side which I believe that was the hardest part, because of the fine line a challenger has. Overall, I was extremely happy with the results. Everything was done as I expected.
