I made an appointment for me and my sister to get our nails done and pedicures and the lady on the phone told me that there is only one girl available so we would have to wait for her to do our nails and toes back to back but when we get there the girl was not there but the owner was so the owner started on my sister and I waited for the girl , she finally showed up and all I needed was a fill and it took her from 10:15am til around 12pm . My nails are not fully painted nor smoothly painted. I was so over her taking this long that I didn't even get a pedicure I just got a color change and yet they still charged me $25 for change my gel . At least the girl who changed my toe color did a better job then the girl who did my fill . The girl who did my fill had to do my sisters pedicure , but the way she takes SO LONG just to take we just told her to color change my sisters toes also. . All of this and I paid $65 and my sister paid $85 , stated our day off unsatisfied with our results , we will never be back . The owner is good at what she does but if she doesn't get her employees right her business will only have a bad reputation!!! read more

So I found this shop on yelp it's literally across the street from my house for some reason I never saw it but I thought I'd give it a chance set an appointment got there I saw it was two women not of the decent of other nail shops if u know what I mean so I was excited to give my business. Once I saw who was doing my pedicure I was a little nervous she looks like it was 20° outside with a flannel sweatshirt on and a Scully on her head when it was still 80° outside so the appearance threw me off but I decided to still give it a try as she started my pedicure she splashed water all up my thighs from the pedicure bowl she apologized I asked for a towel we moved on the water was extremely hot I asked for cold water to be put in she put more hot water a simple mistake maybe I didn't get burned we moved on she did my pedicure started off OK then she squeeze my foot so hard when she was scrubbing the bottom of my foot it hurt so I sat my foot down on the pedicure chair she continue to do my pedicure not once did she file over my acrylic nail on the big toe she didn't ask me if I wanted it filed anything she painted over it the polish was looking a little thin and I asked if we should go with another polish she said no that it's fine it's just at the bottom of the jar. She never put any type of moisturizer lotion cuticle oil anything on my feet after they've been soaking in water hot ass water for over 30 minutes. I get home and I look at my feet closer and they're horrible I could've done this myself my niece who is 11 could've done this all my feet are dry as the desert. Loved my pedicure! The lady who worked on me did a great job. She definitely took her time and made sure to get my ingrown out and made sure my toes were looking great. I've never had a pedicure where they really took the time and filed and buffed my toe nails like she did. Even when she did the polish, she made sure to go in after and cleaned up the edges with a brush, not her fingers like some others do. Don't be misled by the prices either because on the board it states pedicures are $25+ but the lady handed me a pedicure price sheet and there is the basic $20 pedicure and other options. The one I chose was $25 which includes callus removal which is a really good deal here in Vegas. Will definitely be coming back. Wish I had caught the lady's name that did my pedicure because I would ask for her everytime. Clean place. They sterilize and pouch their instruments which is a huge plus. Also loved that they played New Girl while I was there and it was not busy at all when I went in on a Friday around 1pm. read more

This place completely surprised me. We stumbled up on it while looking for a nail salon for the Canelo fight. It was 6:50 pm on a Friday and they close at 7pm. We knew it was going to be a risk but we tried anyways. As soon we walked in we got warmly greeted by the manager Liz; who speaks spanish which is a plus. She never even mentioned that they were closing soon. The best part that someone walked in at 7pm and Liz helped them out as well. The staff here is very friendly and fast. This place gets very busy on the weekends so I recommend and appointment but walk in are welcome. They do everything at the salon from manicures to gels. They also to waxing. The pedicures are the bomb although I didn't get one in this visit I will be back soon for one. We had made an appointment for 3 of us earlier that morning and they fit us in. We didn't have to wait and they actually worked on all of us so the whole appointment only took about 1 1/2 hours and we had 2 full sets and a full. If i could give 0 stars i would. Where do I even start??? First of all terrible service, nobody even greets you when you come inside they just stare at you like you're there to do THEIR nails. My nail appointment was at 4 the girl doing my nails didn't even walk in til 4:05. All I needed was A FILL!!! That took her 2 hours to do! And I stopped her early because of how horrible of a job she was doing. I'm all for giving people a chance to get better but when I constantly have to tell you to clean up the sides, file them down more, get the paint evenly across and make sure to get my entire nail...now that's just ANNOYING and honestly I could have did a better job at home. It makes it no better that the manager has a shitty attitude as well like we can ALLLLL see how bad these nails look but they acted like I was trippin!! Lmao She tells me to wait another 30 minute so she can fix them for me. Girl wtf? A fill with gel should take an hour TOPS. This shit took 2.5 hours. I asked for a discount and she tells me the most she can give me is $10 off. This place is a JOKE. This place is a hidden gem!! I will honestly say I was a bit skeptical about this nail salon due to the exterior. My mom kept going on and on about how great this place was so I tried it out. Right when we walked in I noticed how friendly everyone was! My mom was waiting on Heather so she had to sit for a while. I on the other hand took anyone who was available, luckily I got Mindy! I had my toddler with me and Mindy was very understanding but also loved talking to her. She took her time while giving me a pedicure and kept up good conversation. When Heather did speak in their language Mindy would translate. The best part of the pedicure was the hot stone! I came based on the reviews. When they began my nails the fake nails weren't gluing on right away, The lady went ahead and applied a liquid onto the tip of the nails, and then applied glue afterwards. I must say that immediately it started to burn and unfortunately some of the glue went onto my actual skin and that hurt like hell. The manicurist explained that this is normal in the pain will go away, it definitely went away however it still burned a little afterwards I was also impressed that they opened earlier than usual and I didn't feel as if they were talking crap about their customers. They were super friendly and I felt as if they were taking their time. The only thing that I'm not a fan of is having my nails done and pedicure done at the same time. Maybe it's to decrease the amount of time you spend there, idk but I felt like doing one at a time is best. Regardless of this experience, I still enjoyed it and was treated well, I can definitely say that I will return however I wish they didn't charge extra to get your feet soles scrubbed because I think this should already be included. It would also be nice if the main lady there didn't get so pushy with making you feel like you have to get this, that, ect. Anyways give it a try, they're super nice. read more

I came in after finding on Yelp to get a mani/pedi while visiting Vegas and when I pulled in the parking lot, I was like "I don't know about this place..." but I felt better once I sat down and saw they are really good with customer service and had quality nail polishes. I'm sure most nail salon have that very strong chemical smell when you walk in but it's well worth the assault on your senses once you are sitting on the massage chair with your feet soaking in the warm water and you begin to relax. We got the regular foot spa pedicure for $20! That's 20 dollars folks...Candy worked on my pedicure and Peter worked on my mom's. They are both very good though Peter seems to be the better. The staff here are very friendly. We did not have an appointment but they took us in on a Friday at noon. We had a massage appointment at Essence Spa next door so we could not try the deluxe spa pedicure for $35. My mom like the service so much that we want back after the massage to get an acrylic manicure. We are definitely coming back and will combine it with our massage appointment. read more

I'm not recommending this place for nails. First, it says 15$ for a fill, but they will make any excuse to make u pay 20$ which is a scam. Second, the lady that did my nails did a very bad job, didn't file them very good at the bottom and the total look looks very unprofessional. I had to go home and file them myself which is not just a Weiss of time&money but also I don't have the right equipment for it. still gave her a tip but will never go back. I guess I should have thoroughly read the reviews before I came here, and asked for Mindy or Hannah! I went in for mani pedi and it was prob the worse experience I've ever had. I usually go for manipedis 2x a month, so I know the routine for these things..(e.g. cut,file,buff,cuticle trim,cleaning under/around nails,massage) I got stuck with a guy who did NOT know what he was doing, and did not speak an ounce of English. He looked very confused the entire time and didn't even know how to clean/cut cuticles. He took maybe 15 min on an attempt to softly clean around my nails with that metal dagger thing and then filed the SURfACE of my nail with a filing board, yah, not a buffer a filing board..umm okay? Then he tried to skip straight to the Scrub without cutting cuticles; Im required to wear heels to work, and this is one of the main reasons I come to get a pedicure, not just to cut down and change my color. Overall it was just a crappy experience and have to say the one other young girl who was there was very nice, but this guy HAS TO GO. I have been patronizing B&T for over 2 yrs,& as of late the service has been supar at best. A guy named Danny use to work there,& he was the best ever! Extremely attentive and kind. Ive brought them many customers and no thanks you,no free nail design,no gratefulness.As a matter of fact,the prices keep going up! What a loyalty program! They can never keep a good tech & the ones they do have,they run them away. The shop manager Linh is sweet,but lazy.Every time Ive ever gotten my nails done,someone came in talking about their nails lifting,or broken after two days,of something horrid happening. My nails were constantly lifting,but I had no time to find another place. And Mindy has become extremely arrogant,she use to be sweet but I guess she feels "to good" to do small things like eyebrows or a polish change when needed! Dont waste your time & money!
