Took our 2015 Kia Soul here when the check engine light came on. They where able to get us on the schedule for the next morning and had a diagnosis to us by 8:30 am and the car was ready by 12:00. I took my 2017 Nissan Armada into B&T automotive after I had taken it to Yonkers nissan and was told my suv needed a new motor. I explained to the lady up front what had happened with my suv and how i didnt think it needed a new motor but needed to find out what was wrong with it since it was running so rough. She was very polite and knowledgeable. They called me after the diagnosis and told me that my trucks #2 coil pack was literally falling apart (I just had a tune up exactly 1 year ago so these coil packs were new) she asked if I wanted them replace them or if I wanted to do it, I told her I would replace it myself and if I had anymore issues I would bring it back. I replaced the bad coil pack and my truck is back to running like new. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this shop as I find them trust worthy with my vehicles and very affordable and friendly! read more

This is a great family owned company. VERY HONEST, works with the customer. I own a 1999 Dodge 2500, 230K on the odometer. The truck pulled to the right when breaking, front end felt loose, battery went dead.. B&Tcould have taken me for a ride. Only the front brakes needed to be replaced, ball joints need to be replaced and battery connections needed tightened. I was thinking of selling the truck...NOW!! I am keeping my Dodge 2500. DO NOT COME HERE!! STAY AWAY!! the service was terrible! Had to take the car back twice to get the same issue fixed!! Barely ever answered there phone, didn't respond to voicemails, reception was rude!, took two whole weeks to get one issue fixed, parts of the car wasn't put back completely, poor communication for having it for two weeks had to keep calling them, I could go on. And then after all this my car was damaged inside and out and everything was stolen. They could care less or have any answers to this happening. Everyone here was absolutely wonderful. I had an emergency with my car and not only were they willing to look at it right away, while a place a block away flat out refused to even try to help and were very rude about it, but they diagnosed and then fixed the problem within an hour. Their prices are reasonable and the best thing they are fast. They stand behind their work 100%. I work on my own cars and they are quick to get me out of a jam or give advice. I took my car in to Band T a year ago. they damaged the interior, the replaced the starter, and the clutch. It all fell apart a year later. Had to have the car towed to Iver's auto clinic. The starter never needed replacing, it was the battery connections. The bolts to the transmission were never tightened properly. Finger tightened except. two. If you can, anybody but B and T even better Iver's clinic in Everett. read more

I had some car trouble at 4:30 pm on a Friday. I was driving from Vancouver to Portland and drove into Arlington to get it checked out. The car was bucking around and the RPMs were erratic and would not go above 3k. I had to make a decision if I would proceed to Portland (and drive through Seattle in rush hour) or turn around and try to make it back to Vancouver and home. The first mechanic I went to, told me he needed to hook my car up for a diagnostic... and that he would not do it. Did not have time to help me. He pointed me over to B&T. I drove over and pulled up outside the garage, walked in and talked to the mechanic. He agreed to run the diagnostic immediately without hesitation and pulled my car in. He sent me into the front office (which was a MESS) and I talked to the lady behind the counter. She was a bit curt and not the most friendly person I had met and I was a bit apprehensive of this place. After about 20 minutes, the mechanic takes my car for a spin and comes back in and tells me exactly what the problem was. he suggests shooting for Vancouver and I take his advice. When I go to pay them for the service, they all smile and tell me that it is not necessary and wish me a safe trip. They were amazing. This place is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend it and don't be turned off by the outward appearance. They are solid. read more

Being a female, it's hard to find an honest mechanic that won't make things with the vehicle worse or try to convince me to do extensive preventative maintenance in order for them to make more money off me. They've worked on a wide range of work for all my family's problems, from basic oil changes to fully helping a Honda Civic recover from extensive water damage. Let's just say, I'm sure our Honda Civic was/is the only one to go swimming in the Puget Sound. B & T are always honest with costs and have always found us the best deals in cost of parts, whether it be online or at a local store and if you, by chance, find a better deal they'll allow you to bring in the part so they can install it for you.
