This is the ONLY company that claimed we would have foundation settling if we didn't do it. Therefore we thought, wow, these guys are thorough. They must see what no one else can see. Let me explain. We merely wanted to be pro active. Protect our foundation etc. we were having ZERO moisture in our basement. Never had anything been wet or mildewed UNTIL we had this work done. I retrieved my container of christmas wrap and bags that have been consistently stored there for 5 years. Every year I go down and get them. This year, they were wet and mildewed. I had to throw them all out. So, we called the company. One of the guys came out and agreed he would not have done it this way. The drains are not buried deep enough. They don't run in the right direction for the water to flow away. We now have a huge moisture problem. The outside wall of our house is NOW wet. We have moisture inside the basement that was not there before. The owner Loren came out claiming he cares about the reputation of his business, but his only answer was to charge us "what he says is half off" which is another $1800. Mind you we paid TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to have this job done. It is insulting that in order for it to be done RIGHT we should have to pay more. When i tell you to RUN from this company , I mean RUN!!! We since had one of the companies we had originally gotten an estimate from out. Wonderful young man. Said we had wasted our money. Pick from their loose pallets or purchase a ton to be loaded into your pickup or trailer. My only suggestion for them is, "why not put in a scale when approaching the yard. This: The first number on the scale is the gross weight of the box, bucket, or truck with all the stone. The tare weight is also displayed, which reflects the weight of the container or vehicle holding the material. When the tare weight is subtracted from the gross weight, you wind up with the net weight.
