I bought a duplicate key online for my Hyundai Kona & took it to another locksmith closer to me. They couldn't get the key to program so I contacted the supplier. The supplier assured me that the key was fine so I contacted B-OK & explained my dilemma. He told me he would try to program the key for me & not charge me if it wouldn't program. I took it to them & after trying very hard, he couldn't program it either. I offered him some money & he refused. I learned 2 lessons. very good company family owned so owner came to my car in la Quinta I needed a key made because it broke it was dark, I was stranded. he made me a new key within minutes.
