I was trying to get a copy of my car key and it requires "laser cut" which isn't something you can get from the usual places where you get your keys cut like home depot, postal stores, etc. I searched online and found B&B which is only 7 miles away from home. There isn't much info about them online and I was expecting an old school dirty locksmith shop, but no... they're run by some younger gentlemen who seem to really know what they're doing. The shop is nice and clean, definitely a big plus comparing to the very old locksmith places that are dirty and look like they've been in business for 100 years and don't know when's the last time they dusted the place. B&B have a wide selection of locks, keys, safes, etc and they are very friendly to work with. Most important of all they know what they're doing and get what I needed done in no time; AND all the keys work and I wouldn't have to go back (I know that should have been expected but I've had many bad experiences from other places). I requested their service after my grandmother, who suffers from severe dementia, locked herself out of her own home. Previously, I tried at least three different places that purportedly provided a "24-hour service." I didn't realize that all those services simply recorded the calls and disseminated them to individual locksmiths who were available at the time. After hours of waiting, I decided to call B&B, and Edan was very courteous and transparent about the cost and when the technician could be there. I received service to rekey my house and oh did it take a long time. The worst and the reason I'm giving a one star is because one of the locked that was rekeyed wasn't event secured properly. I came home one day and noticed my deadbolt was loose from the outside,so I gave it a tug and it disconnected from the interior lock component. Basically it wasn't even screwed in and anyone could have entered my house. Very disappointed. read more

I have always used B&B, they have been great. I call them and have them cut all of my keys. Chris is great. But I was there the other day to get some keys cut and one of the employee who was with Chris have his mask on but it is covering his mouth only. This makes me feel very uncomfortable and he is handling and cutting my keys. The other customers in the store seems uncomfortable too. Please do the right thing and wear the mask the correct way. I don't want you to loose my future business over this. read more
