Went to visit family and ran errands in the neighborhood. I looked up local matcha places and B'Lets popped up. It was super easy to order online. I didn't download the app because I don't live in the area. My husband got the Oolong Milk Tea w boba and I got the pandan Matcha. The oolong was fragrant and perfectly sweetened. My husband loved it and he is a picky man. I usually get a strawberry matcha but my husband convinced me to try the pandan. I didn't know what to expect. I always get nervous that my drinks are too sweet. The pandan matcha did not disappoint! It was was light and refreshing for a hot day. I ordered it 30% sweetened with almond milk and I tried very hard to sip and not gulp it all up. When I walked to pick up and the staff was nice and polite. Very clean... tables and chairs were inviting and had a mix of people on their laptops, family with kids, teens chatting away. I will definitely come back when I visit again!! I came upon this place by looking up matcha coffee.. Pandan Matcha drink caught my eye. There were so many choices to look at and get. I ordered a pandan matcha drink with egg cream on top and 30% sweetness. It tasted like a childhood drink I grew up having... shaking the egg cream to mixed in the drink took it to another level. Tried this new cafe spot with my friend, we got a banana latte and strawberry matcha oat latte. The banana latte was on the bitter side and has a strong banana taste. Went here when they first opened again then most recently. Coffee is solid and they have plenty of flavors to choose from. I can't find many places that does pandan coffee in SGV so this has been my go to for it. Sweetness is adjustable. Download their app to order for pick up so you can accumulate points too. Service is pretty fast. Only downside is that the plaza can get busy so parking can be an issue. Went on a weekday morning and I had trouble finding a spot. Otherwise, solid place to get good coffee in the area. read more

Yay to a good matcha spot in this area! The shop is pretty cute, I use to be scared of this plaza but it seems they've added more parking out towards the back end. The matcha is really good! A little sweeter then most places however it was still pretty good. read more

Absolutely loved this place! We got: Pandan Matcha 50% Sweet 5/5 Matcha Einspanner 30% Sweet 5/5 Both drinks were sweetened perfectly! The matcha einspanner had a strong matcha taste but not too bitter and sweet. Some places would compensate a bitter matcha with a really sweet taste but this place was able to create a drink perfectly in between. The pandan matcha was sweet and complemented the matcha pretty well. This place was really clean, had plenty of parking, outlets, and workers were really nice. This place would be a perfect place to study or get work done! They're open until 11pm which is really nice for people who like getting work done at night :) My only feedback is that the place can get pretty loud with the music so probably bring some noise canceling headphones/earbuds. They play a lot of pop music so it can be distracting when doing work but that's my preference. Other than that, this place was really good with drinks and location!! read more

My wife is always looking for new matcha shops to try out so when she told me about this one, I was a little hesitant since there's just so many but wow, this place was actually pretty good. A small shop on the corner of a plaza and this intersection alone can drive one insane, however we got lucky and got VIP parking right in front. The store is pretty spacious, tons of seating & decently sized menu. I got a coffee and my wife got a matcha. It was pretty good. Service was okay Would definitely be back in we're in the area read more

I've been meaning to try this place as it's pretty close to me. I tried the phin coffee and added the einspänner cream so it's pretty much the phin einspänner. It's pretty strong on the coffee which some might prefer, though next time I may want to see if they can do extra cream. It definitely packs a punch as most viet coffee does. I've tried the other nearby coffee place which is more popular and the flavor and quality is pretty much the same. If not for the other place's promos, I would probably go to B'Lets, since a regular/small at the other place is a large here (I think they only have one size). Also the parking is super spacious and less hectic! I'll probaby stop by to try their other drinks when I have the chance. read more

So far so good! Great new addition to SGV offering a plethora of unique Asian coffee and tea drinks. I have tried both the pandan matcha and corn matcha, flavors I don't usually come across, and they were amazing! You can taste the pandan and corn flavors which blend well with the matcha. I am intrigued in trying their espresso-based drinks next (eyeing the ube latte) and their refreshers. The space is modern and inviting with lots of tables. Parking is plenty as well. As a Vietnamese person, I was excited to try B'Lets Roastery. The coffee definitely leans toward a stronger, more traditional Vietnamese style. Personally, I'm more used to places like Lee's Coffee and 7 Leaves, so it was a bit stronger than what I typically enjoy. That being said, if you love bold Vietnamese coffee, this might be right up your alley. I stopped by close to closing time, and the employee making my drink seemed a little irritated or rushed. To be fair, they were about to close, so I'm not sure if it was directed at me or just the timing of my visit. The shop itself was clean and the drink was made well. While the coffee wasn't quite my personal preference, I can appreciate that they're serving a more authentic, robust coffee experience. I'd be willing to come back and try some of their other menu items in the future. read more

Tried their corn coffee - you could taste the corn flavor it was subtle not overpowering. I wish they had a corn cream I could add to the drink. Cause I love a cream top coffee it makes the drink more creamy. Their coffee is strong. They renovated the interior which made it look more modern and bright. This 5/5 review is solely based on their coconut blended coffee! Strong coffee with the right amount of toasted coconut flavor! It was so delicious and packed with caffeine. I have never had anything quite like it. Their Vietnamese coffee was made very well! Creamy, but not overly sweet. Their mixed fruit tea had a large amount of fresh fruits in the tea and it was refreshing! I loved that there was so much mango pieces in the drink. Taiyaki was made to order. Nice, hot, and delicious! We will definitely keep on visiting this place! Side note: There are not too many opportunities for alternations with the drink like swapping milk alternatives. Love the taiyaki with ube cream and the different matchas! I asked and they use real bananas in the banana matcha, it also tastes like they use real corn in the corn matcha (quite a strong flavor). The authentic milk tea is a really unique flavor and the service is great, they answered my questions and are friendly. Love it. 3) Good place for photo. Every corner is awesome even in the bathroom. 4) We ordered Coconut Blended Coffee (with 50% sugar) and the coffee is so rich and tasty. Looks like this place rebranded from the previous Waffle Studio to B'Lets Roastery and I think it's better than it was before. In terms of quality I really enjoyed the coffee at this spot. This little Vietnamese coffee shop serves up some unique drinks. I got the tropical cold brew and wow, I've never tried a flavored cold brew before but it absolutely works. They pretty much pump syrup and some fruits mixed into cold brew and its delicious as well as strong. The sesame coffee was also delicious and packed with caffeine. In need of caffeine before work, so I stopped by to picked up a matcha for myself and coffee for a coworker. Love how close it is to work. The fact that this place opens early and closes late, is amazing. I was having a hard time deciding this morning as to which matcha drink I wanted to get. They had a good selection on their menu. I went for the matcha lava cream. The description of the drink found on their menu is ceremonial Uji matcha, jasmine tea, and matcha cream. During my conversation with the cashier, he gave me a good idea as to what they use in their drink. He was helpful and patience being the only staff presence. Quality service provided! The drink itself was made to my liking. I got both drinks at 50% sweetness. I can't tell you how the coffee tasted because I'm not a coffee person but based on the drink and its color, the quality is there. My matcha was dark green and even the cream color was a good green, topped off with a jasmine flower candy. You can taste the balance in the drink. Not water down, nor one thing overpowering the other ingredients. As for their interior, space was clean, minimalist, and cute(with the 2 teddy bears). Their drinks are legit. Vietnamese coffee is thick and very delicious. Coconut coffee is pretty good too. Not as coffee-y and more coconut-y toast-y. House coffee has salty cream on top. If you like savory taste when drinking coffee. I think the hip viet coffee game is finally coming to sgv. No need to drive down to oc anymore. read more

AMBIANCE - Located on a busy corner, B'Lets Roastery is a little bit hard to get into. There's a backside entrance on Mabel Ave, if people find that easier. Inside boasts beautiful marble and gold accents with plants throughout. This is a cute, aesthetic establishment for sure. FOOD - Almost all of the reviews I saw focused on their Ube Coffee, which is a Vietnamese coffee that has an Ube cream top. This drink lived up to the hype! It was rich and bold but not overly strong and I think it was mellowed out with the ube cream top. I would definitely get it again! They do put a lot of ice, so I would ask for light ice and while you're at it, just get the large size haha. SERVICE - A nice woman greeted me and took my order. Established in 2025, B’Lets Roastery was born from a deep passion for Vietnamese coffee and a desire to elevate how it is experienced in the United States. After the success of our previous venture, we returned to Vietnam and reconnected with local coffee farmers, discovering the incredible potential of high-quality Vietnamese Robusta—often misunderstood, yet rich, bold, and full of character when done right. Inspired by this journey, we partnered directly with farms to bring premium Vietnamese coffee to the U.S. under the B’Lets Roastery name. “B’Lets” stands for “Be Smile and Let’s Roastery”, reflecting our belief that coffee should bring joy, connection, and warmth. Every cup represents our commitment to quality, sustainability, and honoring Vietnamese coffee heritage—while presenting it in a fresh, modern way.

Hi, I’m Kirkpy, the manager behind B’Lets Roastery. My journey with coffee began through my Vietnamese roots and years of working in food and beverage, where I developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, consistency, and community. After spending time in Vietnam reconnecting with local coffee farmers, I was inspired by the bold flavors and untapped potential of high-quality Vietnamese Robusta coffee. That experience motivated me to bring something meaningful to the U.S.—not just another coffee shop, but a place that honors tradition while presenting it in a modern, approachable way. I was passing by this area and decided to stop by Waffle Studio for fun. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! They have a variety of delicious waffles, teas, and coffees to choose from. I ordered the strawberry waffle, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It was so good that I almost finished it by myself. I also tried the house salted coffee and the coconut coffee blended, both of which were smooth and flavorful. The house salted coffee had a nice balance of sweet and salty, while the coconut coffee blended was creamy and refreshing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the cafe was cozy and cute. Famous with Vietnamese coffee type. Strong flavor brings from thick espresso and creamy from condensed, top with sea salt or UBE foam. Oh my goodness, so great combinations. With a cup of coffee, it was the perfect breakfast. Their Ube coffee was a tasty surprise too. It's creamy and has a unique flavor from purple yam. It's definitely worth a try if you like trying new things. And don't miss out on their Hello Cutie drink. It's a fizzy soda with pink lemonade and a little lychee flavor. It's one that I would re-order on the next visit. My husband ordered their seasonal Sakura Milk Tea with regular ice, 75% sweetness and Non-dairy creamer. There are so many boba places in the SGV I don't see why I need to give this place more chances when I'm spending $8 on a drink with 15% preselected tip option just to deal with an employee that acts like you're interrupting their free time.
