    Indoor seating

Found this place through the SGV Passport with BOGO chicken bowl. The owner was very nice & accommodating. They had lots of indoor & outdoor seating & a private parking lot in the back. They had delicious, fresh, healthy foods, smoothies & many gluten free options, including gluten free soy sauce. My family enjoyed the teriyaki chicken with dark meat, rice & broccoli. My steak was a little over cooked, I asked for medium rare, but it was more medium so it was a little chewy. But the flavor was good & I liked the sweet potato & spinach that came with it. We also enjoyed the tropical blast smoothie & mango tango smoothie with a splash of honey. We will definitely return to try more items on the menu.

B Nutritious specializes in meal prep and healthy options. SGV Passport said BOGO chicken bowl so I ordered the following: 1. Teriyaki 2. Peanut Sauce Tasty and healthy. Exactly what I wanted for lunch! Street parking can be tricky.

Found this service through a Facebook Marketplace post. I love cooking but don't have the time to cook so I decided to try out this service since it was the most affordable and local option. It was 9 meals for $93. I ordered Saturday night for Sunday morning pick up at 10:30am. I called at 10am to let them know I won't be able to pick up until 12PM and the employee on the line said that's fine and that I could pick it up at any time. Once I got there at 12:30, it looks like my food has been sitting out until I picked up... i thought it would have at least been refrigerated...Definitely a food safety concern. Once I got home, I had the banana and it was mushy and unappetizing bur pushed through. The other 2 PB oats just disintegrated the next two days. Maybe the banana should've been separated if this meant for a week meal prep. Love the PB they use tho! The chicken and rice was alright. Rice was soooo dry. I tried to even rehydrate it with water and reheating but it was just dry and kinda tasted uncooked. Ground turkey was also decent and seasoned well. I did not expect the sweet potatoes to be mashed.. not that pleasant to eat tbh Servings are generous but food is unfortunately mid at best. I do want to try giving it another shot since this place is pretty unique and somewhat affordable. Will give it another shot. Service was nice tho!

My second time here, but first time after new management... Parking kind of sucks because there is some work road being done in the area, but that shouldn't hinder your decision on going here. The establishment is clean and spacious. I was greeted by a nice, young lady working the register when I entered. I ordered their orange chicken bowl and teriyaki chicken bowl. Both were delicious. I especially liked the various seating options. There were tables and benches to choose from; indoors and outdoors. I'll be back again.

Berry Blast Smoothie was just ok

This is a small cafe that offers nutritious meals. Parking can be difficult since there isn't a parking lot but there is street parking. Inside was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming The menu has a good variety of breakfast, lunch, and drinks. Pricing seemed reasonable since most items were $12.50+. The Teriyaki Beef ($13.50) had the option of jasmine or brown rice and a choice to add vegetables for $1. I chose brown rice and broccoli and was very disappointed with the broccoli. It was very hard and it seemed too raw to enjoy. The beef didn't have any teriyaki flavor and just felt like gravy mixed with beef. This was 5/10 The Berry Blast Smoothie ($8.00) consisted of vanilla whey protein, banana, strawberries, blueberries, and almond milk. It tasted ok and not too sweet. It was slightly too watery and would have been more enjoyable if it was a little more frozen. It didn't taste fruity at all and was quite disappointing. This was 5/10 I felt the concept of this spot is cool and unique but I feel like it was overpriced so I probably won't recommend or return.

Visited during a special event. Ordered two dishes. All ingredients are fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. Very chill atmosphere. Orange Tofu Bowl - White rice, cooked tofu and steamed cabbage. Sauce was magical. If I could just buy the sauce and put it on everything I would... makes everything better... I know it's crazy but... chili cheese fries with orange sauce on it... House Noodles - Savory and very clean. Enjoyed the flavor. Carrots were a nice touch. Would go again! A+.

Orange chicken with carrots and teriyaki chicken with broccoli. Both with brown rice.

Absolutely delicious! Fresh, great choices for a personalized meal, nutrious and excellent portion sizes. They serve breakfast, wraps bowls and even do meal preps to help take the guesswork out of your intake. They're right off the 10 freeway, tons of parking in back and even a nice outdoor seated patio area to enjoy in good weather

Wow what a good find! A great place if you want something nutritious! I got their beef broccoli, seasoned and cooked well. I also got a built bar!

Great volume of the salad for $14.50!!!!?!?!?! Very quick to prepare the food. They are nice and polite. Clean and welcoming environment. I'll definitely go back.

    Surfside N Turf.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIMEM This place seems nice until you order their Surf N Turf bowl. They gave plenty of meat which seems low quality, but only gave 4 shrimp!?!? This is not a surf n turf bowl a steak bowl with 4 shrimp. Also only 2 aparagus!?!?"Pretty disappointing for the amount of money you pay. WONT BE EATING HERE AGAIN. Just ate meal, the meat as suspected, is low quality. It was very tough and it appears it is basically flank steak. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

First time here and the cashier gave a great recommendation tried the Peanut chicken dark meat and brown rice and added a veggie, after a workout very filling and great for anytime of the day. Its no doubt youd comeback for more. THANK YOU it was so great!!

    Orange chicken

This is my first time here to redeem my SGV passport offer. I really like their concept of nutritious meals and meal prepping. Ordered the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. White meat is $1 extra and veggies are also $1 extra. Brown rice was not available or sold out. The teriyaki chicken was good and pretty lean despite being dark meat but the rice was way more al dente than I like. I actually spit out the first clump of rice cuz I thought maybe it was just near the bottom of the pot or dried out. But the entire plate of rice was really firm. I tried the orange chicken and I didn't care too much for the flavor but my husband ate it. The rice on his plate was just as hard. I suppose I would lose weight if I regularly ate here cuz the rice is so unappetizing that I don't want to eat it and it takes more energy to chew it cuz it is so hard. Unless the rice improves I doubt I'll be back.

Digging further, I discovered that the "Eat Fantastic" quintet of restaurants that dot the greater LA metropolitan area ARE IN FACT a modernized spinoff of the "Cafe Fantastic" chain that Gen Xers like me fondly recall. Sheeeeeeeeeiiit. True story- All throughout my time at San Pedro High, my best friend Mick and I usta demolish their Combo Burger Platter (burger/fries AND onion rings, side salad and drink) for only $3.65. 40yr flashback over, your favorite Yelp correspondent went for Fantastic's pastrami sandwich combo. And while it doesn't come with a quintet of items guaranteed to fillya up- I can vouch that the pastrami is legit!!! Well seasoned, peppered, served steaming hot aboard a French roll gently slicked with mustard. I've had my share of fabulous pastrami in my time- Katz Deli in NY, Brent's Deli in Northridge and more locally and if you're in a severe 'strami fix...then Togo's #9 will do ya, too. This doesn't compete at those lofty levels, but for its price I'll order this eight days a week over the razor-thin pastrami dispensed by the overrated The Hat chain of pastrami-phixated locales! While this was a takeout order, I can attest that all of my.prior dealings w/ the Eat Fantastic staff has been just fine. Courteous and swift service.

It's a very POPULAR spot! Staff is very friendly and diligent. Staff immediately helped me, and I felt welcomed. My food arrived in four minutes and six seconds. As mentioned, I ordered The G.O.A.T. Burger ($12.24). If the ingredients were fresher, it would have been a much better experience. Still, there's an appreciated juicy, meat flavor since it's cooked well. Unfortunately, it's also a very messy burger that's drenched in its own grease. I had that annoying oily aftertaste desperately clinging onto me after this meal. I felt the urge to shower after eating. On ambiance, Eat Fantastic (Arcadia) is lovely. Although it's odd how no music played, I appreciated the big flat screen television displaying the baseball game. The location is also kid friendly since I counted a few high chairs for kids. Also, it's well-shaded, airy, and clean. I appreciate the hard effort towards making this dining area spotless and comfortable. In addition, Eat Fantastic (Arcadia) has about 10 tables and one long table. Also, there's a nearby gender neutral restroom for customers. Overall, Eat Fantastic (Arcadia) has potential. Although the meat tastes cheap, it's prepared at an exemplary level. Maybe I'll return in the future, but as of now, it's just an adequate option for customers that like affordable but very greasy food. 3.9 out of 5
