My husband and I were in the area and decided to give this place a try. It was packed! The shopping center parking lot was completely full, so we ended up parking on a nearby residential street and walking over. We ordered the Sichuan-style beef noodle soup, pork and leek pan-fried dumplings, pan-fried pork bao, and the beef roll. Everything came out quickly and was really tasty. The place has a cozy, trendy vibe, and while it's a little pricey, we left happy and felt it was worth the wait. We'd definitely come back if we're in the area again.

Just wow! The spicy braised beef noodle soup was sooooooo good! It was pretty early so I was even debating ordering something so heavy, but wow I'm glad I did! They have huge portions and the spice level is perfect. The meat was falling apart and I was easily able to use my chopsticks to break it apart. The service was good, they were in there to get food out, not chit chat and socialize. They weren't rude at all just not a hospitality staff lolll. Cute place too? they had a good amount of seating and got the food out quick. The potstickers were just okay for me though, I felt like it lacked flavor except for in the one bite you got the juicy broth too. Just needed more salt but the texture and bite with salt were great.

My partner introduced me to this spot and I was quite surprised by how busy it was on a afternoon weekend. We were seated immediately and orders were taken quickly which is a nice plus. There's plenty of tables inside that can seat all amounts of diners, although it does feel a bit cramped. Parking - Free in a outdoor lot, plentiful but fills up extremely quickly. Street parking is pretty much nonexistent here unless you park in nearby residential streets. Their menu is pretty extensive that ranges from baos, apps like popcorn chicken, to their signature noodles soups, ramen, rice noodles, and even shareable entrees. Service here is very quick. They seem to have tons of staff that walks in and out of the area, many of the staff when they're idle are facing towards the customer on standby, so they're pretty attentive. My partner and I both ordered a bowl of the House Special Beef Noodle Soup which is what their mainly known for. Order came out really quick and presentation is pretty standard. I loved the portions that they provide, 3-5 beef pieces, and they're HUGE, it's well cooked, and melts off easily with each bite. Noodles are delicious as well and it's mixed with a broth that's not too salty. 10/10, would recommend. We also ordered a beef roll to share, was tasty but it wasn't anything special. It's a savory dish and it's very much a shareable one. 7/10 A decent noodle restaurant in SGV, can be a bit congested both inside and with parking, but decent quality food makes up for it.

Decent price and fast service. Decor on the wall also added a nice touch to the ambiance. It's quite similar to din tai fung, but still can't beat the taste of the chili wontons and the choco XLB from din tai fung. Averaging around $10-$15 for all the dishes pictured, which isn't too bad for the quantity given. I really liked their popcorn chicken, crab with pork xiao long bao, and the pork potstickers! Overall, it's a great restaurant to share appetizers and entrees with family. We ended up taking our leftovers home for dinner, and all the food still tasted great! I do wish they had a dessert menu, which would top off the meal.

Mr Dragon Noodle House is this small little local place in SGV that is busy, affordable and have amazing flavorful food. We ordered the beef wrap, house special beef noodle, and the black pepper beef fried udon. All of their food is amazing. I really enjoyed the beef wrap the most because their wrap is so crunchy! But all of the food we ordered was so good. I heard they are also known for their popcorn chicken and their tea drinks. We did order a mango green tea and it came in a really big cup and it was so refreshing. Will for sure come back for more and try the popcorn chicken and dimsum next time.

Was craving beef noodle soup the other day so I decided to try it from here. Called in my order and picked it up within about 20 minutes which was nice and easy. I ordered the house special beef noodle soup, which they're known for. The portion size is solid with a lot of noodles, plus bok choy, tender beef, and tendons. The broth is on the lighter side, which some people might like, but for me it felt like it was missing a bit of depth. One thing I didn't like is they don't include pickled vegetables. I feel like that should be standard with beef noodle soup, even just a small portion helps bring everything together. Instead they charge extra for it, which was kind of a letdown. Overall it did satisfy my craving, but it didn't really have me wanting to come back right away.

We were long overdue for a visit. Came here to grab lunch since we were in the area. Each dish we ordered was shareable. We enjoyed everything, as usual. The Xiao Long Bao was absolutely delicious. Tip: make sure to eat these right away. It's better when the soup is hot; rather than letting it sit and cool off. My favorite dish is the Dan Dan Noodles. I love their version because its peanut sauce is creamy and makes the dish more tastier. It could use a bit more pork. I still enjoyed this dish though!

Got here on a Sunday morning right around opening time. I thought there would be a wait but it was pretty empty until maybe an hour later when we left. Parking is pretty limited in this plaza and I ended up parking behind the restaurant then walking around. Overall solid food though and I thought the prices were very fair also Shrimp fried rice cake: 4/5 good but I didn't love it. Got a bit tired of eating this too since it's one of the bigger dishes Pan fried pork bao: 5/5 this is one of my fav dishes and I liked it here a lot Beef roll: 5/5 nice and crispy on the outside Note: these 3 dishes were definitely too much for my friend and me so we had a good amount of leftovers

I have been to Mr dragon noodle house a couple of times! My Taiwanese husband loves it here and enjoys all the food and I couldn't agree more! Everything is cooked well, hugeee portions and very flavorful and amazing! My favorite thing to order here are the dandan noodles and pork buns, and the popcorn chicken. Their tea portions are huge too! I was so shocked the first time I came here and saw a big cup haha. Everyone is so nice and attentive! They are quick, efficient and overall you feel welcomed. I recommend Mr Dragon Noodle House, you won't regret it! Very clean inside and homey.

Ordered quite a few things here and enjoyed everything. Got the dan dan noodles, xiao long bao, chilli wontons, and pan seared buns (forgot what the exact name is). Hard to choose a favorite here. Also got a green tea trick that was huge w nice floral flavor.

This place always exceeds my expectations! Food; The food was incredible. Everything came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The dumplings were juicy and perfectly wrapped, the crispy chicken had the best crunch, and the noodles were super satisfying with just the right balance of sauce and toppings. Service: The service was just as great. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. Food came out quickly. Parking: Parking was also a big plus: FREE LOT. It's just pretty busy a lot of the time. Overall: It is such a solid spot for a delicious meal. This is my go to spot for most weekends! Will be coming back again!

Parking can be quite difficult to find. There's parking lot is shared with many other restaurants. Came on a weekend lunch time. The wait wasn't too bad, about 10 minutes. Came to celebrate a birthday. The staff saw that we brought cake and asked if we're celebrating a birthday. After ordering, they brought us a musical toy and an ice drink. We ordered the Mild Popcorn Chicken for $10, Dan Dan Mein for $13, Beef Roll for $16, and Pan Fried Pork Bao for $13 or $14 (forgot the price). The Popcorn was too spicy for mild, but crispy and delicious. The Dan Dan Mein had a lot of sauce and peanut butter taste. The Beef Roll was too sweet. The Pan Fried Pork Bao was good. While the birthday toy and drink were really thoughtful, we really did not them rushing us to leave after an hour even though there were empty tables and no one waiting.

Service was quick, efficient, and friendly! We were seated right away today as well luckily since it was a weekday. As for the food everything was delicious as always and worth it for the price and amount. We had plenty of leftovers to take home for dinner later on and even some for the next day.

Nicely fried and not overly seasoned. (5/5) Signature Lobster - I feel like you have to get this here since it's their specialty. It's pricey, but in my opinion, it's the best and freshest lobster in town. Tons of green onions, seasoned well, fresh meat, and lots of lobster roe. (5/5) Service was good, and they didn't automatically add a mandatory tip for a large party. The total came out to around $364, which is pricey, but the food was phenomenal. The Peking duck lived up to the hype. I liked that they use pancakes instead of the buns, and building each bite with hoisin, green onion, cucumber, duck meat, and crispy skin gave a great mix of textures and flavors. The other dishes were solid too. The pea sprouts were fresh and loaded with garlicky flavor without being overpowering. The shrimp fried rice was probably one of the best value dishes we ordered at around $13 -- lots of shrimp mixed throughout and a great filler for the table. The honey walnut shrimp was unique because it came with melon, which added a refreshing touch. The shrimp itself was super crispy and I appreciated that it wasn't drowning in sauce or overly sweet. The pork elbow was delicious with a fun, tender texture. The fish maw soup was very good and comforting, though it could have used a little more seasoning. Other than that, it was delicious. The steamed sea bass with soy sauce was incredibly soft and fragrant--a definite must-order. The scallops with vermicelli noodles were another hit: fresh, clean flavors and perfectly cooked scallops. My only suggestion would be to cut the noodles, as they came in one big clump and were difficult to serve. We ordered the beef fried rice but were given lamb instead. It was a bit gamier than expected, but still tasty. The black fungus with tofu was also excellent--well seasoned and full of flavor. Overall, there were a few misses, but the Peking duck, sea bass, scallops, pork elbow, and black fungus with tofu made the meal worth coming back for.

The amount of food I ordered was enough to feed 2 people. The congee was really subtle. I didn't get the fried scallop that is in the name... I would just perceive it as a plain congee. The fried dough stick was oily and didn't taste too fresh. I probably won't order it next time. Nevertheless a still overall fabulous meal. My tea was refilled before I had the chance to ask. When I asked for the check, they knew to bring me togo containers without me having to ask too. Very smart service! I had a great meal here and I will definitely come back if I wake up early enough to come at opening.

We came…read morearound 6:30pm on a weekday for dinner and they were pretty busy and parking lot was quite full, but luckily we didn't have to wait for a table and still found parking. They have a lot of tables inside so it is great for small and large groups. The waiters were also fast even though they were busy. We ordered their Kung Pao Chicken, Fried Tofu, Beef Noodle, Shrimp w Walnut, and Vegetable w Garlic. We decided not to get lobster since it was pricey. They took our order pretty fast and gave tea to drink. The pot of white rice is extra $1 if you order though. And their menu book doesn't have prices for some reason. Only the to-go menu has prices. Food was served in a decent amount of time, around 15 minutes. And all dishes arrived close together so we didn't have to wait long. The kung pao chicken is so good! Not spicy at all and very nice and crispy with good seasoning. It tasted delicious with some rice. The beef noodles were also delicious! It had good wok taste and was very flavorful. The tofu and shrimp were also good. None of the dishes were too salty and all were seasoned well and in pretty big portions, though I don't remember the exact price since they took the receipt away when we paid. But the meal was very worth and we had leftovers for lunch the next day. Such a yummy meal! I really enjoyed it! I am definitely coming back again!

Boston Lobster is officially my go-to location for any|all Asian lobster cravings!! Newport…read morewho?????!!! My family and I used to religiously eat lobster noodles whenever we made a trip down to SoCal. The pick of the bunch was 100% Newport Seafood- no negotiations, no contemplations. Unfortunately, the last handful of times have left me extremely disappointed and heavily annoyed. The cost and wait times do not reflect what is actually being provided and most of our food ends up being left behind because it simply isn't worth the calories. In all honestly, I've grown a phobia w/ that specific restaurant at this point because of the countless letdowns. My initial taste of Boston Lobster was about 3 years ago and I had the most enjoyable meal. Due to our LA trip coming to an end, my BD thought we should do it big with some lobster noodles- for good old time's sake. I absolutely refused to go anywhere unless we would be giving Boston Lobster a visit! Sure enough, they did not disappoint! Dinner for 3 adults and 1 toddler consisted of: *Boston House Special Lobster [no spice] + Garlic Noodles for an additional fee. Medium Size 5-6lbs minimally. *French Style Beef Cube *Sauteed Snow Pea Leaves We ate like mf'n KINGS!! Each and every dish was spectacular- even the greens! While we should have gone with the small sized lobster, I'm proud to say we went down with an honorable fight. Lmao!! The lobster was cooked to perfection- meat was sweet, succulent, and so darn tender. The garlic noodles soaked up all of the delicious lobster flavors and were not overcooked and mush. The bo luc lac was flavorful, juicy, and complimented the bed of lettuce, onions, & tomatoes so well. The snow pea leaves weren't tough and old- this truly was a simply yet magical dish. Service was on point and the staff continually came by to swap out our plates full of lobster shells. Above all, there was no wait with our initial arrival. Parking is easy given the fact that BL has a pretty big parking lot specifically for them. 5/5 stars!! We dropped over 3 bills here and it didn't even hurt. Lmao- this place is that damn good! Don't sleep on this joint, y'all. Boston Lobster is the real deal when it comes to authentic Chinese/Vietnamese cuisine. This spot should be so much more hyped than it actually is!
