Visited the Melrose location this weekend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the lackluster and unfriendly service. The store was nearly empty when we walked in-- just one other couple who left within a few minutes, and two sales associates. The first associate we spoke with was kind and welcoming, but didn't have much knowledge about the store's discount/registry or delivery policies. Not an issue at all-- she offered to check with a colleague, who I assume was a manager or supervisor. That's where things took a turn. The second associate who came over was disengaged, with a dry and unhelpful demeanor. It felt like assisting customers was more of an inconvenience than part of the job. When you're making a purchase of over $1,000 for a CHAIR, you expect a certain level of attentiveness and care. This was far from it. Even asking a simple question of how the item is shipped/delivered (after purchase, mind you) was treated by this associate like we were morons who didn't know their ABCs. It was incredible. *NEWSFLASH: Amazon sells Babyletto. If the model and color I wanted had been available, I would have gladly ordered it there instead-- quicker delivery and ZERO attitude from a disinterested employee. No customer should be made to feel like an inconvenience, especially when making a big purchase. If a commission was earned on my sale, it certainly wasn't due to any effort on their part. Babyletto's showroom is a great option to make your baby furniture shopping easy peasy. Vernon helped during my visit. I loved how it was stress-free and we were able to leave with everything we needed for our nursery. He was knowledgeable, and showed us exactly what we needed. It was such a fun experience and didn't feel sale-sy. The collections have different color options that you can select for your dream nursery. Extra plus, afterwards Vernon emailed a list of items that he noticed we liked which was really convenient for when we were ready to order. The furniture is sturdy, and easy to assemble. My favorite is the Kiwi glider -a must have. I noticed they also make furniture as your little one grows. There's cute bookcases, and play tables that were so chic! read more

Had the best experience with Tiana. She walked us through trying out all the chairs and educated us on each one. She kept our toddler entertained, offered us water and juice and at no point pressured us to buy. We ended up getting a throw and glider recliner that was deliver 2 days later! Beautiful store with really beautiful baby furniture. They have a wide selection of different cribs, dressers, and chairs - it is so nice to be able to see all these styles that I have seen online in person. We saw the Hudson, Lolly, Yuzu and Gelato cribs, they also had some other styles I wasn't as familiar with but were really pretty. I sat in the Kiwi and Sigi recliners, which was so helpful to know which one was going to be more comfortable for me and my partner! The sales team was great, they were able to let me take home some fabric and wood samples and we're not at all pushy about me buying later which I really appreciate. They have white glove delivery and assembly, which was pretty affordable, so I'm going to purchase later when we get closer to the due date! The store entrance was right on Melrose and parking was really easy- they said they had spots in the back but were able to just parked on the street right in front. Overall I really recommend for anyone pregnant to start their shopping at Babyletto! read more

Our nursery shopping was the best, by far, at Babyletto over any other nursery furniture retailer. Upon discovering the store in LA, my husband and I were welcomed in by Annitsa and Tiara and provided with white glove service from start to finish. After seeing, feeling, and being educated about the furniture, we ordered a crib, changing table with dresser, mattress, and additional items bc the service and products are just so stellar. I would have bought my glider from Babyletto too, had I not already purchased a custom-made one from Pottery Barn. Annitsa and Tiara were patient and so pleasant to interact with taking any work for me out of the process. The items I ordered arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. Soon-to-be first-time mommy here, and I am over the moon excited! We've been trying for so long, and now our little bundle of joy is due in December! But let me tell you, finding the perfect nursery theme? Whew! It felt like a full-time job so many options, I was practically drowning in Pinterest boards. I really wanted to walk into a store and just feel inspired, but that seemed impossible... until Babyletto started popping up all over my social media feed. I was hesitant to order online without seeing anything in person, but then, like a sign from the baby-decor gods, I found out the Flagship store was opening that week! You know I had to be there! And wow, I'm so glad I went because that store is a baby dreamland! Every single piece of furniture was so beautiful, I wanted to just take the entire store home with me (my baby might end up with three cribs at this rate, lol). And the staff? Beyond amazing. But I have to give a special shout-out to Tiara, the store manager. She was an absolute angel, answering every one of my 500 questions and even texting me later to follow up. Extremely disappointed with this experience. Vernon in the store was great but the rest of the company is a mess. We were told someone would contact us the next day to schedule delivery. We did not hear from someone until 5 days later via email from an outsourced party - we were actually told it would be delivered by their in house team but then we were told Ryder would but then we actually never got the scheduled delivery. We ordered our baby furniture and were told it would be delivered on a specific date -- but it never arrived. We called multiple times and emailed the company and were promised a call back, and a resolution , yet no one ever followed up. It's been incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially as new parents waiting for essential nursery items. Poor communication, zero accountability, and no resolution. I would not recommend this store to anyone expecting reliability or basic customer service. Spent over $3k to not have any furniture or any proper communication. Avoid at all costs . read more

I visited Babyletto for their grand opening a few weeks ago, and til this day I am still praising the stellar experience, especially since it was the first baby-centric thing I did for myself as a FTM. Aside from the fact that the event had the cutest giveaways and honestly some of the most generous freebies I've ever seen at a grand opening (customized baby goods, temp tattoos, food truck meals, flower bar, aura photo reading, and dessert?!), the customer service was impeccable. I would be remiss if I didn't take the time to give Babyletto the accolades they deserve. With rooms literally full of countless pregnant women and families, I was never left searching for someone to help me navigate my endless questions on cribs and other furniture I didn't even know I needed until I saw the display. Vernon in particular really helped my husband and I understand the differences between several large ticket items and patiently walked us through the color swatches and texture variations. I valued his honest opinions when asked about his own preferences versus popularity, and he left me feeling confident about my future purchases. He even sent a follow-up email on the things we were interested in, which was super appreciated since I didn't fully retain the information overload from the event! All the other ladies I interacted with were also incredibly sweet and upbeat (shoutout to Sam at the tattoo station!), which truly augmented the experience and took away some nerves for what to expect as a FTM. The store itself is soothing with its pops of color on neutral foundations and has inspired me to really start building my baby girl's nursery. I went to this store on Melrose 2 weeks ago with my 8 month pregnant daughter and her parner. We found the chair they wanted and since you cant buy anything in the store I went home and ordered it online. I paid for it got the order number and two weeks later never heard form them about the delivery. I have emailed them twice I went to the store in person nut they open at 11 and it was 10am. As an expecting mother, I really appreciated everything that the Babyletto store had to offer. It was so helpful to be able to see the furniture I am interested in, in person. Pretty much all of the cribs I was interested in online were in the store, but more importantly they had a really great selection of their top seating items in store. I was hesitant to add a glider to my registry without testing out the comfortability, so being able to try it out made me more confident in my choices! The store aesthetic also was gorgeous and helped inspire a few ideas for my own nursery. Plus the price point of the items was really great for how high quality everything felt. We had an amazing in-store experience! We went in knowing we wanted the Pogo, we were so happy to find out they had it in stock in store since we had been waiting for various online retailers to restock the crib and the Palma dresser in the walnut. Tatianna helped us out and was super knowledgeable about different purchasing options, we loved that the purchase included white glove service for delivery to allow you to schedule the delivery and they will set it all up for you. If you're thinking of purchasing any Babyletto products def recommend going in store instead of opting for online retailers. We're so excited to have crossed one big thing off our list having all of his furniture ordered, and their convenience of their delivery service makes everything so much easier since I can't help my husband with the heavy lifting. I am not rating this actual store, I am rating the babyletto line of furniture. It is absolutely horrible. I ordered a nursey set and two of the items came defective. The nightstand was broken and it took about 6 weeks to receive a replacement. The dresser was cracked and they would not come in to the room to place the new one if I wanted it. It weighs a ton and my daughter couldn't move the original and set up the new one. I tried to have them send a new drawer that was defective and they sent the wrong one. Then they sent three new drawers which were an absolute different color wood stain then the original. I have been trying to get resolution from their company since March and keep getting the runaround. My daughter ultimately gave up and kept the off colored drawers. I was promised some type of compensation and I keep getting reasons why they cant. You can't speak to anyone who knows anything. I would run far away from this company. They don't care about you. I wish I could leave them zero stars. read more

The delivery date has now been canceled twice. they gave me a timeframe for the last delivery between 330 and 6 o'clock. They called me at 10 minutes after five to say they were not bringing the furniture two times this has happened not once twice. My time is worth just as money as their time, the excuse was, they didn't want to pay the driver overtime out of the warehouse in Las Vegas I live in Las Vegas . they really need to look into this delivery is a nightmare when you order online. read more
