I visited the store and asked if they can do a specific silk dress and they said yes. I made an appt for the next day to discuss customization. Next day comes and im told they can't do the dress in silk. I proceed to order a CUSTOMIZED dress. Post appt, I called to address few concerns that came up. I provided very specific detailed pictures with highlights of what I wanted. We booked a follow up appt. During the appt, everything was agreed upon. I asked the dress to be my specific height, sleeves stitched to certain length, and no chest pads. Im told leave everything as it is and their tailor will take care of it once it comes. Delivery is late. Finally it arrives, and it is a beautiful dress however COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STYLE. Hugged my body in all the wrong areas. Asked for A line cut but got a bodycon instead. They wanted to charge me to remove the chest pad, fix height, and sleeve (all things i asked them to do while ordering a customized dress) to which i firmly denied to pay. In addition, I had to go back couple more times so they can fix it. Finally it was ready to be picked up the day I leave town for the event. I didnt try on the dress, i Just picked it up. I came home and put it on, and its tight. The stitches are coming off, belt ripped off and it looked worse then before on my body. The owner drove to my place and made alterations while I wore the dress. In the end, everyone loved the dress. Like i said, it was a beautiful dress, just not what i ordered. Moral of the story, I went thru all this and didnt receive the dress I customized for $1650. Oh and my stones kept falling out during the event without reason. I appreciate her coming to my place to do the alterations. They have a beautiful collection of outfits. I would recommend buying what's in the store however I wouldn't customize with them. read more

Should have went to Neiman Marcus! Made an appointment after talking to a lovely individual on the phone. Showed up. Didn't have any record of it. No, 1 on 1 assistance. They pulled 1 dress for me. No one is readily available to assist, had my husband zip my dresses for me. Thank goodness he came so I had help, unfortunately they were very rude to him. They are running around crazily and you don't know who is an employee or who is shopping. I pulled the rest for myself. I was told I could order any dress I wanted and it would be here in time. They have many to choose from but because of that. Several dresses I tried were damaged from being so smashed on the racks. Hard to tell what you are looking at. This is where I would have loved to have assistance to show them the dresses I saved from their site so they could help me find them. I did find a dress to order and it was only $500!!! But when I went to check out the ladies tried to send me home with the sample dress! Thankfully someone that must be a manager assured them I can order the dress. My daughter and I were in search for a senior ball dress. We made the drive to San Carlos to check out B Chic Fashions and it was definitely worth the long drive. From the moment we walked inside, we were greeted and asked if we can be helped, so many dresses to choose from, the 3 amazing ladies explained the lay out of the dresses in the store and were genuinely helpful. We were there for about 2.5 hours and the entire time, all 3 ladies were so nice, helpful, and didn't make you feel pressured to buy a dress. The shop is clean and inviting place to be inside. My only regret is not knowing about this place last year when we were looking for multiple girls' dresses. My daughter fell in love with a dress and we left a satisfied customer. We will be back. My family and I came in to look for a prom dress for my little sister. Mind you she was excited to go to this store because she looked at their website and loved what they offered so we decided to give it a try. They gave a fake greeting and had us check in. Only let her choose 5 dresses to start and we noticed other girls had chosen almost up to 10. The vibe was totally off we felt like we were being rushed and just stared at the entire time like if we were outsiders. Just super unwelcoming vibe. We also felt as some of the employees just did not know what they were doing or how to help and overall we just felt dismissed. Definitely need to get some new employees or teach them about customer service and treating everyone equally! Horrible experience on my wedding day. Dress got coloring on my fingers the minute I held it up, can't use any of my photos with my hands including the exchanging of rings and signing of papers. Even after having paid extra for expedited shipping, I did not get offered a refund when my veil arrived one day before my wedding AND incorrectly (not the shape/layers I asked for). I slept three hours before my wedding to fix the issues caused by this company and nothing in sight for reimbursement or refund. I'm sad I paid so much just for this. I ordered the dress from their website and it turned out the warehouse couldn't locate my size (it was the last one). It was prom season and my daughter waited too long to order a dress online and Nordstrom and Macy's selection was disappointing. B Chic was recommended as the go-to local dress shop. They were packed, but let us in anyway to browse the dresses. They pulled several dresses they thought would look good on my daughter, their customer service is amazing! We purchased a gorgeous dress that day, there were so many choices! Then WE made a big mistake. We left with the dress to get it altered at a different location. That turned into a horrible mistake. After a clear request to hem the dress and keep only a little of the train in the back, the tailor hemmed the dress too short. It was awful. We left the tailor with the material that was removed and went back to B Chic where they handed the dress to Jenny, their on-site seamstress. Jenny saved the dress! Somehow, she managed to reattach the train and hem it properly at the correct length. When we first arrived everything was fine, they ladies working asked what we were looking for and we told them 4 designers as well as my budget. As things progress we felt the sales lady was being very passive aggressive towards us. Pushing for a sale even though we already expressed the dress I was trying on was too similar to my current dress. I pointed out a dress I liked but it was no where near my size, she said she has a similar one but it was $250 over my budget (that I told them as I first walked in). Towards the end of our visit, we noticed there was another lady shopping in the store and realized the interaction with her was very different from ours. The demeanor towards her was friendly and helpful, where as we felt as if it was a "Pretty Woman" moment because we were dressed in leggings and hoodies vs something fancier. My daughter wanted a dress for her prom she asked me to take her to this place ( bad choice ) she was going to meet her friend at the store. When I went to pick her up she told me about this rude lady at the fitting room who didn't allow them to try them on more then 5 dresses my daughter was def going to buy one but this lady on her late 30s kept on telling her to hurry up using a really bad and loud tone of voice and giving them attitude making them feel like they needed to go but she did allow others to try on more then 9 dresses. Why? Is it because she saw that my daughter and her friend were by themselves and assumed they weren't going to buy a dress . My kid usually never complains about anyone I raised her good to be respectful.
