long overdue review... Where do i start, was recommended this spot by someone i knew who told me they were really good, and will get the job done right the first time. First experience dropped of my car to get a full paint job plus body work. Was quoted $2500 by James and given a time frame of 2 weeks. $2500 included body work/paint/materials/labor. 2 weeks passed by and he said he needed more time because he was busy, and that he needed to do more work to the car. More than 3 weeks pass by and i go to pick up my car and car isn't finished and still in pieces after James said it was done! After giving me a million excuses, he asked to give them a few more days so i did. Received the car immediately noticed rough spots, car had not been color sanded, parts of the car weren't even painted. Talked to James and said i need to bring it back he said, ok we well redo it. Never picked up my call again. Supposedly went out of the country for 2 months, meanwhile my clear coat is already peeling in some spots and i was given a "2 stage paint job". Finally after arguing i dropped my car off to B1 and was given a 2 week time frame. 1 week passes by and i called to ask how things were going and Raul the manager said they have not touched my car, because James feels that the estimate he gave me initially was too low. Like are you F***** serious? James gave me the price, i never once low balled him nor asked for a discount. Raul apologized to me on his behalf and told me he didn't understand why James was doing this to me. Finally after an uphill battle bringing up legal issues, James contacts me and says hes been dealing with a death in the family so on. So they worked on my car. Picked up my car before closing it was getting dark so none of the imperfections showed, in the morning i wake up and the car looks like S***. Texted James again and he says he can buff it out, he was supposed to contact me to take it in and never answered or called me again. Had to pay another shop to finish the job these lousy clowns couldn't do. As a business owner, one unhappy customer will RUIN you. BBB had also been contacted. I see a lot of good reviews for this place, which makes me think he gave me bad service because he felt like he should of charged me more, he even told me him and his manager never want to see my car again, and even worse James asked me for referrals... read more

WOW! I needed a rim to be welded after discovering several cracks. I discovered the company via Craigslist! The owner was very friendly and very honest. Old school customer service and very reasonable. My rim was repaired to new condition and rides like a dream. I will be returning to have all my rims reconditioned from road rash. When I arrived at the shop the whole staff was friendly and welcoming to me versus other shops that just stare or ignore you when you walk in. I brought my car in from a hit and run accident.
