First time here came on a Saturday afternoon wasn't too busy. I order the kale Caesar salad with added avocado. I thought it was pretty average. The ingredients were fresh but the chicken was very dry so it was a good thing I got the pink lemonade/ginger drink. The salad didn't really wow me so I didn't think it was worth the price. The drink was homemade with real ingredients which I enjoyed. I liked the vibe on the inside. I am curious about some of the other menu items and I like the concept so I think I would come back and give it another chance.

B-Natural is one of my default ordering spots. The variety of healthy and sustainable foods have never let me down. I've become a creature of habit when ordering due to my deep rooted love of the Wild Alaskan Salmon Bowl....total swoon Thank God for friend dates! We sat there enjoying our time and their space for multiple bourse. The peaceful energy absolutely kept us there longer than we anticipated. Everyone ordered something different and the sampling did not let me down. Now, I have ordered other things before I became a loyalist and they were all realllyyyy good...I just love that freakin salmon bowl lol. When getting a salad I often get the goat cheese and apple salad since I'm a fan of fruit on salad. They have a great selection of smoothies that are so fresh. When ordering you have the option to build your own bowl, salad, smoothies, etc. and it's echoed in their store set-up. This was my first time being in the physical space (and it certainly won't be my last). What a warm, calm, and inviting space to be found in the middle of downtown New Haven. It is located across the street from the Shubert, so there is easy garage parking and green parking. I love this place. The people are equally kind and helpful. Don't think twice, this is a must stop for a great quick serve meal.

Excellent food! Very quick and easy pickup service for a quick work lunch in downtown New Haven. Healthy and hearty the salmon bowl was delicious. I will certainly return!!

Ordered a avocado chicken wrap! (No avocado, they were out), paired with a healthy sunrise drink)

Came here for breakfast. Cute open space, limited seating but a lot of natural light from outdoors. The staff here were super friendly and accommodating. Mostly occupied by students studying so it's slightly quiet. Overall wonderful experience from a Chicagoan.

This place is amazing! I was in town (New Haven, CT) and was in the mood to try on a new juice shop in the area that I've never been to before. I go to Google and randomly selected Bnatural Kitchen on college street. Now I've been to College Music Hall, Elm City Social and Insomnia Cookies which are all on the same street but I was always there at night time so I ALWAYS walked by this building. I was surprised to discover that this restaurant was here for a couple years. So I walk in and see people eating full meals here and my appetite suddenly had a change of heart and I decided to order some food with my smoothie. I ordered the mac & steak bowl which comes with brown rice, greens and a bnatural sauce. It was amazing but I'm interested to see how it would taste without the sauce so next time I'll exclude the sauce in my order. I also didn't forget my smoothie as I ordered the Green Protein which contains pineapple, kale, spinach, banana and almond milk. I can't wait to come back and I highly recommend visiting this place to see for yourselves. I won't steer you wrong!

The food was very tasteful, I did a build my own bowl and my mouth was watering just from the looks of it. The taste of the fresh ingredients was amazing and the service was very kind, friendly and attentive.

In town for the weekend for my sons baseball tournament and searched for 'vegan near me'. B-Natural Kitchen is in downtown New Haven on a block with other restaurants and has outdoor seating although parking is metered Monday-Saturday and the area can be a bit busy. The food selection was wonderful including warm bowls, salads, smoothies, coffee and bakery items. The service was friendly and helpful considering it was my first time there, and the ambiance felt very cafe-ish :). Exactly what I was looking for. IHighly recommend.

Got lunch from BNatural and It was delicious! They have a ton of healthy options to choose from including smoothies, fruit and yogurt bowls, breakfast options and acai bowls! Located in New Haven on College st. The restaurant is big and beautiful inside. A nice place to sit, relax and eat. I ordered the Wild Alaskan Salmon bowl which was so hearty and delicious; warm rice, quinoa, roasted veggies, sweet potatoes, savory salmon!! I will definitely order from here again!

Another Black owned establishment that I welcome to New Haven. We stopped by for lunch during summer Saturdays and got the $20 meal deal. Although they messed up on my order (I made my own), they were so apologetic and made up for it. Sitting outside and eating was super quaint too and allowed for ample people watching. Please come support them during these times. The food is worth it!!

This was my first time visiting B-Natural kitchen. They are adjacent to Elm City Social, I can't believe I never stopped in. B-Natural keeps it fresh and healthy by sourcing in-season ingredients locally. You are able to build your own bowl or you can pick one from the menu. They also offer salads, wraps, and breakfast too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I went during dinner time, it was quiet with only few patrons dining. My friend went with the build your own bowl which included sautéed kale, quinoa and brown rice mix, salmon, sweet potatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, onions, and added a vinaigrette dressing. It was delicious, savory with a little sweetness from the sweet potatoes. I went with the Wild Alaskan Bowl. The bowl included sautéed kale with quinoa and brown rice, parmesan, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted maple brussel sprouts, cabbage & carrots, mushrooms, grilled salmon, sesame seeds, bnatural sauce and a splash of lime cilantro dressing. My bowl was very good too. Also, mostly savory with a little sweetness. If you are looking for a fast casual, but healthy option check it out. The interior is nicely decorated; I would characterize it as modern boho-chic. There is plenty of seating available.

It was quite steep, but since other local restaurants were booked, we decided to keep our reservation. I had been eager to return after several years, remembering previous excellent experiences. Because it was the Valentine's Day menu, it wasn't representative of their usual offerings. I missed the unique dishes they normally feature, but overall, it was still a pleasant evening. I had hoped to try their Arctic Char, but ended up with the salmon from the special menu. We started with an amuse-bouche of deviled eggs, which were fine. The ricotta appetizer was outstanding, with bright hints of lemon zest and balsamic, while the zucchini and carrots were less memorable. The salmon was enjoyable, though not my favorite dish, and I heard the steak was well-prepared. For dessert, the pistachio cake was tasty, though slightly dry, and was served with a pistachio and chocolate gelato. Overall, it was a decent experience, but quite pricey for the quality. I'm giving Zinc a 4-star rating, taking into account my past visits, which were quite good.

Lobster bisque was hot though pretty liquid-y. The Brussels sprout salad was by no means a salad. More of a rice cake with Brussels shavings on too but really good. Calamari was okay. Mac and cheese was eh, really liquidy as well. I did really like the crispy mushroom risotto tater tots. They tasted just like tater tots. As we were getting to our last bites and still eating, at least three different staff members within a matter of a minute asked if we're were done and could take our plates away. I would have given this place four stars had we not been bombarded at the end of our dinner. It felt like we were being rushed out even though there were tons of tables and seats still available. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

We had a time limit to eat (due to a reservation at the table) inside or on the heated patio. It was cold so we ate inside. Our waiter Brendan was cool, knowledgeable and attentive. My son a steak in chili butter sauce .Everything was delicious and the presentation was lovely. My son's only vice was the steak pre cut (it was new on menu) He preferred to cut himself. The ambience was low level lighting and relaxed. I had a delicious meal and a pleasant experience. I'd patronize this place again. Oh we had dessert too. They don't clean their upholstered seats, as it became plainly obvious on my clothes after having sat on the upholstered benches in the dining area. Now my clothes are permanently stained. All in all, I'd give it a 7.5/10 and take my money elsewhere.

My cousin ordered the crab cake, and I went with the Brussels sprouts and risotto Parmesan tater tots. We were really just looking for a few appetizers before the show, but everything hit the spot. The Brussels sprouts were flavorful and paired with thick savory slices of bacon, while the risotto Parmesan tater tots were crispy, cheesy, and hard to stop eating with the dipping sauce. Service was friendly, food came out quickly, and overall it was a relaxed and enjoyable experience before heading over to Yale Rep. Definitely reminded me why Harvest has been a longtime New Haven favorite.
