This business is very unprofessional and I tried to set that aside because again these are trying times and I was referred to them by a friend. Contacted B Street for a quote for some t shirts. They initially responded with a reasonable price. When we tried to move forward they were unresponsive. After a few days we finally reached someone. When asked why there were not responding they rudely said this conversation was turning negative and were not interested in doing business with us. Overall their tone was defensive and acted extremely unprofessional. Not sure of their work but needless to say, a legitimate business should not be treating potential customers with such disrespect. read more

I went forward with B Street Hill because of their initial quote. We confirmed to move forward on the phone, and via email. I began trying to contact the store as my date drew closer to the order needing to be completed (I am a designer and it was for a client). I never heard back from emails. I left plenty of messages. I finally called about 4 times in a row the day they were suppose to be done and got a hold of William. He told me that my final email must have gotten lost in "junk mail" and that it wasn't his fault. He never moved forward because he was waiting for a response (which I did send). This was after he had verbally agreed to move forward with the project. I was then stuck in a position with no t-shirts when my client needed them. I began asking what can be done - being that I am now left in this position. He said the same thing as Ricky V.'s review earlier that the conversation was turning negative. I was very calm and collected in my conversation, but was direct in asking how his business deals with situations I believe they are responsible for. He didn't offer a discount. He did not offer any sort of apology. He also did not offer anything to compensate for what I consider horrible customer service and lazy business ethic. Designers - BEWARE. Businesses that don't take responsibility for their mistakes are ones that are untrustworthy and unreliable. Someone below has a great review, but you may be the next person that your job "just got lost"... We needed 45 shirts printed for our organization on campus and B Street Hill was able to take on the job last minute. We met on Friday and provided the designs early next morning and they had the shirts done on Sunday all at a reasonable price! B Street hill got the job done, and in the time frame that they said. Working with Will was easy - but ultimately we were not happy with our order. We ordered 1,300 letters, that looked nice, but were all folded the wrong way. Will was kind enough to give us a 14% refund -- but we spent well over 3 hours re-folding the letters the right way. The annoying part was that Will claimed the letters were properly folded, stating: "After looking at the extras here, we've determined that the everything was folded correctly. Our Trifold/Letter fold is folded so that the top edge of the letter is facing forward and visible when stuffed into an envelope. Making the address visible through any window envelope if applicable." My response was: "If the letter had been folded with the print on the outside, then the third panel (bottom panel, bottom of the letter), should have been folded inward (for a Z Fold/Zig-Zag Fold/Fan Fold). This letter was completely backwards, as if it was just put in the machine wrong." Maybe there was a misunderstanding/miscommunication, and Will did give a small refund (4 Stars for that) -- but it was annoying that he told me the letters were folded right, when they clearly were not (or at least our entire organization didn't think they were) (2 Starts for that) -- hence, the 3 Star Review. I initially created my yelp account just so i could leave a review for b street hill... their service was that good! After seeing their good reviews and e-mailing another well reviewed printing shop I decided to call them about a last minute t-shirt printing project for school that I needed to have rushed and finished in a week. After e-mailing Jill and constantly talking to/bugging Will on the phone, they were able to get me exactly what I wanted(Even after I changed my mind last minute!) just at the time I needed it. I was looking to create a customized Christmas gift for my family by having a poem printed on a couple pieces of linen. I had called around to a couple different companies that were going to charge me over $150.00 for a 12x18 print. I found BstreetHill and they were so nice. I got 3 of the linens printed for $27.00! Although I went another route, I'd like to say I appreciate the quick reponse I received. I requested a quote on Friday around 8 pm and received a response arouns 11 am the next day. Pretty quick, especially on a weekend. I had requested a last minute order on 5 t-shirts all customized. He was able to give me a quote and advise me on the different options I had. Will is great. I had an emergency t-shirt need (the day before parade- hello, planning-alert!), and I had the artwork on a Word doc, so Will calls me back pronto; I send him the art work. He confirms that it's going to work on a shirt. Fifteen minutes later he calls me back to let me know the shirt's ready. It was very affordable (a lot less than those chains like Kinkos etc) and Will was very friendly and professional. Drop the chains. Jill and Will were awesome to work with! I am planning my sister's bridal shower from across the country, and I wanted to have shirts made for all of the girls in the wedding. Hey Will, good effort on trying to cover your asses on this one but its not working. First off it was only the 2nd order I had placed with you, you'd know that if you did your job properly. Not only did I voice my concern about the obvious half ass quality shirts to Jill when she delivered them to me, but I also made mention of my dissatisfaction to you over the phone. You probably didn't catch that because you were to busy YELLING at me for not receiving a check that had been mailed prior to delivery of the product. Again, I do not have control over the postal service, and when you change your address shit might not turn up when expected. You and I both know that the product you guys delivered to me was of poor quality. Albeit, I asked for the order to be rushed, but that does not mean that my items should be handled carelessly. If that is how you are going to represent your company then I think people should know the way you operate. You we're incredibly rude to me and there was a complete lack of communication between Jill and I on the graphics. She never sent me anything to approve, plain and simple. Rush order or not, YOU DID NOT DO YOUR JOB!
