My toes have never looked this cute it's been a while! I got a pedicure and The Rocker guy did amazing he was so gentle really cleaned my feet and cuticles and not once did he cut me. After his mom took him ver to paint my toes and they look beautiful! I've gotten some many compliments and my feet feel hydrated and still so soft. I got the cbd champagne pedicure! Avoid. Went prior to an engagement shoot and the polish was so low quality that the nails had to be repainted 3 times. They refused to offer a refund and we wound up being coldly yelled at as staff argued amongst themselves. We had already paid for the service and they said there was nothing they could do because the manager was out on a week long conference. The nail tech then stopped the service halfway through and refused to continue. Because we were going to a photoshoot immediately after, we had insist the work be completed if a refund was not being provided. A different nail tech had to volunteer and in total, two manicures took an hour and a half. Completely unreasonable for a "basic" manicure. If I could give it less than one star I would. I've heard about this place through Yelp yearsss ago! Most of the reviews said to make an appointment with Theresa and man, they weren't lying! Theresa is an angel sent from heaven forreal! She is my main go to girl at this nail salon and I've been going to her for years now ever since I moved here. She is very detail oriented, very accommodating and super personable and sweet! I love going to this nail salon because of her! She always make sure that her work is 10/10. She takes care of her customers for sure! She even sends you a text during the holidays! She's so amazing! Their work here is quality but don't expect the usual glam and glitz decor you find at other nail salons. This place, however, is very clean and well taken care of. They have a lot of polishes to choose from! They are also well priced -- cheaper than most nail salons in the area! Pre-covid, they offered water, tea and coffee for their guests and they allow guests to wait in the lobby. Also a plus, they are open late without having to charge you an extra fee for late night! I went here with 2 of my girlfriends for pedicures and both of my friends had a good experience, but me not so much. It was weird uncomfortable silence and we didn't feel very invited like at other salons (im used to technicians who actually talk to you or offer water or something, but there was weird awkward silence the whole time). My technician was doing a French tip on me and the design was a little too thick (that's on me for not speaking up and asking him to thin the line) but my problem was he cut my nails way too short, they're always at the tip of my toes and he cut them too short and they look funky as well as are sore. There were a couple times he nicked me and I winced & pulled my foot away but he didn't take my social ques and just kept going, continuing to hurt me. Then I got burned by the uv lamp a handful of times because he filed my actual nails so thin. I personally wouldn't come back here again but it was fast and cheap so that's good. read more

I had a horrible night over there. I arrived at 9pm, I saw they have special $38 for both manicure and pedicure, I was going to do both since they told me it's only cost one and half hours, but the lady who works on my nail did a horrible horrible job on my nail for TWO HOURS, so I ended up just doing nails. The lady who did my nail, according to what she said, she works at this job for 10 years, she took couple months off and now she came back to work. Ok I don't have problem with that, but 1. She cut my nail skin and made it bleed TWICE! 2. Non-stop using her phone TEXTING and CALLING during the session. 3. Told me to bake my UNEVEN nail polish and ended it have to GRIND it to fixed it, my nails are so thin right now. 4. Horrible nail polish skill (picture down below). 5. While I finally had enough, I complain to the manager, this lady was trying to argue with me, and bad-mouthing me in her own language, it's frustrating. The reason why I give them two stars instead of zero star (not an option on yelp) is because Amy and Teresa the managers came over and fixed my nails for me, also gave me two fingers of print flowers for free. While Amy fixing my nail, Teresa was comforting me on the side. I gave big thump up for both of them. I ended up paying $38 plus $10 tips for the nails. I can't sleep at night watching my nails, this experience was my nightmare. I regret it so much I wish I had never walked in here at the beginning. read more

Found this place on google map. Went there to try out. I originally wanted to get gel mani and gel pedi but saw they all on clients and i was in a hurry so i decided to just get gel pedi and regular polish for my mani. The guy work on my pedi immediately and i asked if is there anyone can start on my mani ( this is 20 mins later and I saw a few techs was done and sitting around). They kept telling each other to do it in Vietnamese thinking i dont understand cuz they didnt want to do it ( guess it only regular manicure so its not worth for them). 3.5 I didn't have the full nail experience here, rather I just had my existing acrylics painted over with gel polish. My polish had peeled off, but I wasn't due for a fill for another two weeks, so I figured I would just pop by the closest nail place to my office on my lunch break and get them painted over. I was pleased that I was able to stop in without an appointment and be able to be helped right away. However, the main issue with this experience was the amount of time it took to have the service completed. I asked for something fairly simple. Something I could've totally done myself if I had any sort of free time. But alas, I do not. It took the tech over an hour to repolish my nails and this was after I said something along the lines of "it doesn't have to be perfect, I'm already late back to work." The nail tech nicked/burned my skin. I advised that I have never paid more than $80 for both feet and nails and Ive always tipped the past techs well. They had the nerve to charge me $91. The lady that was there stated that's what's on the business board. I literally went there last time and got 2 designs on each finger, a fill and a pedicure. The BFF and I were in town for a fun filled girls trip to Vegas. Around 9p, we decided we really wanted pedicures and called here. The friendly staff were able to secure us appointments for 9:30p. When is the last time you were able to pamper yourself with a desperately needed pedicure that late at night? Expensive for very mediocre pedicure job. The nail technician did a poor pedicure job on my toe design, and mind you, it was a super simple design. It seemed like she didn't want to be there because with every brushstroke she did she kept looking at the clock. I asked for a simple watermelon design on my toes and what I got was a 4 year olds rendition of one. First she painted green seeds on one toe and she had to re-do the whole toe again. I requested for thicker rind design and she only did a really thin lines (if you can call it a line). They weren't straight and they overlap each other. Then the seeds are all over the place and different sizes. Not only that, she left me forgotten on the pedicure chair with undone toes for 20 minutes. It wasn't until I got up from the chair and walked over to my sister's table to see how her manicure was going that she came running over, leaving another customer she was working on, and said that she needed to put the top coat on my nails. Then I was forgotten again for another 15 minutes on the same spa chair again. Both of my sisters who had a pedicure and gel manicures done were waiting on me and I only requested a simple pedicure. The nail technician I had sent another lady to finish my toes. Save your money and do your own pedicures at home instead of coming to this place. read more

I've come here for a little over a year. I don't care for the ambiance (9 flat screen tvs/ very cramped/a bit dirty and the music is a little loud). However, it's a convenient location when I'm stuck on their side of town late for my daughter's practice. They are open very late. It's hit/miss on quality depending on who you get, but the work is usually fine. Not anything special but just good enough. One of the techs with long red hair is very slow and her work is not great, thick and she doesn't really listen to what you want. She also can't complete a fill with basic gel polish (no design) in 1.5 hours. Others can complete in 1 hour (the man and older lady). I've gotten a slight infection from pedicures a couple times here as well because they can be too aggressive removing cuticles/in grown. So they were like a 3 ish star for me... but then recently I came in for just a color change. I checked in and asked for a "gel, color change." I get gel on my acrylics and did not need a fill yet, just wanted a different color. I sat down with an older lady tech and before I could stop her/process what in the world was happening - the tech started chopping off my long almond shaped acrylics. I was stunned and then said "Oh gosh, you thought I wanted a take off and gel, no I asked for a color change." She said "Why didn't you stop me? You have to ask for color change!" I said "I did when I checked in... I was shocked and trying to process what you were doing..." It was awkward, she didn't apologize... I had limited time so I said "It's fine, just do a square round french tip instead since they're so short & square now." Well, she cut 2 too short so had to "fix" the length with acrylic. (At first she was trying to leave them different lengths before I spoke up ). Here's my problem past that... They charged me $40 for this! A color change is usually $25. Not only did they not discount at all as a courtesy for chopping my nails off due to THEIR miss communication and try to blame me for their mistake... But charged me for design AND charged me for the "fix" both needed due to her mistake. I didn't argue, I tipped and left but I will not be back. Poor customer service lost a consistent customer who returns every 2-3 weeks. Had they done this service as a courtesy and apologized, I would have returned and just chalked it up to a mistake. So $40 cost them lots of repeat business. read more

Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere nice. I cannot believe how terrible my full set came out. $55 gets you a gel acrylic set, short length. The acrylic was packed so high and basically touching my skin. It connected from the mail to the skin, no thin gap in between where the cuticle is. None. There has been glue all over my skin since Saturday 09/30. The place is decent looking and I appreciate them letting my children sit next to me on a busy day, but the quality is absolutely terrible. The gel polish was clumpy and old. It wasn't DND it was something in a red bottle. My nail person was a short Asian dude with a bunch of tattoos and an apron. I don't remember his name but he was super kind. He said all the right things about his process but it didn't translate to the finished product unfortunately. I have never had such a bad experience.
