I was fortunate enough to be passed down an apartment building through a family member's will, but I had absolutely no insight on how to manage this 28 unit apartment complex. It was our first time moving out, so everything was very new to us. Jack was so responsive no matter what day we would try to contact him. I would receive non-stop complaints from my tenants about the previous property management company and how reluctant they were to implement positive changes to the shopping center I own. I even gave the previous property management company full approval to make certain changes that would benefit the shopping center and tenants, even though I would be burdened with certain costs.
