They quoted me a price about 30% of what my property manager wanted to charge me. Because I wanted the stump grinder out, Edward explained that they would cut it, need to have someone come out another day and check underground for gas lines, plumbing etc ( which the other company I contacted didn't mention) and then the grinding would be done another day. They did all of this from start to finish...showed up when they said they would every time. My tenant even reached out to me and told me what a great job they did. This was my first time hiring someone for this kind of home project, and his business partner, Jonathan, was rushing me to pay him so he could pay his workers. Well I believed him that he would come back to fix my roof, so I paid after the day's work AND gave a generous tip - lesson learned.
