Dropped off my car first thing when they opened to hopefully have y muffler rewelded- wasn't able to be rewelded due to the rust extend and ended up having to have half of it replaced. Needed one weld around my exhaust pipe that took half hr! $40 for half an hr is way to much! That 30 minutes included driving the vehicle into the bay and lifting it up, welding the pipe(2minutes) and setting it back down, to drive it out! What a rip off. Not to mention all the vehicles there where getting new catalytic converters which had been stolen off by thiefs. read more

This place was SO GREAT!! Most auto shops were expecting around a $250-300 fix and a few hours work. One shop said we would probably have to leave our car overnight (probably to outsource the work). B&B Muffler did it way cheaper and they starting working on my car immediately and got it done crazy fast! They installed a Magnaflow exhaust system and some no name headers on my Jeep for a reasonable price. The install seemed to go well, but the check engine light came on while driving home. They didn't want to assume any responsibility for the issue even though I didn't have any problems until after they installed everything. After my own troubleshooting, I found out that I had 2 of 4 O2 sensors that were faulting, but I find that a bit strange since everything was fine prior to the new exhaust and headers. I felt like that was poor customer service, but the rest of the installation and welding was spot on. read more

May be old, but I ain't dead yet! They don't take appointments on the weekend, pretty much first come first served show up early. Was there right at the crack of 0800! In just over an hour from roll in, to roll out was done and on the road with a very nice set up Flowmaster 40 with twin tips straight out the back. I would have easily ignored this shop based upon its outward appearance and slighly hidden location but another car repair shop recommended B&B Muffler and Radiator and I am now a loyal customer. Even Goodyear takes their cars here because of the quality service and work. I had my muffler bracket completely come loose from my car and the whole exhaust was resting on my back axle. Because I am disabled, I cannot do car repairs myself. Upon arrival, the guy at B&B Muffler and Radiator had it up on the lift within 5 minutes. He quickly repaired it and the price was fantastic. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It's easy to get skeptical that a business would see me as an easy "mark" to take advantage of since I use a wheelchair but these guys are honest and trustworthy. I had my catalytic converter and muffler replaced today. It was done in about 2 hours and under $400.

A clamp or fitting came loose on my VW Beetle causing my whole exhaust to shift and slide around. The dealership quoted me over $1500 to replace my whole system because of surface rust. No frickin' way! Took it to B & B because they were highly recommended by other people and from feedback left here on YELP. OMG, these guys are great!! All I needed was something called a flex tube and I was rolling out of there in a about an hour. Cost?? $140!! He even tack welded part of my skid plate that came loose that I asked him to do.
