The driver (Paul, I think) who picked me up from Berli's was great - on time, really nice and friendly - and was the best part of the entire experience. I called the Friday before to reserve the car I wanted (full-size, Altima or Camry) and I was told it wouldn't be a problem, they would have plenty of cars at 9:30am on Tuesday. I made her PROMISE she would have the car on the lot. When I arrived to pick up my car, they ONLY HAD 2 CARS - a Corolla and an SUV. Long story short, I started asking a shitload of questions and made the guy go back and forth showing me both cars, letting me sit inside of them, asked him to tell me about their gas mileage (which he wasn't very knowledgable), etc. until LUCKILY an Altima pulled in (destined for the Ford dealership). I asked if I could have it and they let me. NOTE: the Altima is not great and smells like someone has smoked in it, even though there is a strict no smoking policy. If I had my choice, I would have rented from Enterprise.

The customer support line was friendly and helpful. The Bad: Bogus $450 cleaning fee. When I called the customer service number to figure out why they assessed a cleaning fee they said it was for smoking. I do not smoke. No one was smoking in or near the vehicle while I was in possession of it. When I called customer service they offered 50% off of the charge and eventually dropped it all together. This appears to be predatory behavior. If you choose to rent from this location, it is strongly recommended that you request an employee to thoroughly inspect and verify the condition of the vehicle in your presence before you leave.

I alternate between this location and the one a little further down Burnet because they both have great staff and they've gotten to know me and my needs as a disaster worker. Every time i've been to this location Ive gotten a free upgrade to an SUV at the economy rate because he knows that Im often driving in the the country and don't want to get stuck in deep water on dirt driveway. The gentleman that works at this location has on several occasions ordered vehicles from the airport for me, when i've had enough time to wait for a better car. That's awesome service and why i keep coming back!

This is one of the offices which helped me out when I had an issue with one of my rental cars, which was not rented from this office (rented in Houston), but they were nice about it. I was later billed way too much, in fact it should have been free, but I'm not sure if that's the fault of this office or the company. They've been shady like that for a long time and it gets really old. I kind of tend to blame both. For the experience I had when I came in here it was okay. For trying to reach them afterwards it was awful. And for the overcharging that left a negative taste in my mouth. Overall I'll give them a three but it could easily have been a two and some people would have given them a one considering.

I was told that they could accomodate me so I went ahead and purchased the special and was told to call back that coming Monday. James (Jim) was more than helpful in working with our situation after being told that they were booked that day. They actually rented a van to take us and bring us back although they could have just given me my money back and moved on. The driver was very nice and even arrived early for the ride back which was great since we were ready to go. All in all I would recommend Goodlyfe for transportation needs as their service was excellent!

I used their home clean service. I scheduled 3 months service at once. The house clean lady showed up on time. She is so fast. I assigned the 2 hours work as other company two maids workload. She finished them in 1 hour. I had to find more work for her to do. I'm happy how efficient she is. And realized how slow other company maids are.

I took an Uber there and arrived just at 8:00 when they opened (I needed to get to work) and I was immediately greeted by a friendly face of an employee there. They were super helpful and kind and got me all set up with a nicely maintained, clean car within 20 minutes. As I was waiting, I witnessed several interactions with the employees and customers and they were knowledgeable, professional and kind. One of the employees was training the other and they both still had time to get everyone taken care of quickly. I'm a recruiter so I notice these things and I'll admit it- I was really tempted to try and recruit these two! Today I called because I needed to extend my rental and again received the kind, knowledgeable, courteous service I received when I first went in. Of course I hope I don't need a rental again anytime soon but if I do, I'll be going to this Hertz location.
