Stopped by because I felt like there was a small leak in my tire. There was no wait and what I really appreciated is they let me stay in my car while they checked the tire. Wow this place is awesome! I had a slow leak in my tire, and kept losing pressure. Pulled up and these guys got my tire patched and fixed in less than 15 minutes. They even did the work while I sat in the vehicle, which was so nice during Covid. I live in a community with a lot of new construction, so I had a nail in my other vehicle's tire, and came back a second time to have them patch that too! As a woman, getting my vehicle repaired can sometimes be a daunting task. Many places will try to rip you off, or make you feel uncomfortable. The employees at B&T were so courteous, professional, friendly, and honest. They showed me the hole in my tire and where they would be patching, and they charged me a very affordable price. I mount my own tires at home. I recently had problems mounting a 17 inch tire. I took the tire and rim to B&T Tire to complete the mounting. I arrived at the front of the shop and the owner came out to greet me. That was a surprise! I told him what needed to be done with the tire and rim. He took the tire and rim to the back and he returned two minutes later with the mounted tire on the rim. Quality work and quick service. I can see this place would be packed with customers if it was on a major street. But, it's located in a "hidden" part of southeast Austin, so it's not that crowded... I was stuck in a traffic jam due to a previous accident on I-35. At the same time, my tire was deflating rapidly. I tried my best to squeeze my way to the exit lane with 9 psi on my tire. B&T Tire Shop SAVED ME!! My tire started deflating when I was on Bluff Springs Rd driving to a doctor's appointment. I was able to JUST make it to B&T and the guys immediately got my tire off, showed me I had a slit in my tread. They assured me it was patchable and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes!
