Someone backed into my car and crunched my bumper in a parking lot, B and M was able to schedule me in much sooner than any other shop. The OEM bumper they ordered arrived damaged, so they ordered another directly from Infiniti. They also noticed the impact bar was bent and needed to be replaced as well. That all meant that they needed to keep my car for about a week instead of the 3 days they anticipated, but they kept me well informed during the whole process, calling nearly every day to provide progress updates. When I picked up my vehicle I found that they had fully detailed my car and it was spotless, inside and out. Their bodywork was immaculate; they had reattached the accent pieces and a fresh clear coat made it look brand new. To top it all off, their technicians had mechanic experience and pointed out a timing chain issue that they had noticed when starting up my car. They suggested solutions that I expect to save me a lot of money and aggravation. What started out an unexpected expense (due to a chip in my windshield) and finding out there was rust and my truck needed to go to a body shop before my windshield could be replaced, I was devastated. But, the shop I was referred to turned out to be amazing. Not only did Mike (the owner) work with me on a price I could afford, he started on my truck right away. He and Emily kept me informed along the way as to completion. My truck was ready ahead of schedule and when I couldn't get a ride to his shop, his daughter, Emily, who works with him, assured me that Mike would drive to my house, pick me up and take me back to the shop to get my truck. Mike and Joe at B&M are the best. Absolute integrity and fabulous work. They did bodywork and replaced my power steering pump over the weekend. Went above and beyond working on my car. They had another car the same model and color as mine and used it as a "donor" car, pulling parts from it to replace not only what was damaged, but virtually replaced all the front body panels and hood at no extra cost to me. Even replaced the drivers side door which had structural internal damage as well as the front drivers seat because it had a hole in the leather. Then when the replacement power steering pump failed, they replaced it under warranty and gave me a great deal on the labor that I was happy to pay. You won't find a better shop than B&M. They get my highest recommendation. I'd rate them ten stars! read more

Mike did an amazing job on my car after it had extensive damage from scratches to major dents. He went above and beyond paying extreme attention to detail and leaving my car looking like nothing had ever even happened to it. His team spent extra time perfecting even the bumper. His paint work was even better then the original factory paint job. Highly recommended for any body work, and paint. I love B&M because I had body work to be done on 2 cars. I chose not to use insurance because my teen was at fault and we all know how expensive that can be. I had a deer run into the side of my 2021 Subaru Outback and make it so the passenger door grinded when I opened it. I wouldn't have noticed the damage except the door wasn't opening properly. A large corporate chain quoted me $2500 to fix. I went to Mike and he looked at it then grabbed a tool and bent it out in 1 minute and refused to take any money.
