About a week later it became apparent that the drain clog which we thought was cleared had one more surprise in store for us. I called A&D for a return visit and they worked it out again. All has been good since then. They also reworked a bad drain pipe and installed a new faucet in my kitchen as well as installing a new faucet in my utility sink. They replaced the shower valve, had a guy come out to fix the tile and came back to install spout and shower plate and handle 2 days after tile work. He was able to come out the same day within the hour. First impression was a straight up guy, down to earth, super nice guy and definitely knows what he's doing. He arrived on time and fixed the problem within 5 min he also tightened a humidifier pipe that was dripping water. He told me I don't need a new hot water heater that it looks good. I appreciated his honesty since I'm a single female and I don't know much about hot water heaters he could've tried to sell me a new one but he was genuine!!! My hot water heater tank started leaking on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I used Angi's List…read moreto find someone to replace it. Within 30 minutes, Dan from Maple Plumbing called me. He asked if I still had hot water, which we did, so he told me he'd be at my house at 9am with a new 50 gallon Bradford-White unit. His quote was VERY fair and we went with Dan to make the repair. I researched Bradford-White vs. Rheem and was glad we took his recommendation. Dan arrived at 8:45am and went right to work. He drained the old water heater and removed it. Then, he installed the new one. He cleaned up everything and was gone by 10:15am. Quality work done professionally at a fair price. I will definitely use Maple Plumbing again.
