Hes probably an introvert because he doesnt seem to talk and before you go there yes he speaks perfect English. I loved that he was quiet and focused on his work. He made sure every part of the service was throughly done and perfected before moving on. And would recheck throughout the service. I had a mint feeling lotion on and after the massage he wrapped my feet in a towel... ahhh felt nice and awakening. The music is too somber piano for my tatste, but its still relaxing. The atmosphere is general looking. Nothing special, but dont let that fool you. I like the fact the mani and pedi was not not at the same time. The factvthat the pedi was done at the pedicure station and the mani done at his mani station. The front desk is an older man and very attentive. Wish I could give no star at all, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! My mother went in for a mani & pedi, for my grandmothers wedding. We were happy with the pedicure, and absolutely horrified with how "Jay" did her manicure. We call asking if there is any way we could get a refund, they initially agreed after hanging up several times on us. But were claiming they need to speak with my Mother in person. We kept telling them that won't be possible until a week after since the wedding is in California, and they've already left and won't be back for 4 days. I come in today since they agreed they'd refund, hoping to be a quick exchange, and I had to wait 40 minutes for a manager to come in. I went over with him about how someone finally agreed to give us back the 50.00 dollars that was for the nails. He said they don't do refunds, only repairs. I go over with him that someone said they'd give us the refund so he needs to speak with his employers.All while he's just smiling at me, learn your god damn customer service. Horrible staff, HORRIBLE "Manager" if that's even the manager. DO NOT COME HERE!! Felt like I was talking to a damn wall. They just kept repeating themselves as if I was stupid. I was actually present when the "Destinee P." reviewer below was at the salon. She had gotten her nails done at some other salon and decided to come to this shop to get them "fixed." As you may know, the only way to "fix" a bad set is to take them off and get a new set. Nails 101. But here is the crazy part. After they did her nails, she RAN out of the shop WITHOUT paying! She literally busted out of the salon. Blew my mind. It is crazy to me how someone can do that. She should be ashamed of herself. If you can't afford to get your nails done, then don't do it. These people work super hard. On another note, Nancy is my nail tech. She is super meticulous and always takes great care of my nails. It is a serious shame that Destinee ripped them off like that. If you want to complain about your crappy nails, go back to the place that did your nails originally or take off those nasty nails off and get a full set here. Don't be a cheat and a liar. What should have been a quick stop turned into 2 1/2 hours. We went for 3 pedicures and a nail DOT. Their sign says expect a pedicure to be 35 minutes....even if they did our pedicures back to back that's only an hour and a half. 2 were done at the same time, then the 3rd was started. The board offers different pedicure treatments ...but they don't ask what you want and just do the basic and seems like you don't get a choice - which is fine, if it stopped there and we left, but here's where the problem came in. Since the nails already had the DOT style of nail the nails have to soaked off, with tin foil wrapped on them. The tech decided to do this after the pedicure instead of having them soak off during the pedicure....this could have saved 20 to 30 minutes. The tech said I wish I knew you were doing DOT and you could have been soaking during the pedicure... ..SERIOUSLY .....you don't remember talking about it and giving you the special DOT color and container....you know...the one you're holding in your hand. Then after that she starts the process.....she messes it up so bad or has no idea what she's doing, she ends up calling another tech over to take over. It's not take over - it's start all over. Since there's more than one of us there....the other 2 are sitting in chairs almost falling asleep ...it's not as if we didn't have anything else planned for the day other than sit in the shop for 2 1/2 hours looking at each other wondering when will this be over. there's 2 other tech just laughing away. Time to pay.....we got a sorry and a smile. No discounts, no half price, no we'll give you a card for a free service next time.....here's your bill, with a smile. This place charged ($50) almost double than the last place, who had no issues and done in a reasonable amount of time, for both a pedi and DOT service. since there's 2 maybe 3 other Nail Spas in this complex and IF we're ever in the area ....T Nail will NOT be in our options to go. Oh, I forgot....after the pedicure you have to put your own shoes on, so be careful and don't smudge. read more

I really love this place. Thi does a really good job and I have been going to him for the last year. Before I had the other 2 girls do my nails and they're actually really good too. But I like the way Thi does my nails the best. Sometimes when they're a bit busy Thi tends to rush on doing my nails, so it's not done as nice as when as he's not in a rush. So I've learned to go on day when they're dead so that he can take his time and be in absolutely no rush. And that's when my nails always turn out the best. Definitely lost a client. I've been here a hand full of times and my last experience was literally the last straw. The customer service here is based on how much you spend. I called and Michelle answered... I told her I needed to set an appointment for 2 pedicures, She then asked was it for two women or one of each!!?... I ask why it mattered and Michelle said because they don't take appointments with males after a certain time? I said oook well 1pm should be an ok time considering it's during the day. I work right next door to this salon, made an appointment to go in and when I went in the 2 workers were arguing with each other on who will take me and the man, not sure if he is the owner or what but very unprofessional was not wanting to take my appointment, saying it would take him 45 minutes to an hour to put gel polish on my nails. He asked how long I had on my break and I told him 30 minutes but I could take as long as I needed since I am the manager, but he was rude and told me no that he would need longer than 30 minutes, again after telling him I could take the time I needed he still was rude and after that I told him forget it that 1 hour to put gel polish on unpolished nails is crazy and I didn't want to give my money to such an unprofessional place. I've been getting my eyebrows done here since the summer of 2016. I will admit, I am not someone who goes habitually to get their eyebrows done. I go when I feel like I should go... which may be longer than some people go between waxes. The time between my waxes started to get longer because the lady (whos name I never ever got, my bad) always made me feel uncomfortable about my appearance. She would make comments about my eyebrows being "hairy" and it make me feel awkward... as I'm sure maybe some people who are sensitive about their appearance would feel. I went in this afternoon to get my eyebrows done. She walks over to me and leans in really close to my face, examining my eyebrows before asking something like "Do you have sensitive skin?" It almost to me sounded like she asked if I get blisters or something, so I asked "Sensitive? Do you mean does my skin get red? Sometimes" and she told me that no one in the facility will wax my eyebrows. Really????? I walked in to gain some confidence about myself and I walked out in tears feeling like now I can never get my eyebrows waxed by anyone anywhere. read more
