I put it on in front of her to look at myself in the mirror, and I carried it with me to decide whether I wanted it for sure. I then put it back where I got it from and she continued to watch me. When I looked around the register area for knickknacks, she asked me where the necklace was in a very rude way. I told her I had put it back and she said, "oh really?" I asked her if she was insinuating that I wanted to steal it, she very rudely said, "well, you don't have to shop here". ARE YOU SERIOUS LADY?!! I told her that she needed to calm her ass because there are people out there who will not put up with that attitude.

I had an exceptional experience at B-Chic Fashions, especially after a disappointing visit to another dress store. Prior to my visit, I called the store and spoke with Andree, who was immediately warm, kind, and genuine. Her sincerity came across clearly over the phone, and she made me feel able and confident enough to make the trip to the store the following day. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was. Andree greeted me with open arms, even offering me a hug. I was even more surprised that the plus-size selection was prominently displayed at the front of the store, contrary to my previous experience in other shops where I was often led to the back. Andree took the time to carefully select several gowns she thought would suit me, including designs from Tarik Ediz, a designer I had been eyeing. Although the gowns were beautiful, I did not immediately feel like any of them were "the one." Andree's professionalism shone through when she asked me to share some specific styles I had previously screenshot. She quickly reviewed the options, offering helpful insights about which gowns would be most flattering based on my preferences. I appreciated that she wasn't just trying to sell me any dress, but was genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit. After much consideration, I showed her a gown I had initially loved but was unsure about the cut. Andree immediately checked its availability, and after confirming it could be ordered, she took the time to explain how the design would complement my body type. Her expertise and guidance gave me the confidence to place the order for my dream dress. Six weeks later, I received a call informing me that my gown had arrived. Though I live three hours away, I happily made the journey back to the store, and even though Andree wasn't there, Agatha and Jennifer provided the same level of warmth and professionalism. Upon seeing the gown for the first time in person, I was overwhelmed with joy. The dress was even more stunning than I had imagined, and it fit perfectly without the need for any alterations. Agatha and Jennifer went above and beyond, even suggesting that the bra I was wearing could be sewn into the gown for a better fit, which was incredibly helpful given the gown's cut. I truly didn't want to take the dress off, and the entire experience was made even more special by the kindness and patience of the staff. I cannot express enough gratitude to Andree, Agatha, and Jennifer for making this experience so memorable. B-Chic Fashions has earned my trust, and I will be returning for any future events. This ball I'm attending in December holds significant meaning for my mother and me, as I never had the chance to attend a prom or other events in my youth. Ladies, this is the best place EVER to buy a dress! For any fancy occasion (prom, homecoming, birthdays, bridesmaid dresses, etc.) I recommend coming here! I recently bought my beautiful prom dress here and the owner was so nice and willing to help me. The customer service is so great, the owner really takes her time in finding a perfect dress for you. Also, they have such a large inventory its a pretty small store, but they have a whole large inventory upstairs so if you don't see a dress that you like in the shop don't be afraid to ask them for other dresses because they do have a lot! The website is great also and free shipping is so great! The owner helped me find a dress that fit my price also, it was really nice because they have all sorts of dresses in different prices. The prices are reasonable and the dresses are worth every penny spent! The dresses are in beautiful condition and the owner really takes care of each dress like it's her baby. This is the best store to look for any special event dress. I went to so many stores to look for a cake cutting dress for my big day from all the big bridal stores in Cambpell, Cupertino, Dublin, San ramon to San Jose, i couldn't find any dress with a decent price that i want. I googled and found B Chic Fashions store. It's a small store with a variety of beautiful dresses. The store owner Andrea is super nice and friendly. She would like for me to come in to get the exact measurement before ordering a dress that i want. I ended up trying on another dress that she recommded which is absolutely beautiful and elegant. All of my friends loved my cake cutting gown, and they said it's so elegant and prettty. I gave them the location of the stores with my recommendation to definity buy it from here. This is the place to shop for a special ocassion dress. It tooks me a few months to shop around and i still couldn't find anything that's decent in pricing, good customer service and honest opinion. We bought my daughters first prom dress here last spring. I've been meaning to write a review and am finally getting around to it. This is a small boutique like shop. The owner provides exceptional customer service and the place has a much more personal feel than Trudy's or New Things West. My daughter is super picky and we scoured websites and went to 5 different shops to try on dresses. She finally found the one she wanted on B Chic's website. You can order any dress that's not in stock at the store for a deposit fee that is fully refundable if you are not happy with the dress upon receipt of it. Luckily, my daughter loved the dress upon arrival. She truly was the belle of the ball at her prom. I like this store! Came here to purchase a dress for my engagement party. It was around prom season so they had a lot of prom options for younger girls. The staff is really friendly and nice. I ended up finding a Terani Couture gown that I loved. Their alterations were a bit expensive so I took it to someone my family has used for years. The dresses are all sorted by size which makes it easier to look for things that fit you. Overall, I had a great experience and enjoyed the service. I wish they had a greater selection of elegant gowns but I understand the need for lots of prom dresses.
