Very bad customer service due to bought hoodie for my son the Sercurity button still on employee forget to take it off my son came back after a couple weeks ask them to take the security button off however they asked for paper receipt he showed one of employees his receipt on the phone they refused. Then I made a trip to come over H&M in Lynnwood then they asked me show bank statements to prove the purchase to them. Finally I showed them the account from my son phone again then they accepted and take off the Sercurity button on the hoodie. So ridiculous the hoodie value under 16$ we are very disappoint with H&M customer services read more

Cheap clothes for a cheap price. Obviously, the products here are designed for short term seasonal wear and not something to invest in if you're looking for high quality items that you plan on keeping for longer than a few years. The shirts literally start to disintegrate after a few washes (in cold water in gentle cycles with no heat drying- they still aren't designed to last very long). However, it's easy to throw together a cute outfit on an extremely tight budget with shirts costing as low as $5-$10 on sale... Goes without saying - their model is extremely unsustainable and horrific for the environment, but again.... Store never has anything in stock anymore for Men just like their Downtown and South center Locations. If you're a size 31-33 or medium, forget finding anything. All they ever have are extra smalls, larges, and XXL. I asked a representative why they are always out and he said that was always the case cause they sell out as soon as they get anything in a normal size. I said I've been here 3 times this month unable to find anything ever in a medium, he said that's pretty normal. What the heck happen to H&M??? I only shop at H&M occasionally, as I do not wear their clothes. The last time I came in, I was looking for gifts for my partner's little sister. This location was huge and while the front was well-organized, the further back you went the messier and crazier it got. I found random spare shirts, skirts, etc. that were obviously misplaced and couldn't find the original spot where they were located so that I could get the correct size. There were hardly any people working in the store. The only people I noticed were the ones at the front at the cashier. As for the clothes itself, I can't really comment since I haven't worn it. It seems to be to be Forever 21 prices and quality. They have cute items but don't expect them to hold up for a while. read more

I came today, a Sunday afternoon, in search of fast fashion pants for my son. The wait for a dressing room turned out to be nearly half an hour. Outrageous. I like the cheap clothes in a contemporary silhouette. I don't care for the fact that they seem to have more security on the floor than they do sales staff. The situation with the dressing rooms is inexcusable. I can honestly say at a certain point, I dropped about 300.00 worth of clothes on the floor where I stood and I just walked out. Ain't nobody got time for that. I repeat - half an hour for a dressing room. And to be clear - while the employees have no control over how much time people take in the waiting rooms - the company has control over the fact that they have too few dressing rooms AND the employees have absolute control over the fact that the vast majority of dressing rooms (on the other side of the store) were closed. Horrible experience. Employees seem to forget stores such as H&M are retail. Hey, you sell clothes and accessories. No one seemed interested in helping or even tried. Fitting rooms looked more like a storage area and were not clean. Floors were horribly dirty and dusty. Need to try to reach a store by phone?? Impossible. Only a CS center that can't help tell you if certain items are at a particular store or not. I suppose that's why t-shirts are $6 read more

I don't get it. Every time I walk in here it's so scrambled and there is no flow to the store. It's almost like Ross, dig if you want to find something good. No thanks. I stopped by today to pick up a sweater for my partners dad. In the process, I had already stopped at four or five stores with each telling me sweaters had not yet arrives. H&M was my last resort before throwing in the white flag. The staff was charming and helpful. It had been a long day and they not only offered opinions, but seem genuinely interested in my day. The staff made the experience memorable. In the end, I found a sweater from their higher end line and I am looking forward to giving it as a present. read more

Terrible quality products. Didn't expect them to be that good considering the price. But didn't expect them to be as bad as they did. I bought a few things, and most had flaws. One shirt had a good size hole in it. One said size L on the tags on the back the neck but Said S M on the inside right side of the shirt. Bunch of morons work here. Put something on hold yesterday. I specifically told the guy I was coming to pick it up the following day. He said ok. I come in and ask the guy at the front register if I can grab my hold. He then proceeds to look in both the men's holds and women's holds and comes back empty handed. He says it's not there. People love H&M but I am not one of them. This location feels cluttered and messy, hard to see what's worth looking at - nothing draws you in. The prices are cheap, but the clothing looks cheaper and often shopworn to boot - on my most recent visit I saw more sweaters with pulls than without. The lines are long and there isn't much in the way of sales help. I'll never understand why this store is always jammed full; there's nothing about it that is worth fighting the crowd for. read more

Worst customer service. They have about 5 employees putting clothes back on the rack and one cashier. The wait in line is 15 minutes plus, the poor guy said he's been at the cash register five hours straight. Ridiculous, put the clothes away when you close in 20 minutes and worry about the customers in the store right now. It's called priorities. read more

I am not upset with Lynnwood H & M specifically because this has nothing to do with this specific store, but H & M as a whole. I just called to find out where they are in the mall so I don't waste 30 minutes walking throughout a mall to go to just one store and H & M has just decided to route all their calls NOT to the store, but to an 800 # in a central hub. The rep at the 800# has no idea where H&M is in the mall. That also means if I am looking for a particular item, they cannot check IN THE STORE if they have that item. The 800# people will tell you what is in inventory in their data base, but not what specific color is in the store. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Oh, and the cust rep person told me that the reason they changed this was because customers complained that too many employees in the store were on the phone....that's not true. I've never seen workers on the phone in at least 7 H&M's I've been to. H & M doesn't want to hire more employees so they are having all phone calls routed to a main hub which could be far, far from the store. What a joke!!!! read more

I like H&M clothes. I do a lot of shopping here. I would give a credit to this brand for their nice designs & reasonable prices. However, I agree with most of reviewers on here about their not good customer services. I suppose almost American business owners offer their good quality services.
