Would be nice to know where Q and his wife went this place has not been the same since they left. No one has personality, cleanness of the shop has not been the same, what I have ordered does not get fulfilled but I get charged for it plus the gel. There is at least one other nail technicians left that I like and I have asked for when I arrive I don't know her name just her face and when it's my time to get in the chair, I never get her. I have gone back twice but I guess they don't care if you ask for them personally when you arrive, the rest are not good and I do not like them and they rush through the job! Me and about 3 to 5 others used to go there faithfully when Q and his wife Dom were there. We would go every 6 weeks and Q did such amazing job, he received a hefty tip each time personally from me. It would be nice if that place hired staff with personality techniques to do the job! Horrible experience! They treat their customers like garbage. The ding dong up front is so clueless and doesn't know their accepted forms of payment. Or it changes biweekly. If you are cash only, have some signage OR don't charge customers a fee to pull cash and say it's your banks doing. What kind of shady business is going on here that you're cash only requiring you to pull from an ATM in today's society of venmo, zelle, etc.?? Very relaxing environment for a pedicure! They got me in quickly for my appointment, though I did see others who had to wait for manicures, including a mother and daughter who had appointments together but whose nails were done consecutively, so they didn't get to sit and chat together. First time customer visiting from out of state. The salon is super clean. They clean in between customers and even use a disposable plastic cover for the massage chair. The price is very reasonable. They take their time and work as a team. When I was there, customers show up over an hour late to their appointment and they still accommodate. They stay over their closing hours just to satisfy their tardy customers. They also do have some cheap ass yet picky customers who don't tip well for the service and complain too much. Anyhow, I am very satisfied with my CBD pedicure and manicure. Heck, I even treated myself with paraffin wax treatment for an extra $10. Told me they could do a pedicure and manicure but then when pedicure was done said they couldn't do my manicure because they had appointments and those took priority over walk ins. So I made an appointment to come back later. I was pulling into the parking lot and they called to ask if I could come in 2 hours, I said I'm already here. Went in and they said 30 min. I said what about all these people waiting? They said they took them as walk ins. I said but I have an appointment and you said those take priority that's why I had to come back. Have had several mani/pedi there. Just got back from the WORSE pedicure ever. I had the guy with crew cut short hair. I asked him how long he had been working there?? He said 10 months. Massaged my legs in 1 spot, briefly massaged my feet, didn't scrub for callous, painted my toes then clipped my nails, then I had to tell him that he didn't clean under my nails and pointed out the spots. These people are terrible I went in on a Saturday morning I had an appointment an everything but they had me wait an hour before even seeing me. Then when I went to get a pedicure they asked which one I wanted and when I picked the cheapest one this girl gave me attitude like I'm not gonna spend $60 for my toes to be done for prom and then when I was getting my nails done I told the lady I wanted square I got coffin like I tried to say something but the lady was like no hunny that's square, like no tf it ain't but I just let her go on. Then she got to the design, I had her put some little gems on and it was one simple curved line and when she got done doing it I went to look at them and she was like no put your hand in the light and she did that with my other hand too and when I pulled it out my gems were all messed but I was like whatever let her finish and payed. I've been to this place twice. The first time I was very unimpressed. Mediocre service & mediocre quality. I came back again to give it another chance. This time cut the cord on me ever coming back. It started off by having to wait about an hour to have some one start on my pedicure. I wouldn't have mind the wait if I was given a wait time. The water was cold by the time a technician started. My techs name was Jackie. Once he started he kept trying to talk me into getting the regular combo when I only wanted the express combo. He wouldn't take no for an answer. He then brought up how he could only spend a certain amount of time and he wouldn't be able to go in depth with what came with an express combo. After continuing on with the pedicure he started to paint my toes. After painting one toe I realized the color I picked was not the color that was on my toe. After making it aware to Jackie, he then started to give me attitude like it was my fault that the color didn't match. He then told me I had 10 mins to pick another color and that was it I was not allowed to change the color after he started painting again. It was very stressful and not relaxing at all. Jackie was extremely condescending during my entire visit. It was the complete opposite experience of what I was hoping for on my second go around with this place. You can't beat the price here but unfortunately I'd rather pay a little more for a place that I'll be treated better. If you do end up here avoid Jackie. My friend had Jason and he was amazing. I have been going here for some time now. They are clean, have many colors in dip and gel and they do a good job, but even when making an appointment I have had to wait 30min - 60min! This last time was really disappointing, I waited 40min for my appointment with w my preferred tech, and they handed me off to someone else. Which I did all the time in LA, with no issues. I thought it was odd they didn't use a base coat tho. They put gel polish over a crack in one of my nails and then when I went back in to get it fixed when it completed cracking across my fingernail all they wanted to do was put superglue on it and told me I need to make an appointment and it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I went there yesterday because after 2 days my nails came off the tips on 2 of my fingers. I went in to get them fixed and was told by Kelly that I should come back the next day at 6:30 due to them being super busy and a long wait. When I came back Kelly was not there. I told one of the male workers named Q that I was told by Kelly to come back. He told me Kelly's word did not matter because she wasn't not there and did not write my name in the book so I had to wait. A few minutes later another customer came in for a walk-in for the same issue and they took her right away. I told the worker that was not fair. He was rude and started to yell at me and my elderly mother who was trying to help me tell him that I had an appointment. He told me that it didn't matter and became very hostile and yelled in front of the other customers!! I was so embarrassed by his unprofessional and aggressive behavior that I left. I will never come back. They are rude and unprofessional. They are very disrespectful and unorganized. They tell you that you have an appointment and then schedule multiple other people during that same time. And other times they don't even schedule you when they say they will. Liars!! I went here today with my sister in law and they did a great job. We each got a full set and they listened and gave us beautiful nails. We both left happy. Also, the salon is beautiful and feels very luxurious. We have been searching for a good nail place and we will definitely be returning here. I highly recommend Update 02.26: this place has been going downhill for me and my last visit was the last straw. I got acrylics and my nail tech skipped steps like having me wash my hands before he painted my nails!! Also, he left a ton of gunk under the nail that I've had to try to clean up myself. on top of it all, he overcharged me. I got a full set with regular (not gel) clear polish and charged me $40. I'm usually not the type to make a Yelp but I have been going to this nail place for 5 months now, and I got my toes done recently and I asked her what was on my nails and she said toe fungus... uhh what??? I freaked out. I have only been going to them and she told me it could take up to a year for it to fully grow which I understand not 100% sure if it's from them. I always get a gel manicure on my nails, I got them done about 3 days ago and they are already peeling... my mother in law said in the "cleaning jar" there was skin and nails floating in there... that's disgusting. I have been going here every 4 to 6 weeks to have a complete pedicure and manicure spending $100-$150 each time. I have brought friends and family here also to get their nails done as I really enjoy my nail tech and feel he does an excellent job. The management at this establishment however is less than stellar. They have screwed up our appointment dates and times multiple times during the time I have been going there and some of the staff is extremely rude I was scheduled for an appointment today at 5 pm. I arrived on time. When I went to sit by my girlfriend who scheduled these times one of the staff members announced rudely so loud that everyone in the establishment could hear, "are you sure we have time." Then the manager came up to me and told me I was 30 minutes late to my appointment which was actuality my girlfriends appointment time not mine. The manager then told me I would have to wait because there were others in front of me. I left the establishment because of how rude they were and called to speak to the owner. I was told I could only speak to the manager. When I spoke to him he stated to me that my money was no different than anybody else's and that I was 30 minutes late. When I reminded him of the numerous times that they had screwed up my date and time and made me wait he had no response. My husband and I were scheduled for an appointment a couple of weeks age and we arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I do not recommend this Business unless you have a lot of time to waste and don't mind dealing with a business that doesn't care if you are there or not. It does upset me that I'm going to miss my nail tech as he was excellent. Too bad the management doesn't have the same working ethic. Terrible management. Update on review: While the above was occurring the MANAGER "Q" was COMPLETELY rude to my friend who was getting a pedicure and manicure. This is the best place I have found in Nampa, they are super friendly, and do wonderful work. I get my pedicures and dip nails done here monthly. I hehe never had a bad experience here and always listen to what you want and provide it. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would like to say that Tan does a great job on my nails and is always very courteous. There is however one Hispanic girl that works there that is very unprofessional and rude on every occasion I have been there. At my last appointment to get a fill, they were already 10 minutes late and were just beginning to put acrylic on the other customers nails, I had other obligations after that appointment and asked to reschedule. The "manager" (Hispanic girl) as she claims to be, said "you've only been waiting 10 minutes, but whatever" and followed with "do you want to reschedule for today?" And I said "I would like to" the remaining conversation with her rescheduling me for that day was very snarky and rude, when I came back later that day for my appointment, she looked up to greet whoever walked in the door, saw it was me, and said "oh" and looked back down. On multiple occasions I have heard her LOUDLY talking ill of clients and coworkers and always saying "my kids act better than that" or "my kids wouldn't even do that" which mind you she almost always has her daughter there and spends half the time having to babysit her and tell her what to do instead of giving her client her full attention. I sent my sister in to get her nails done while she was in town and she said "is the girl there talking shit about everyone the owner of the salon". So now we're well past strike 3 but I decided to take my mom and grandma to go get pedicures and that same lady was SO RUDE, seriously the worst customer service experience I have EVER had in my entire life, and I have worked customer service my whole life. We ended up leaving going over to Lux Nails and Spa and had a fantastic experience! We gladly spent over $200 and gladly left them with more than $40 in tips. There were other requests from you too, but long story short, for your service, my nail Tech spent 2x time than normal for you, try to make you happy. Later on same day, you called and asked for money back. We said we can re-do/fix them for you, however you want for no charge, but then you decided not to show up. I've been to this salon multiple times. The people are usually friendly however the pedicures as well as manicures are usually ok. Today we (group of us all getting pedicures and manicures) went in for our scheduled appointments and were told they were running behind, that was fine however when it was our turn (almost 45 minutes past our scheduled time) we were rushed, pedicures were fast, incomplete (we go in for a good foot scrub that was not the case) toenails were left uncut, polish job was all over and definitely not what we were paying for. Moving on to the hands... actually worse than the feet. Uneven, horribly polished, cuticles not cut back, disregarded our requests and rushed us through so they could get to the other behind schedule appointments. The only positive thing was we were rushed so quickly we made it out of there in under 2 hours (this includes the 45 minute wait) we spent over $300 between the 3 of us and left shaking our heads and 1 of us called another salon to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. All of this could have been solved with a phone call to the scheduled customers letting them know they were running behind if we wanted to reschedule for a time that we could get what we paid for. read more

The hispanic lady who claims to be under the owner was so rude,  to myself my 84 year old mother and my  pregnant daughter, we ended up getting our feet out of the wet tub and leaving!!!! More Nails Bar needs to get rid of her, its a nice salon but seriously evil lurks within from a person who claims to be next in line after the owner.  We felt really bad for the 3 nail techs that were ready to do our pedicures, they seemed really nice. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and she wouldn't have lasted a day in my industry.
