I just had Paul with best Appliance repair freezer that was dripping water on the floor. Turned out it was a plugged drainage tube. The situation was diagnosed quickly and the repair happened within 1 hour. Also had the benefit of having a completely cleaned out freezer unit when the project was over. Excellent customer service. It took about a week to get them here because they are quite busy. But once a schedule was made for when the repair would be done it was kept to. I would recommend to anyone looking for appliance repair. I called Saturday afternoon to ask about the ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator. An appointment was made for Sunday at 9:30 a.m. The technician, Bruce, was right on time. He quickly discovered an issue (circuit burnt out I believe). He has the part with him.
