It's funny, if I'd written my review after my first visit, they would've received an extra star. My first visit was great with no complaints at all. My second visit was...well let's just say special. Ordered two toasted bagels with butter and jelly, got them home and holy crap!!! There was so much butter on the bagels that it looked like they came straight from a Diddy party!! I've come to B&B Bagel House a few times now. I don't ever make a special trip, though. If I'm in the area and it's in the morning when they're open and we have a need or desire for bagels, then we just might make a stop into their difficult parking lot (right off a very busy road). My family and I have only had the bagels here but we did try the flavored cream cheese once. That was quite good. The bagels are nothing special to us. They are on the small size and all the flavor options are very good. They are excellent (as I'm sure most bagels would be) if you catch them fresh out of the oven. Once, we had to wait 20 minutes for what we wanted to come out. The place has a tv playing and some tables and chairs set up. The bathrooms were clean. I will agree with other Yelpers that service has been slow. Recently I was the only one in line and the staffers were just carrying on among themselves before realizing I was in line and not one of the people standing off to the side waiting to get their orders. So, just an average rating for B&B Bagel House. Not that great service, and average bagels. read more

Stumbled upon this spot while traveling from out of town. Service was great and so was the food.

If memory serves, this is a new bagelry replacing an earlier one at this location. Those two dudes standing around the kitchen must be the two Bs. I tried them out with an onion round with veggie cream cheese and java. It was good, but a bit denser than I prefer, probably due to over kneading collapsing the air pockets that lighten the texture. Plenty of roasted onion flakes and fresh creamie. The joe was a private label strong dark roast, which was up to the wake-up task I got it for. Good luck, fellas. read more

The food is good. My husband gets a sandwich every single morning. The women and the men that work there are polite.

Damn good bagels!! I was visiting the area and wanted a great bagel. A friend recommended B&B and the wife and I loved it. I had the toasted everything bagel with pork roll & egg. It was so dang good. I asked and apparently they make the bagels on site, and you can tell by how fresh and tasty they are. The wife had the onion bagel with cream cheese and she also was so happy. The lovely lady at the counter was super friendly as well, so I'll be back whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Highly recommend. read more

Ordered online. Waited an extraordinary amount of time for my order, only to discover it had been sitting behind the counter for about 20 minutes. I asked why they didn't call my name when I gave it after walking in and telling them it was an online order. The response, "We just put them (The orders), over there. Brilliant response. Very slow service Not sure what the issue is but two sandwiches should not take half an hour

First time here and experience was mixed. Got to the counter and they have the bagels in the baskets where you can see them. My husband and I picked the "pretzel" bagels for our egg n cheese sandwiches. There were 2 left in the bin and the girl said ok and we all laughed how we for the last 2. So we're pretty excited to try a pretzel bagel for the first time. So now we're waiting a few mins. A different girl says hey sorry we only have one pretzel bagel now. I said hrmmm well we picked the 2 that were there what happened? She said I don't know there is just one now. I said ok fine we pick a different bagel for that one. A few more minutes go by. She then says to me...UMMM sorry both pretzel bagels are gone. This was after I saw her have the other "one left" in her hand. I said what you just had it? She said yeah I don't know. So to say the least this place was a pretty disorganized bunch of kids working. I didn't see an adult to even complain to so I picked a plain bagel and just let it go. But damn so disappointing and not even an apology. The bagels themselves were decent soft baked on premises so no complaint for the bagels themselves but clearly not the best service. Just beware if you pick a bagel it may disappear magically without a trace 2 mins later just right out of the workers hand! Lol!! Would not go back. read more

I called and ordered 5 toasted breakfast sandwiches and loaded home fries. I should have known when I ordered to check my bag before leaving. The girl taking my order was barely paying attention to anything I said. There was only 4 sandwiches in our bag and no loaded home fries. I had to go back. I get the rest of my order and check it before leaving. No loaded home fries, just plain. Back in I went. By now, all of our food was cold and was never toasted. I wish this was still Red House. This was a turnkey business for the new owners after Red House Bagels moved. Seriously, it looks exactly the same but BEWARE, looks are deceiving. Pricey, bad customer service, bad management. Go to Red House Bagels instead, can't beat the original. read more

There prices are high for bagels Red hot is a few minutes away and the price of bagels are about five dollar cheaper.

Place a $52 order on 10-8-22. Waited 50 minutes for the order. Watched as they sold all the bagels we had purchased. The young lady lied to us and said she had pulled our order. Obviously not as the bagels were sold to the customers who came in after us. She said she would issue a refund to my card. She lied again as I have not received a refund. I have called and emailed and they did not respond. If you want to be robbed and lied to, its the perfect place. If you want a good service and decent bagel, go elsewhere. Decided to try this place out since it was on our way to Sam's Club and since we loved Redhouse. Bad decision. The girls working in the place look clueless and not even paying attention while your placing your order. Waited 20-30 minutes for our breakfast sandwiches which never came out then told sorry making the bagel you ordered for your sandwhich when I clearly saw a bunch when I ordered my food. They sold our bagels to people after us!? When someone orders take the bagel out and put it aside don't know how hard that is. Do not recommend go somewhere else. read more

I needed to find somewhere on my route to pick up breakfast trays for work and found B&B just before its exit off of 95. I ordered 2 trays, got there in 5 minutes, and they were done shortly after we got there. Not that I'm encouraging short notice ordering, just want to give a shout out to this awesome place and staff. And the food is phenomenal.
