Upon arrived to notice no hardware to mount the hitch. I wanted to praise Roger, the customer service rep to understand the situation and work with me by taking me out to the yard to locate it. This wrecking yard is an excellent source for recycled parts. If people only knew what kind of money they could save by using this resource.... It's a shame, a lot of good parts go to the crush pile. I suggest, like the other gentleman, Mike C., to go with cash in hand, be patient, carry a bag of tools, and a bucket for your pulled parts, deal with Moises, and you won't be disappointed. If you buy a motor/transmission just make sure you install before your 30 day warranty is up. And, don't do anything to void your warranty. If they don't give a blue tag that clearly states the warranty agreement when buying your tranny/motor, ask for one. Make sure they put the heat tabs on all the way too. They love to claim that the "customer" let the motor get hot, thus popping the tabs and voiding your warranty. When, in all likelihood, they weren't installed properly. I get that they didn't necessarily have to help me but good customer service would have been to. I had my vehicle repaired but the State Farm adjuster kept ordering the wrong part. I ended up with a door that the repair shop couldn't/wouldn't return. I had to pay for the part and hoped to be able to return it for at least a partial refund or sell it back at less than I ended up paying for it. I talked to Jordan on the phone. I explained I needed an ecu for a 1998Lexus ES 300 . I told him the part number and he said he had one that was one did get off but it would interchange. When I received the part it was a totally different number than he quoted me over the phone. I looked up the part # Of the one he sent and it was for a 1999 camery . It would not even plug in. In July, I went to the Henderson, Nevada location, looking for a throttle body and a set of coil on plug (COP). They had the throttle body ready to be sold but not the COP. They offered to ship the COP to my residence. I had read the bad reviews about shipping parts and not receiving them. I spoke with Matt the store manager. There was another gentlemen standing there. I actually told both of them about my concerns after reading the reviews. They both said hopefully they will prove that those are old reviews and they are striving for great reviews. I allowed them to ship the parts to my house because I live in Arizona. I actually received the parts the one day after they shipped them. All the parts worked perfectly. I ordered a taillight assembly. When I ordered I asked specifically if light sockets were included and he assured me they were. So I paid the rather high price because sockets were included. Well part arrived, no sockets. I contacted the guy he said no problem send picture to confirm no socket. I did, no response. I sent another email asking if he recieved first email, no response. I called him and he says he is looking at email right now and will take care of this week. End of the week no contact. I call and leave message, no response. Worst experience I've had in a long time. Was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and took multiple calls to complete the transaction. Paid for the item over the phone before it would be shipped. Did not arrive when I was told it would and company did nothing to correct the mistake or explain what happened. Offered no refund or discount even though I wasted half a day and a hour drive. Had I not already paid I would have cancelled and went somewhere else. After posting this review I was contacted by the company. They expressed apologies and offered to make up for the mistakes.
