Cheryl was able to get a guest pass (highly recommend dropping in to experience the gym) and signed up instantly. Here's why: 1. Your muscles will be sore and burn. If you have plateaued with your HIIT workouts, this place will make you feel like it's day 1 again. Lactic acid build up is nice! 2. The price has built in childcare! Average bb sitter is $20-$40/hr. If you and/or spouse wanted to go to the gym, no headaches of who will watch these little miracles. Shout outs to Ava/Eva, Chloe, and the team. They create a chill environment for kids (Bluey/Paw Patrol approved). 3. Trainers that care for your growth. From beginner to well done seasoned steak gym person, each trainer can help you progress over time. Their unique personalities and experience bring a fun, professional, and community building environment. They're legit. Guys/husbands, it may be strange to be in a room full of women. Haha. Not only do my kids love coming, but the workouts are fast (45 minutes) and effective. My strength & conditioning has improved! She's personable, has a quiet confidence about her, and brings a really great energy to class. Her encouragement is firm but never overbearing--she'll push you with just the right amount of humor thrown in, without ever being pushy or overly aggressive. She also really knows her stuff, watches our group closely, and gently corrects technique where she sees it's needed. Plus, her instructions are always clear and easy to hear over the mic. I only wish she taught more classes! She's the reason I look forward to Tuesday nights now :0). Do yourself a favor--take her class! You won't be disappointed.

Multiple times per week, sometimes multiple times per day, they'd call me, begging me to sign up. They sent texts as well with similar frequency. I've blocked the number, but I still somehow get calls from them. It feels manipulative and scammy, and once the calls started it became very clear to me that I was not going to spend a cent on this shit. Good workout, but they absolutely drove me away. I'm actually considering taking them to court if they keep harassing me.

My husband has been inviting me to join him here and I have been too scared to try. I have not worked out in years. Evana, the Fit Body Boot Camp instructor, was beyond rude and unprofessional. In my experience, she spoke about clients in a disrespectful, dismissive way that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The tone and attitude were shocking for someone who works in a role that's supposed to motivate, support, and encourage people. Instead of feeling inspired or supported, I felt judged and talked down about--exactly the opposite of what a gym should feel like. This is not someone who made me feel safe or comfortable enough to ever want to return. In my opinion, someone who openly talks about clients this way should not be working at this type of business at all. A fitness space should be inclusive and respectful, and this experience was neither. I will not be coming back, and I would seriously caution others who value respect and professionalism to not staff a workplace with staffing like this.

Stayed here overnight and this hotel does NOT disappoint!…read more I came here a couple years earlier for an overnight stay, just like this trip I went on. Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say.
