We live in Sun City and were having a horrible ant problem in the house for days. Every summer the ants make their self comfortable in our place. We tried natural remedies and eco bug sprays, nothing helped. I reached out to a few local Pest Control Companies. I chose BODS and requested Pet Friendly spray. Lowell arrived the time I requested. He immediately began explaining the procedure to me. He was very thorough and professional. Lowell then went around the house and removed all the spider webs which I thought was an added bonus. Then he sprayed the bug spray all around the outside of the house. Lowell did warn me that spiders take a bit longer to get rid of. Our first spray was three weeks ago and we have not seen any ants or other critters in the house. Not even one ant has made it into the house. We will be getting sprayed every two months for a year. I've been using B.O.D.S. Pest Control for 2 years, maybe longer. Jason is amazing and extremely professional. I've never had a problem with pests since I've had them coming out every 2 months. I get a text when he's coming and he takes his time and sprays the areas needed. If I have a problem that arises, he talks to me about it and educates me. He cares deeply about the products he uses as I have fur babies. He won't use anything that may affect my babies. I met his brother Lance 2 months ago and is just as amazing as Jason. I have to leave a comment because I've been with BODS pest control for a year now and I have not had any issues with ants, spiders or other bugs. I ended up searching for pest control because my house was overrun with ants and I was at my breaking point last year. I got a hold of BODs and ask them all the questions I could about my issues and how to address them. They took the time to explain Why I was having all these issues with ants, bees, spiders, etc. And it was only a general issue. They actually went over my house specifically and explained what chemicals and what could be done to prevent and get rid of the bugs we had. This made me feel a lot better because I have, a service animal and a puppy and I wanted to make sure to ask all the questions to keep them safe plus all my gardening and grass. I have to say the pricing is on budget with having them come every two months. It breaks down to less than it would to have a streaming service each month. But for me the peace of mind to have bugs no longer issue, you can't put any price on that. I've even contacted Lowell to ask about something that looked like a squirrel or maybe a rat/mouse and he responded the same day and even came out to check it out for me. If you like bugs, spiders, ants, creepy crawling things this is NOT the business for you! Seriously Jason from BODS doesn't mess around. I think he has a zero tolerance policy for pests. I moved into my home in February 2020 and didn't notice any bug problems. Once the weather warmed up it became crazy. I had daily sightings and it really grossed me out. I called a couple of the large corporate exterminators and didn't get a good feeling. They were pricey and not very personal. After seeing the reviews for BODS I decided to call. Jason called me back ASAP and somehow squeezed me in the same week. I immediately saw the difference after the first treatment. My mother and I had to have our house tented cause of bed bugs and termites, they gave us a bunch of bags to double bag all our food in the fridge and freezer, i thought we had it all done but when I returned home after the tent was removed we saw the guys redid the bags from both the fridge and freezer and they bagged several cabinets full of meds and seasonings, I can't believe they did all this extra work.
