Margaret is truly amazing ! She was so patient, detailed oriented, and very informative on the whole process and aftercare of my baby's first ear piercing. First of all coming in to her office , it is very clean and sanitized so you feel reassured that your baby is getting that quality service they deserve. It felt like a doctor's visit which I liked compared to a mall quality ear piercing. She also let us take our time deciding which earring I wanted for my daughter (we got the clutch back type). I want to start by simply saying that this place is amazing, for those who want a quick review, the owner was professional, kind, empathetic and just made this experience amazing. That being said I want to share my experience. A year ago I purchased a piercing session and earrings (which are beautiful) and took my then 4 year old daughter to our appointment. Despite a valiant effort on the part of Margaret my daughter was not having it, she simply wasn't ready. Usually this would result in me losing my appointment but Margaret told me that if I kept my earrings I could comeback and finish my appointment and get my daughter's ears pierced. I immediately felt relief and appreciation for Margaret for allowing us to simply come back another time, I appreciate peoples time and this was very kind. Fast forward a year later (no joke) my daughter finally felt ready to get her ears pierced. Margaret despite the huge gap in time kept to her promise and we were able to return with the earrings we had purchased from her and finish my angels ear piercings. Margaret was simply amazing went above and beyond for my daughter and I appreciate it. In addition to that she made my daughter feel heard, comfortable and as a result she didn't even flinch this time. Expensive. With that kind of money, the first thing i would expect is excellent service. However, that was never my experience here. I had an appointment, rang the bell, waited outside for over 30 mins. Margaret was inside, did not answer or even care to open the door for me. There are no chairs or waiting seats outside of this place so there is no other option but to blankly stare at the walls and the door. If you, as a customer are late, she charges full fee for your absence. After i left, she later sent me a text saying she forgot about our appointment and she was on the phone. That was her excuse. I drove 40 mins to keep my appointment that day. Attached below are the transcripts from the message exchanges that day of the appointment. Note: I waited for another 10 mins even after saying i was leaving just to see if she would open the door, however, she didn't. Also if you don't believe me about the waiting area go check it out for yourself. There are indeed, a few chairs outside in the hall but those are for the patients of a doctor's office a few doors away from her place. Took my 3 month old to get her ears pierced for the very first time yesterday I kept going back and fourth trying to decide to pierce her ears, Margarets services convinced me because she does not use a piercing gun but some sort of device that has pressure and uses the same earing to puncture the hole so my baby only cried since it obviously hurt but did not cry due to the loud noise that a piercing gun makes she cried for about 5-10 minutes but also because she was being held down she calmed down and was all smiles after and did not show any signs of pain or discomfort. Margaret was super gentle and patient and provided us with an aftercare kit along with thorough instructions she gave my son a stamp to stamp the calendar everyday for as long as we are doing the aftercare the fact she included him in the process was sweet because big brother was terrified for baby sister so that definitely helped. The place is very clean and sanitized and Margaret is very professional and reassures you as a parent before leaving she makes sure you know she is available 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns. Yes they are cheaper options for ear piercings but you get what you pay for we drove 50 minutes and would do it again. For a baby I would definitely spend a little more for a quality and safe service. read more

Would 100% recommend Margaret to anyone needing to pierce their little one's ears. Do not get overwhelmed by the instructions on the website Margaret is wonderful and accommodating. My 7 month old was calm and didn't cry until it was time for me to hold her head in place. She only cried because I restricted her movement and not because of the piercing. She immediately stopped crying when I let go of her head! It seemed way less painful to her than her vaccinations which usually make her scream. Yesterday, my daughter & 2 friends got their ears pierced together at Babypiercing. Girls are 10 years old so felt they were old enough to be in charge of doing the after care. Margaret is warm, kind, thoughtful & gentle. She made every step so clear and treated the girls respectfully, so they felt in control & responsible. Her practice includes the following: -ear numbing -selection of very cute stud earrings 14K -disinfecting earring selected -marking ears with dot for earring placement (Parents input is welcomed. She will explain why she chose to dot in particular place on the ear but parents have the final say) -parent goes in with child for support while ears are pierced. Friends stays in waiting room -in a group, talked about after care for pierced ear. -giving each girl a kit take home which included, witch Hazel spray, small calendar book, marked important dates & small stamp. -lastly, parental instruction but to supervise and monitor. My 4 year old had her ears pierced in September. We we handled with professionalism. My daughter had a bit of tantrum and got very scared. Margaret gave her time to calm down and was very very patient. My daughter changed her mined on the earrings we preordered and thankfully Margaret had some others in stock to chose from. Healing process was long. One of the ears got inflamed and we were prescribed with antibiotics (they helped). My older daughter ears were healing for a long time as well (so is mine) so I think it is more of our bodies reaction.
