    Herb Crusted Chicken Sandwich
    Megan W.

Service and ambiance were both nice. I ordered the herb crusted chicken sandwich and it was just okay. The focaccia this use for the sandwich is the same as the complimentary bread they give you. The bread itself is really soft, so it's actually not great for a sandwich because the structure doesn't hold that well. I wish the focaccia had a bit of crisp on the outside like what I recently had in italy. The chicken itself was fine, but since it's breaded I wish the sandwich had a fresh green in is to balance it out. The grilled onion and roasted peppers were good, but maybe some arugula and a squeeze of lemon would work well with this dish. I'd come back to try the pasta since it looked pretty promising.

    Lobster Ravioli
    Yadira P.

The food at this restaurant was amazing and the design was really nice. I went with my husband and I ordered the lobster ravioli because of all the positive reviews. It was indeed, delicious. The ceiling lights were beautiful. The service was also great. The server always stopped by to ask if there was anything we needed. It was a very pleasant experience. I definitely plan to come back to this restaurant.

Fried Calamari and Caesar Salad (with extra croutons) make sure to ask for extra dressing!

Service: 7/10 jake was positive, upbeat and did well given there was a large group of some HS travel team in the restaurant tonight Food: 8/10 May have been what I ordered. Calamari was sizable, lightly fried--should have cooked a lil longer Caesar salad was great--asked for extra croutons but should have asked for extra dressing Mushroom ravioli was tasty, fresh. The sauce is rich, a deep, hearty, savory flavor, would have preferred ravioli in a lighter sauce/fare but overall really rich and tasty The 8 is really because the food was fresh, hot, and tasted homemade/authentic as the restaurant is known for. I'm coming back again and will be rotating through the pasta dishes. Overall 8/10 Got photos of calamari and Caesar but dove straight into the ravioli and did not snap a pic.

BBQ Chicken Pizza Fusilli Ala Nona

The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect for the experience. Whether it's a dinner for 2 or a larger party. The service was incredible. And the food, amazing! My pizza was delicious. I didn't take a picture of the dessert, we just dove right in when it was delivered. I can say we devoured it as well. Already planning another dinner here.

The restaurant was busy in the kitchen was backed up, so there was a little bit of a delay, but the manager did take care of us by offering us a comp salad. We had this Sicilian meatballs as an appetizer the house salad that you entrées we had was the rigatoni Bolognese and the shrimp oreganatta. Both pasta dishes had good flavor, a little bit of spice as well as the meatballs in case you were not a spicy fan. It did have a little bit of a kick. We would come back again.

For my main, I had the Penne Sardi (penne pasta with chicken, wild mushrooms, and caramelized onions in tomato cream sauce; topped with oregano & garlic breadcrumbs and baked to finish). This was heavy and reminded of something you'd get at an Olive Garden. The portions are huge and basically everyone had leftovers for the next day. One weird thing to note - when ordering, the waitress asked if we wanted a soup or salad. This made it seem like the entrees came with a soup or salad but really, she was asking if we wanted to add this on. It was just a matter of miscommunication, but it would have been nice if they were more clear on it. I'm not sure what the Italian restaurant scene looks like in this area (since I was just visiting), but I felt like this was chain restaurant quality at almost NYC prices. Not sure if it's worth checking out.

The host was upbeat and pleasant and I was shown to a table quickly upon entering. It is a fairly open and bright atmosphere but I did notice it tended to be rather loud even if not very full. There seemed to be a lot of banging (almost like throwing?) sounds of plates all around. My server came and got my drink order quickly and pleasantly. I got one of the N/A cocktails from "The Dry Bar" section of the drink menu, called Intern-Earl Affair with blueberries, Earl Grey, lemon, and lavender. I liked this mocktail a lot, good flavors without being overly sweet as many mocktails tend to be. Bread service was brought to the table and while I really enjoyed the inside texture of the small loaf with the oil/balsamic vinegar, the outside was a bit, and unexpectedly, tough. To start, I went with the Wedding Soup and their version is pretty good but not the very best I've had in Morrisville (if you know me, you know where my favorite is...). For my meal, I went with the Carbonara pasta selection but their version includes peas and chicken unlike traditional carbonara. This dish was good, I enjoyed it except it was a bit heavier or thicker in finish than I remember. With carbonara, I tend to think of it as a lighter pasta choice where less is more. Tasty, but pretty heavy here with this meal. My server was always pleasant and helpful, good service this time. I also noticed generally that the prices are a bit higher on the menu these days (sign of the times maybe). In all, a good meal (a bit heavier than expected) with pleasant service for this visit to Leo's Italian Social at Park West Village in Morrisville.

But the rosemary-chicken pizza was largely flavorless and the heirloom tomatoes with burrata seemed to be ordinary tomatoes with mozzarella. The cauliflower starter was also very good but out of place in an Italian restaurant. We got there just in time for happy hour so the early ordering was less expensive. Service was fine. Just nothing special.

Update review 2026:…read more I've been raving about coming back and Georgina's did not disappoint. In the same location. They didnt change anything. Ambiance still relaxed. Focus will be on service and food. We were attended to right away. We both ordered diet cokes. And a cordzza to share for an appetiser and with italian bread knots. Cordozza is like an italian grilled cheese made with foccacia and mozarella im between. Then dunked in bread crumbs and deep fried with tomato cream sauce. One word: Delicious!!!! We used the bread knots to mop up the rest of the sauce. Then we had our respective mains: I got a salmon picatta and my colleague got a lasagna. My salmon picatta was delicious. Salmon was delicious and perfectly done. Cooked and not dry. Just perfect! The lemon sauce on linguini is a little tangy. And I'm already salivating whilst writing about it. I do believe there were little capers in it. And a wonderful pairing it was. Not wanting to leave without our desserts- we each got our favourites. For me, a tiramisu and for my colleague and dear friend- a slice of red velvet cake. It was a wonderful night. Yes... I admit- a lot of carbs. But it was well worth the wait! Will be back again- when I'm in town Just a little sad that I will miss their anniversary event happening in June.

Georgina's may be my favorite Italian restaurant in the greater Triangle area, and that's coming…read morefrom someone who spent most of my life in the great Italian-American diaspora of northern New Jersey. What makes a good Italian restaurant. First of all, it has to have an owner who takes pride in their food, service, AND atmosphere, and Ro, the owner here (short for Rosemarie), delivers on all fronts. The location is perfect, in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The outdoor seating area is spacious and attractive. The indoor space is pleasant. The servers are kind and conscientious (shoutout to Tiffany), and the food is exactly what you want in an Italian restaurant -- great red sauce, all the red sauce favorites, made with quality ingredients (no greasy cheap mozzarella here!), hearty sandwiches and stromboli, great pizza, and some lesser-known dishes. I've had the pizza, the meatball sandwich, the chicken parm (I told you I'm from New Jersey where that's what we call it, though I DON'T call "mozzarella" "mutzadell"), the chicken/mozzarella panini, and the chicken marsala. All of them are perfectly cooked and generously portioned. The broccoli and spinach sides are perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of garlic. The most recent time I was there (April 11, 2026) there was a very young singer of American standards named Liam Rocka. It's unusual to see a guy that young in a porkpie-type hat, suit, and natty red pocket square. This young man has the crooner phrasing down to a T, though he occasionally ventures off-key, because while Sinatra made it sound easy, this stuff is really hard to sing, and it's a delight to see someone this young loving this music. He gets bonus points with me for apparently having discovered Frank Sinatra by watching old Warner Bros. cartoons. The most recent time I was there, I stupidly left my credit card in the folder with the check, and when I called, Ro got on the phone and said she has it, and I went down and retrieved it. And she required me to prove who I was to get it, which is important. I've taken my retirees group here for lunch in the past, and I'll schedule another lunch there soon. At a time when restaurants are increasingly moving to the "fast casual" model, with plastic cutlery and takeout containers, Georgina's is a welcome throwback to the way restaurants should be. Go! Mangia!
