Once the eyebrows are done being threaded, there is an optional cooling gel to be applied. My skin is sensitive so this helps with the redness and comes with a relaxing forehead massage. My lash retention has been pretty good too. They do require lash appointments to be booked a day in advance (no same day appointments).
