I had originally…read morescheduled my haircut with a specific barber, but when I arrived, I was switched to someone else without anyone discussing it with me first after waiting 30mins past my scheduled appointment time. The barber who cut my hair did a decent job, but the technique was different from what It wasn't a bad haircut but felt rushed, and I didn't receive the hot towel, which was disappointing considering the service was $90. At that price point, I expect a more personalized experience and for the barber I specifically booked to be the one cutting my hair or at least to be asked before making a change. The barber was very friendly. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be going back and will look for another shop.
