I've been here 5 times with really sweet techs. However, this time the lady at the front desk was looking for a reason to argue. You can't add anything to your appointment. You can't xyz. I have zero problem following protocol or policies it was the attitude for me. If you're gonna work with pregnant women you need to at least be kind. I honestly should've walked out the moment she had a sassy attitude. However, I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted in an space. Edith was amazing. I've gone to baby's first photos 4 times now for my two babies. 2 for gender reveal and 2 for 3D and HD packages. Not only are the quality of photos amazing, but the atmosphere is so relaxed and happy. They turn down the lights (which I love because I can't stand my tummy) and play soft baby music. They take their time, even if baby is being stubborn, and do their best to make you feel comfortable and to get the best photos! This last time I was already done and then I remembered that I totally forgot to check for hair! I told Edith and she was like.. "let's go back in and check!" I was so grateful, and I learned that baby boy #2 DOES have lots of hair!!! So exciting. Also- I gotten my gender reveal for both babies and they have gotten it right both times! First and most important!! Big shout out to Sommer, her patience and Professionalism is a reflection of the business she is in. This was our second time here in 2 years looking to know the genders of our grandchildren to come. Today we had Sommer she was attentive, smart and friendly. Once in the room we were all waiting and Sommer did her thing while we were anticipating the gender,she answered all questions and the asked were we ready.. We assured her we were ready and she revealed us the gender... All ecstatic we cheered!!! One major problem.. as grandparents we didn't FaceTime the other Grandma in another state. Had a great experience at Baby's First Photos! The staff was fast and friendly. The ultrasound technician was was super sweet and explained what everything was on the screen (from the hands and feet, the umbilical cord, and even pointed out all the bones when they came into focus!) The room was large with plenty of seating for guests (Note** due to Covid restrictions, you can only bring in members of your immediate household- no complaints from me though because I was finally allowed to bring my daughter who has missed all my ultrasounds to date due to a "no kid" rule with other ultrasound businesses) My pictures came out very clear and I got them the same day! Also, I recieved 2 discs with my order. I believe one is a DVD and one is the photo disc. Highly recommended! read more

Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong folder featuring someone else's baby in which I thought my baby's gender changed, causing me to go into a frenzy since my nursery was already done, etc. My baby was breech and her legs were covering her face so I can't blame the ultrasound tech for this but given the photo folder mishap, would have appreciated an offer to come in for a second free time vs. saying it would cost $25 to come in again since my second time was more so focused on reconfirming my gender given the confusion they caused. I went about 3 weeks ago with my friend so we could find out my babies gender. I was 18 weeks pregnant when I had my appointment. Only my friend was getting that info so they were nice and made sure I closed my eyes when they went looking for the gender and when they did print outs I was still able to get a few that day that didn't show the gender. I also got a CD of all pictures and a DVD of my visit. My baby is a girl and she was being very stubborn so they didn't get the greatest 4D pictures of her face but I am still happy with the results and everything I was given for $50. I'm pretty upset. I went in for a gender reveal at 14.6 weeks. Upon arrival it's seemed nice. But once I was on the bed it felt very cold in the room mood wise. The US tech almost immediately told me that my baby was upside down with legs crossed and that it's two weeks behind my due date. Which isn't true (as far as DD goes) at most I've measured five days behind according to my doctor and my doctor's ultrasound tech. She consistently pushed down hard on my stomach with the ultrasound wand to the point where it actually hurt. She jiggled my stomach around to the point where you could see the babies head bouncing around. It really upset my husband and I wasn't sure what to think. At the end she told me it may be a girl that I would have to come back. And that it would cost me $25. I was OK with that at first because I was expecting decent pictures from my experience even if they didn't include the gender. I understand that sometimes the babies aren't in the right place to have the gender seen and that people can behind their due date... which is fully out of the control of the ultrasound tech. However after I waited in the waiting room for my pictures to be printed I realized that I had no usable pictures for anything. Nothing was identifiable, nothing was worth having payed for a photo of. I'm upset that not only did my experience physically hurt, but I got almost nothing out of my $61 on top of being asked to pay $25 for a redo. Almost every other local US place offers a free redo if there were issues. After sharing this with some friends and professionals my assumption that I got low quality service and photos has been confirmed. I was so upset after my session that I cried. Other US places I've been to went out of their way for me to be comfortable, with good music and easy to see screens. I had a hard time seeing my own us session since I was flat on the bed. At this point I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself some heartache stay local and go to Baby Sightings. They are sweet, caring, and so professional!!! Second update: I did get offered a refund for deleting my review. Only after did the owner come to their senses and decide to send me my refund anyways. I'm now being harassed by the owner/manager for updating my review to recommend another business that I was happy with. Photos posted for proof. read more

We had such a great experience today! Everyone was so friendly. The ultrasound tech did not make us feel rushed at all. She took her time and made sure to ask if we needed anything else. We didn't have high hopes of getting good photos because we are so far along, but she got amazing photos, better than we ever could've imagined. Our baby was sleeping but she made sure to wake her up and have me reposition so she could get great pictures of her. Oh and they had the cheapest prices as well so that's a plus! We went today and had a great experience. I am 33 weeks and 4 days and they were able to get us in right away within a couple days so that we could still get good images before the baby was too far along. We went into a large room with a larger bed to lay on and a huge couch for guests. Being a plus sized mama the larger bed was nice! I told her the drs office hadn't taken their time to take pictures of baby's face since he was pressed up against my placenta and always had his hand in his face so we still haven't seen what our baby looked like and she took her time to get good pictures of baby's face for us which was much appreciated. I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I came in for my first appointment and was greeted by name. After no wait at all they lead me into a giant room with very comfy couches for the family and huge flat screen TVs to view the ultrasound on. The woman was so gentle and kind and apologized for having to lower my pants more to get a clearer view. She was very patient when trying to find my babies gender even though baby was not cooperating. The music they played in the background made my aunt cry it was so sweet. A perfect moment. After trying valiantly I decided to call it good and come back another day. I had two more short gender checks free of charge both with the same level of comfort and professionalism as the first one. Finally on the third try we discovered a beautiful baby girl. My mother is 100% blind and ultrasound photos have little meaning to her since she can't see them so I got a heartbeat doll in the shape of a lamb and gave it to her on easter. She loved it. I went in twice, once for gender determination (too soon for good pics though). Second time for better pics. With an appointment wait time was between 10-25 mins. The ultrasound room is like a little theater, lights dimmed, camera, action! It was too cute having siblings and both grandma's in the room to see baby's first sightings ;) They included the stills, digital CD/movie , and all of the stills on a CD aswell. The woman who answered the phone had the most vile attitude. She was unfriendly, unhelpful, and didn't seem very interested in getting any new business. I let the phone call go and decided to call last week to set up an appointment. My husband and I called all day long trying to get ahold of someone - No answer. We made sure we called on a business day, within the business hours, so that wasn't the problem. I went as far as to leave a voicemail with my number and nobody ever called me back. No thanks. 11/30/19: Before making this Yelp review, I was actually offered to come back for a fee of $25 NOT free(let's get that straight). Three hours later is when I received a message from the same number that confirms your appointment that they actually wanted to make it a free ultrasound instead of the $25 and I had barely received a comment on my Yelp Review saying that I got a free ultrasound to make up for the mistake. SMH.
