Honda truck lid needed repair or replacement. When the work was done, the truck lid would barely stay open when raised, and would fall shut if car was on a slight uphill incline. Truck lid also did not latch well, was not well aligned; had to be slammed to latch. Overall, not a good experience. Took car to an authorized Honda body shop to get it fixed, at additional expense. I don't recommend taking your Honda to this body shop. read more

Taking my car in for repairs is usually worse than going to the dentist, but B&K completely changed my mind. I brought my Tesla in after getting rear-ended. Official service shops are always backed up for months, so I was referred to B&K as they're one of the few remaining Tesla-certified shops in LA. I got a consultation same day from Brian, who was friendly, helpful, and efficient in getting me a reasonable quote within 10 mins of my arrival. I had to handle payment through insurance so I wasn't able to get the actual repairs until 4 months later. When I walked in, to my pleasant surprise, Brian remembered me immediately. I was able to drop my car off and I got it back just 4 days later, well within the quoted time frame. The team worked hard to take care of my car through the weekend and everything was streamlined, even down to the payment processing when I went to pick up my car. No hidden fees, no weird scammy vibes, just honest work and fantastic customer service. They even rounded down my final bill by $40 and gave me a warranty in case anything happens. This place is fantastic. I scraped up the side of my car going backwards down a narrow driveway and I wanted it buffed out. Some of the scratches were to deep for just buffing. Brian told me that they could definitely fix it, but they might need to keep the car overnight. I told him I'd be back there following week. I went back the next week and Brian remembered my name and the name of my friend who was with me the first time I was there. Everyone was so friendly. It was too late in the day so I said I'd bring it back in the morning. I arrived the next day - a half hour later than I said I'd be there. The lot was so full I had to park down the street. Brian was out, but Raffi was there. He said that they might be able to get it done by the end of the day but not to count on it. I was shocked when they called only 6 hours later. My car was ready. When I got there they were so nice. My car looked like it did when I bought it. They did a perfect job. It was a very reasonable price and they gave me a discount because I paid in cash. I strongly recommend this place for the quality of the work, the speed, their flexibility, and most of all because they are so friendly. read more

I had water in the doors of my Toyota (apparently this is a fairly common thing with Toyotas). Our car got a pretty bad dent and we needed to find a body shop to have it fixed. As we were driving along walnut avenue, we saw B&K shop with a sign saying free estimate. We went ahead and pulled in. The guy- Brian greeted us right away and looked at the dent and gave us an estimate. We thought the quote was fair so we went ahead and scheduled the time with them for the next two days. The whole scheduling process was easy and Brian was super friendly and helpful. When we took our car back, the dent was fixed really good. I'm glad that we found this place for our car. We will recommend this place to our friends for sure. read more

My girlfriend had used B&K Auto Body for repairs on an accident that she had when someone ran into the side of her car. Every place else had quoted her $1,200 for the repair. Brian was able to quote it for $600 half the price of other places because B&K used paint matching and others did not. I met Brian then and told him that my Kia was making a funny noise in the back when I was driving that rattled and I couldn't replicate it when we were driving around it wasn't until I would get on the freeway every now and then I would start rattling. So I brought it in if they could take a look at it and because I had been there with my girlfriend he had his mechanic take a quick look at where the sound was coming from on the car hatch. He used the flashlight to look up inside one of the access holes then used a screwdriver tighten a screw and actually didn't charge me a penny for that. Another issue I forgot to mention is that, after the replacement of my lower radiator support bar, my bumper, hood doesn't align anymore. My car was not in a major front end collision, I only bend the radiator support because I hit a parking bump. Nothing aesthetically was changed, until I got the car back like this. The repair was supposed to be quick and simple, but he said, this is the best he can do. Rafi said, "it's like girls, once their tight and f******, it won't ever be the same". ^ this response shocked me. I had somewhat of an urgent issue. The wheel well cover had finally fully come off after a few duct tape jobs by me. There was a piece stuck and making awful noises against the wheel and tire. I didn't feel comfortable driving normal speeds. I pulled in to B & K and immediately was greeted by everyone there. They listened to the problem and said they could take care of it right away. I appreciated how they knew they were a far better value than the dealer quote I had received months ago for a repair of the issue. Ultimately they were able to reattach the admittedly raggedy cover for a fraction of what I would pay for a new one at the dealer, and all in about 15 minutes. I'll eventually have to replace the damaged part but I'll be able to get it ordered and have B & K install it for me. I know I'll be in good, honest hands. Thanks guys! read more

I have been to B&K twice now for the same problem with the black plastic engine cover on the bottom of my car coming loose and scraping on the ground. Chris, Rafa and Brian were very friendly, knowledgeable and charged me a very fair price to jack the car up and reattach the cover.
