They don't do tipping here, they actually pay their employees a livable wage which is fantastic. They have a pay it forward program you can donate cash to instead, it goes towards breakfast for people in need. The employees seemed happy and were very friendly. The marsala fries were a let down; they were the regular fries with a little drizzle of sauce and black sesame sprinkled on top.
