The store was typically well stocked and clothes were logically sectioned. While not all of the clothes fit my physique, I could typically find something for each part of a full outfit. Prices were great to excellent and the sales were spot on. The parking lot was large and shared and not too busy depending on the day/time of day. Inside the store, the merchandise tended to be tidy and handled a larger number of shoppers well. Lines at check out could be longer on bigger shopping days such as Black Friday. Even on non holidays, there have been shorter lines. The line wait time depended a bit on how much/what each customer was purchasing.

This has been the case for the last four or five times I've visited this location. I get it. You don't care about my business.

I purchased a few items at the Alderwood Mall Lynnwood Store on 4/6/24 and paid with a gift card I had received. Was chatting with the gal behind the counter about the weather we were having. Left store and got home and my gift card was missing. I know it still had a balance, and was bummed that I didn't get it back. I totally figured that probably someone else would use it and thought it was lost. I decided to go to the mall on 5/2/24 and checked with a few ladies behind the counter and they referred me to the manager on duty. I had my original receipt with the gift card used and its remaining balance on it. She left the counter and went in the back, and several minutes later came back with my gift card! I was so pleasantly shocked! I was impressed that there were honest employees working there! Thank you so much, it wasn't the balance amount, but the fact that I received it back! This speaks volumes about management and training and customer service and satisfaction! You are all the best!!

Then I made a trip to come over H&M in Lynnwood then they asked me show bank statements to prove the purchase to them. Finally I showed them the account from my son phone again then they accepted and take off the Sercurity button on the hoodie. So ridiculous the hoodie value under 16$ we are very disappoint with H&M customer services

Goes without saying - their model is extremely unsustainable and horrific for the environment, but again.... I get no returns for sealed products (perfume etc), but when items are already open and touched by who-knows-how-many people, refusing returns just doesn't make sense.
