(+) London Fog Matcha Latte (+) Strawberry Matcha Latte Maicha Matcha is a coffee/match spot that opened recently in Arcadia. Parking is easily accessible behind the building. There are two entrances in the front and back. The shop is known for being open because the tables are spread out, with plenty of natural light. A great place to chat with friends, or to get some work done. Whole, oat, and almond milk are your choices for your drinks. Sugar and ice levels can be adjusted. Drinks: I've tried the London fog and strawberry matcha lattes. I liked the London fog better, but not by much. The earl grey syrup prepared was great tasting. The matcha here is creamier than most other matcha places. It is quality matcha but texture is something I noticed. Depends on how you prefer but definitely give it a try. The servers are helpful with ordering and very friendly. I will be back and love the convenience of running in and out in a timely manner.
New matcha place opened in Arcadia! I've seen so many videos on TikTok about how delicious their matcha is and I have to agree! They have parking out in the front and behind their store. The parking in the front is free street parking but very hard to find but around the corner is a large parking lot that's shared with multiple businesses and the Post Office. Their store is very white and minimalist with quite a few seats and tables to do work or just to enjoy their drinks. Ordering was relatively easy. Their menu is displayed behind the cashier with cute little Smiskis next to it. I opted for the Cold Brew Jasmine Milk Tea which doesn't allow milk substitutions. Their cold brew jasmine milk tea is brewed for 24 hours so that the aroma of the jasmine can be tasted through the matcha. Drink: Cold Brew Jasmine Matcha Milk Tea (8/10): I loved this drink! I didn't opt for any adjustments to sugar or ice for my first time and it was perfect! I thought that the jasmine was very aromatic and could be tasted through each sip when I mixed everything together. The total was $7.25 which, I guess, is the normal nowadays. I love that this place doesn't pre-batch their matcha and actually makes it in front of you. I didn't like the little jasmine flower they added at the end. It was pretty but the petals got separated and was a weird thing to find randomly with my sips.
Had the strawberry matcha which was a refreshing start to a hot summer morning :) the matcha was earthy and well whisked. Presentation and the inside of the cafe were cute! There were a number of tables, benches, and bar/window seats. Quick and friendly service. I appreciated the option to adjust my drink's sweetness!
Soo thrilled they're no longer in soft opening! This weekend was their GRAND OPENING - 6/20 & 6/21 - 9am-5pm! I went during their soft opening weekend and was given a free drink coupon so I redeemed that today. Parking was easy and plentiful since there was a lot of parking in the back. It was a bit inconvenient that they kept the back door locked so I had to go around to enter through the front entrance. However, this only applies for this weekend! Menu has a good variety of Matcha, Hojicha, and Coffee drinks! Pricing was slightly pricey so expect to pay $7-$8 and they all come in one size. However, it's a bonus that they don't charge for milk substitutions - oat & almond! Inside was very clean and spacious with a decent amount of tables and outlets so a relatively good study or work spot! Service was friendly and welcoming. The Strawberry Matcha ($7.25) was one of the best strawberry matchas I've ever had! The matcha was so rich in flavor and I love how they handwhisk every order. I could tell they use high quality ceremonial grade matcha! The strawberry puree is house made and not overly sweet. However, it does require a good stir prior to drinking otherwise the strawberry puree is just stuck on the bottom! Overall, I really enjoyed the drinks here and would definitely return and recommend!
Came here on a Friday with a friend around 11AM. Given that it's summer, it makes sense that places are a bit more packed, even on weekdays. We placed our order pretty quickly and waited about 5 minutes before we were able to grab a table. I opted to try the matcha cortado (less milk than a standard latte) with oat to get a better sense of how their matcha tasted. They don't charge for alternative milks which I really appreciate! Also, their cortado is $7 which is on the more reasonable end for matcha drinks nowadays. Taste-wise, I found the matcha to be a bit watered down, making it more earthy/grassy. My friend mentioned that last time she came it was better, so it might just depend on who is making the drinks that day. I'd be open to coming back as it's a quiet, chill ambiance to get work done or catch up with a friend. I'd likely just opt to try their hojicha latte or something else on the menu.

There's street parking in the front and a huge parking lot in the back! You can enter through both the front and back of the store. My only critic is that the cups are a bit thin - Sometimes the lid isn't properly sealed and may spill!

The staff are always incredibly friendly and the drinks are ready within minutes. We ended up trying two drinks from here and both were absolutely delicious. London Fog Matcha: 1000000/5 The London Fog Matcha completely exceeded my expectations and instantly became my favorite drink on the menu! The rich, earthy notes of the matcha paired beautifully with the fragrant house-made Earl Grey syrup, creating a delicious and comforting drink. The bergamot notes from the syrup also added a delicate citrusy aroma that complemented the matcha perfectly without overpowering its natural depth. Topped with a silky, velvety earl grey cream top, every sip felt incredibly indulgent. If you're visiting Maicha Matcha for the first time, this is the drink I would 100% recommend without hesitation. Hojicano: 5/5 The Hojicano was another standout drink that completely impressed me! The hojicha featured a rich, nutty aroma complemented by subtle notes of caramel and toasted grains, creating a cozy and soothing flavor profile. If you're not a fan of matcha's grassy or slightly astringent notes, hojicha is the perfect alternative, and Maicha executes this drink beautifully! Maicha Matcha has thoroughly impressed me with both the exceptional quality of their drinks and outstanding service. Whether you're a longtime matcha enthusiast or looking to branch out and try something new like hojicha, there's truly something on the menu to satisfy every palate. They use premium ceremonial matcha sourced from Kyoto, Japan that is incredibly smooth, with very little bitterness. They offer a selection of handcrafted matcha drinks and even a few phin coffees. I've tried a few of their standout drinks so far, including the strawberry matcha, london fog matcha, and double matcha. With the strawberry matcha, I enjoyed the combination of the sweet puree with the earthy matcha. As for the London Fog matcha, I loved the fusion of the fragrant and floral notes of earl grey with the high-grade matcha. I enjoyed each matcha drink, as they were all tea-focused and not overly sweet. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Average. Might return if others drag me. 4 Stars: Yum! Likely to return. 5 Stars: Amazing! Would plan my day around it.
Maicha Matca is a cute new matcha spot in downtown Arcadia that's worth checking out if you're a coffee/tea lover! The prices run around $6.50 - $8.00, which feels pretty standard these days. I ordered the marbled latte, and it was delicious. The marbled latte has the phin filtered coffee that is very strong! The space is clean and minimalistic, with plenty of seating and reliable Wi-Fi, making it a nice place to get some work done or catch up with a friend. There is a couch on the side for socializing. Parking is pretty easy too, with a lot in the back and additional street parking out front. The staff was incredibly friendly! Overall, a lovely addition to Arcadia and a great spot for work day~
I had a pleasant experience at Maicha Matcha (Arcadia). I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte ($7.25 - 15oz). It's a Matcha Latte with House Made Strawberry Purée. When vigorously mixed, it's a well-balanced, clean drink. I appreciated its good quality ingredients. I arrived at Maicha Matcha (Arcadia) on Thursday (around 8:44AM). Parking is VERY easy. There's A LOT of hidden parking in the rear; parking sign says, "4 Hour Parking - 8AM to 5PM Weekdays." This business is also located in Downtown Arcadia, so there's many options for free street parking also. Staff is very welcoming and professional. Staff (receipt says Tracy) gave good recommendations, and Tracy worked hard. I felt welcomed the entire time. My drink took a short few minutes. As mentioned, I enjoyed the Strawberry Matcha Latte ($7.25 - 15oz). It's clean, earthy, and refreshing. However, remember to stir. Prior to stirring, I tasted a glob of extremely sugary strawberry syrup. The drink only improved after a VERY thorough stir. After sipping, the drink flowed like chill, lightly sweetened silk. YUM. On ambiance, Maicha Matcha (Arcadia) is very charming. As instrumental, jazzy music fluttered about, I appreciated the cleanliness and modern charm. There's also plenty of utility! Customers can push a button on the wooden counter which makes an electrical plug and usb outlet appear!! In total, I counted about five electrical outlets. There's also customer internet with password; details are proudly displayed on the counter. Also, there's a self-service water station and a gender neutral restroom. I felt comfortable. Overall, I found unexpected calm at Maicha Matcha (Arcadia). There's utility and quality within these walls. If searching for a good study/work environment with refreshing matcha, I cheerfully recommend. 4.8 out of 5
Very cute spacious matcha place. It has a front and back entrance, where there's plenty of parking. I ordered the 4th of July weekend sweet corn match which was delicious. I bit subtle on the sweet corn taste but still worth trying. I also had the ham and corn cheese croissant, so butter and flaky yum!! I would definitely recommend you trying this matcha place out! The service was also friendly.
There's street parking or lot parking behind the block. There's a decent amount of seating. It's very clean and chill inside. It's a good place to come and study. The staff are friendly and helpful. The drinks arrived at a good time. They recommend stirring the drinks to get the best flavor. I got the cold brew jasmine matcha milk tea. It was really pretty and tasty. You definitely get the jasmine flavor, although the flavor diminished over time. Maybe I didn't stir enough? Unfortunately, the drink is quite small and full of lots of ice. I'd like to drink more of it.
Great neighborhood matcha shop that recently opened -- you can watch them prepare your drink at the bar! Ordered the marbled latte and matcha latte -- both were excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. My visit was during their soft opening, and every table was taken -- will be sure to stop in again in a few months to confirm that they are really good!

I tried Maicha Matcha's London Fog. Super yummy, super rich, super creamy. I love the simplicity but exotic flavors of the menu, like the double coconut matcha (which I heard was really good!). I found this place through friends, and I'll definitely recommend this place!! The drinks came out really quickly, the cashier was really sweet, and the space here is great for when you want to wind down to start off a great morning. read more

I stopped by Maicha Matcha and ordered the London Fog Matcha Latte. It ended up being one of my favorite drinks I've tried. It was creamy, and had a really nice balance of matcha and Earl Grey flavors. It wasn't too sweet, which I liked. The shop itself was really nice,and making it a great place to sit and enjoy a drink. Everything was prepared quickly, and my drink tasted fresh. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. The London Fog Matcha Latte was delicious, and I'd definitely come back to order it again. I'm looking forward to trying more drinks from their menu! read more

Interior: Very spacious and minimalist, clean and not crowded. There are around 9 tables and the provide wifi. I saw one person working on a laptop and another couple reading, so it seems welcoming to staying a while after ordering. Drinks: They have the standard matcha latte and viet coffee options, but also have some creative signature drinks including a coconut cream matcha and a London fog matcha. They are topped generously with garnishes and look very aesthetic. Of the three drinks we got, the London fog was all of our favorite, so I highly recommend trying that one. The coconut matcha was also very good. Overall I recommend Maicha Matcha :) especially coming from SF, it feels competitively priced given the creativity of the drinks. read more
Not it for me. At first it was good but as the minutes ticked it stopped being as good. Yes, i did mix it. I think if you finish it right away itll be good. This was the same for both drinks. My friend also said the same thing when she got her jasmine one. Not sure if it was just an off day or not. I did hear someone ordering extra sweet for their matcha. If i come back id have to try it extra sweet instead of normal. Also, if you get less ice you do get less drink so dont be surprised. read more
I ordered the matcha latte, and the cashier let me know it isn't very sweet. I asked if they could make it sweeter, and she added extra sweetener for me. She also said that if it still wasn't sweet enough after tasting it, they could adjust it again. I really appreciate that kind of accommodation. The matcha here is $7, and there are plenty of seats, including long tables for people who want to socialize or study. The place is super aesthetic, and the AC is nice and cold--perfect for escaping the summer heat. I parked on the main street in the parallel parking spots. I came here yesterday, but had to come back for more. This time, I tried their corn matcha latte, matcha cortado, and double matcha. All drinks were so solid with rich high quality matcha flavors- the perfect balance of roasty and grassy matcha feel with well balanced drinks. Surprisingly, the corn matcha latte was my favorite this time. I was worried that it'll be too sweet as corn matcha runs sweet in other cafes, but it was very well balanced without overpowering corn flavors but equal balance of corn/sweetness and matcha flavors. The corn milk had a real corn flavor which I loved. Definitely recommend this spot! read more
Great matcha shop with fresh, authentically flavored matcha and hojicha. Portions are pretty good, and the taste is also good. Love the Passion Fruit Mango Fizz! It's right between a soda and a juice, very refreshing and sweet. The London Fog Matcha Latte was also great, didn't taste overly herbal or artificial like other shops. There's ample seating to hang out, or study/work. It was super busy when we went this weekend, but the line action moved pretty quickly. No option to order from kiosk atm. Parking is easy to find on the street or the lot behind the shop. Highly recommend this spot, especially if you're a matcha lover! read more
DRINK: 4.5/5 A great new matcha café in town with a menu full of matcha and hojicha drinks. I tried the London Fog Matcha and the Strawberry Matcha, and both were excellent. Seating is somewhat limited, with a few tables and a couch area, but it's still a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy a drink. Tried this place a week after it opened and it was delicious and so efficient. I went on a Friday morning around 9 am and it was mostly empty. The store was super clean. I got the jasmine matcha latte which was 10/10. The decoration with the jasmine flowers made it so pretty. The staff were super welcoming and efficient (I was in and out). I came here on a Sunday morning and the wait was short, drinks came out fast! My friend recommended the Matcha Jasmine Milk Tea and it was delicious! Matcha flavor is strong but doesn't overpower the Jasmine flavor either and vice versa. Shop is super cute and aesthetic, there's also mirrors you can take pictures in. This spot has now become my favorite matcha cafe. I've lost count of how many times my husband and I have come here after trying it for the first time during their soft opening. Loved all the different matcha combinations, but our favorite is the London fog matcha latte. The matcha is so creamy and so rich. Love that the drinks are not very sweet, and focuses on the matcha taste. Don't be intimidated by the long line, the drinks are made very quickly. Lots of free parking in the back, also street parking in the front. Highly recommend this cafe! read more
Maicha Matcha is a new cafe in Arcadia. I visited the shop during the soft opening. What a gem! The place has a welcoming and cozy aesthetic vibes. It's a great place to hangout or to do some work.They have indoor seating. The staff were friendly. They told me that their grand opening will be in June. They will have pastries by this time. I ordered the following ; - strawberry matcha latte with regular milk 5/5 - Strawberry Matcha with oat milk 5/5 Their matcha has an authentic taste balanced with the sweetness strawberries. They don't charge for milk alternatives. - Marble Latte 5/5 Phin Vietnamese filtered coffee mixed with both milk and condensed milk. It's a strong coffee for coffee lovers. There is a plenty of parking in a free parking lot in the back. I enjoyed the drinks, the service and the vibes. I will for sure be back and I cannot wait for the grand opening. read more
This place was so good! The inside is so spacious and bright, and the staff was really nice! There is free WiFi so this would be a great place to work or study from I ended up getting the London Fog matcha and it was really delicious! right off the bat the place is clean, simple and has a lot of seats for you to sit. I also really like the fact that they kept the menu very minimal ontop of focusing on the quality of their products. We got matcha for both of our drinks. I'm a big fan of sesame and the fact that cashier was able to let me swap hojicha for regular matcha to go with the sesame already earned a point. my man got an London fog earl grey Matcha and I got sesame Matcha less sweet. I was in the area and saw this place and noticed it was fairly new so I thought to give it a try. I tried their marbled latte which was a Vietnamese coffee (half sweet) and matcha latte which was also pretty good. If you need an energy boost the marbled latte is your go to because it's more concentrated. I will say the place smelled good upon walking in. I tried asking the girl at the register what they use to make it smell good, and I swear she thought about ignoring me but then said it was the pastries. The interaction was a bit weird but the coffee was good so that's what matters. I really enjoyed the open space and I can see it being ideal for wfh as they have a few spacious tables to work on and some outlets throughout. read more

The store has a parking lot behind the store. Easy parking. We tried the cold brew jasmine matcha milk tea half sweet and double matcha with cortado base half sweet. Both tasted great. The jasmine flavor came out and was not overpowering. The sweetness was perfect. Very spacious and clean inside. Good vibes. Nice staff read more

Everytime I travel down to LA, I'll try a few new matcha spot and this one is definitely one of the tops All of their orders sound really good, but we decided to try something less traditional. The Cold Brew Jasmine Matcha Milk with the lowest sweet level is about the right balance to taste the thick matcha flavor and jasmine scents coconut double matcha is very refreshing! Service: it's a very new shop in the neighbor so it's not that busy and the staff are sweet and helpful. They use BALMUDA's MoonKettle, and as a fan of the Japanese brand, this definitely add lots of points Ambiance: Clean, minimalist with a mix of matcha green and cream color. Cozy and comfortable for meetup and spend a quiet afternoon. read more
As I was looking for a new cafe to work remotely from, I saw Maicha Matcha pop up and of course I have to go as a matcha girly. They have 2 entrances, 1 front and 1 back. Parking is easy by street or with the spacious parking at the back. Upon entering the space was spacious, bright, and lots of tables/seating options. The ac does get a bit cold if you are planning on staying here for awhile so I do recommend bringing a jacket. The WiFi password is on the sign on the same table you order from. On my whole stay here, I had no issues with The WiFi and it was fast.The music they had playing was a mix of different genres. I was overjoyed when I heard E85 playing! I ordered their London fog matcha latte. There is a bit of clumping from not whisking well enough, but it wasn't big enough to affect the drink in any way besides aesthetics. I really enjoyed this drink for the light earl gray flavor and it was perfectly creamy. The earl gray flavor was reminiscent of fruit loops to me. I love how there is no charge for the oat milk. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bigger size of the drink since it was only $7.25. read more
The girls in the front were so sweet taking my order. You can tell that they are very passionate about their craft. The cafe its self is very spacious and has cute decor. Parking is in the back and I had no problem getting street parking in the front both times I've been here. Now for the matcha So good! I got the London fog cause I love earl gray and it was very creamy and it has a great matcha flavor. Sometimes I feel like places either put too much matcha and it's so bitter or not enough and it tastes like milk. This was the perfect balance especially with the earl grey cream top. Will definitely be coming back! They are still in their soft opening but they got it together. read more

I came around 11:30 AM on a Sunday during their soft opening and was able to easily find a table with an outlet :) vibe (5/5) This place is super cute with white clean interior. Theres a couple of tables and outlets, however come charged as not all of the come with outlets! The WiFi can be pretty spotty which is not great for working, however the chairs are comfy and they play quiet music ordered : (5/5) - Double coconut matcha, less sweet no ice: this was super tasty and not too sweet. The coconut flavor is pretty light however I enjoyed the the boldness of the matcha paired with the cream. parking: (5/5) Large free parking lot out back + street parking! overall: Decent match and Would be a good place to work once they resolve the WiFi! read more

Visiting Maicha Matcha during the pre soft opening and so glad I got to visit because this place is definitely going to get big! Interior was pretty spacious with cute decor and a fun mirror for selfies. There is a parking lot in the back and street parking, as well. Got to meet Lisa who was genuinely kind and friendly. The menu consists of a variety of drinks that made it hard to order but everything we did order was delicious! Because we went with friends, we got to try other drinks. They even have a small section for kids drink! We ordered the strawberry milk for our son. My favorite drinks are a tie between the double matcha and cold brew jasmine matcha milk tea. There's so much more to try so I will definitely have to come back once they are open. read more

New matcha spot in Arcadia. Very clean and modern decor. Love the simple menu, not too complex and simple options. The cashier was nice and very helpful. Was very informative about the sweetness levels and accommodations of adjustments needed. I just felt when coming in there was a funny smell not a new place would have but almost like the person who closed or mopped last did not wash the mop correctly/throughly. The drink I tried was Double Coconut. The drink without mixing was delicious the coconut foam was a little oily instead of creamy. Might not ask for foam next time. My wife and daughter liked their drinks too; double matcha and Jasmine cold brew milk tea. Might come back and try more since it's so close from home. read more

I came here for the soft opening because i was exciting of a matcha place opening in my hometown. The place was very spacious with a great interior. The cashier was really friendly and recommended this drink. I got the Jasmine Cold Brew Milk Tea Matcha and it was perfect! It wasn't too sweet or bitter once mixed up. I can't wait for the store to open up to try the other drinks! A good thing to note is the back of the establishment has tons of parking shared with other businesses and USPS. I highly recommend parking there. read more
