Classic Exteriors did a great job with a time-sensitive siding repair! I called them the day after…read morea storm had ripped several pieces of siding from my house. With new storms predicted over the next few days, I really needed someone who could patch up the exposed area to protect it from further damage. Anne from Classic Exteriors went above and beyond in finding someone who was available to do the job on short notice. (and right before a holiday no less!) Mike "Z" came out, assessed the situation, and offered to reattach the fallen siding instead of covering over the bare wall with Tyvek (which was what they originally planned to do). I was skeptical, given that the siding was damaged in places, but he got right to work and did an excellent job!! He reattached everything and used high strength waterproof tape to seal over the cracked areas. This is definitely more than I'd hoped for and I am very pleased with the results! (the price was very reasonable as well) I would absolutely recommend Classic Exteriors and would contact them again for future projects. Thank You!

Apparently they are unfamiliar with the fact that they are on Groupon so I had to call back when someone from the company was in the office to get on the schedule. They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. He came 3/4 times over year of planning, due to our time and other ongoing projects before the contract signing. Carlos and his team installed the Siding. If you do the siding, I would highly recommend you ask for Carlos. He is one of the most humble, customer satisfaction oriented, easty to work with craftman. However, the sales associate missed a few details and later tried to encourage us to pay more, although the contract was ratified. We refused and were prepared to cancel the order. He later came back to say that his boss assumed the additional fee. We were promised the door in 4-6 weeks, but it has now been several months. We received an email that the door would arrive at their warehouse by 2/26/26, yet as of today 2/28, there has been NO communication. If the door is installed, I'll update the status on the installation and quality of the door. At present, I'm not certain that I would recommend American Windows.
