Losing a loved one is hard enough, Jimmy show care and compassion. However, when I called online I had only left one note: please replace the roses in the bouquet as the recipient is allergic to roses. They left at least 10 roses in the bouquet. As good of a value as they are, I am wary to go back if they are ignoring something like this. Edit: I just compared the photo online to the bouquet I received, and they just replaced the white roses with purple roses. So they did change them, it was just to the same exact flower type she was allergic to.
