Booked this 4d/3D ultrasound last minute around 11:30am and they had available appts within two hours. I called and the receptionist was friendly she went over the packages and i picked one. My mom was visiting from out of town so we wanted to surprise her. We showed up on time and they moved us in quickly, they sat us down went over details let us take pictures, made my girlfriend feel relaxed, even the baby inside was happy moving around. My health insurance only offers 3 ultrasounds so having an extra 5 ultrasounds, helped ease my anxiety. You can also bring up to 9 guests and the whole family can join in. UPDATE: I received a follow up call from the ultrasound tech 6 days after my appointment to let me know she was thinking about us & sorry about the experience we had. Perhaps it was my misjudgment about the girl who worked the front desk & maybe she didn't understand my situation, but all it took was a phone call from the tech to make me feel like I was valued & to send me condolences that changed the way I feel about this business. Thank you for reaching out to me during a very difficult time. I don't know who works at the front desk, but she has always been there since I've been going last year. She is the RUDEST employee & shouldn't be there. I was told at my ultrasound that my baby didn't have a heartbeat, which was devastating to us since we were almost in our second trimester. When I stepped out of the room, she was there at that desk & literally shooed us out of her area with a rude hand motion & sharply told me where the waiting room was. EXCUSE ME. I just walked in from the waiting room. I know where it is. What I don't understand is how you can't give me two seconds to cry in the hallway on my way out of the building. You deserved to be fired. Nobody with half a heart would treat someone in my situation like that & I am ashamed to have crossed paths with this girl. Will never recommended solely to her. Location, office & ultrasound tech were all phenomenal. Beautiful area & kind tech. This girl ruined everything for me during the most traumatic moment of my life. Disgusting. Don't work in customer service if you can't treat fellow people, especially someone who just found out her baby died, with dignity & kindness. read more

Oh wow! My boyfriend and I just had our first visit to baby sightings (for the sneak peak package) and have absolutely fallen in love! Because of COVID or general business at my dr's office, my first ultrasound wouldn't be scheduled until November. Being an impatient first time mom I just couldn't wait. I had family members who planned their gender reveal with them and was excited to know they did ultrasounds and pictures at 8weeks! The office decor is so beautiful and the moment you walk past the door leading you to the baby room, everything feels serene and welcoming. Kind of like the comfort of the womb lol Our technician Cherry was so sweet, gentle, and knowledgeable. We felt safe to ask questions like "wait what is an yolk sac??" It's a no for me. They advertise 1st looks from 8-12 weeks and since i couldn't get a ultrasound done at my doctor until next month I figured why not go get my little cute black and white first look? Easy and cute, right? Boy was I wrong. The tech told me i couldn't be more than 3 weeks pregnant and she couldn't see a thing... the problem was my blood work and LMP would put me at 8-10 weeks. So obviously I freaked out assuming something was horribly wrong and called my doctor. Go in, and the REAL ultrasound showed I was almost 9 weeks and baby's heartbeat was nice and strong. This place might be great for gender reveals but they absolutely should not be advertising and taking money for first looks from 8-12 weeks when they obviously aren't able to see it with this method. Waste of money and unnecessary stress for this mama! 2 stars since I'm sure they do a good job LATER in pregnancy. read more

I am a traditional surrogate for a couple in WA, so of course, the parents wanted to see their growing baby! Now what's so cool about Baby Sightings? Well, the parents couldn't come down to see the ultrasound in person; however, they were able to watch it live from their computer, as Baby Sightings streamed video/audio to them! Later they could re-watch it with extended family as the video was saved online for them. Beyond how amazing that is, the technician and receptionist were both friendly and professional regarding my unique pregnancy. Although I would not recommend ultrasounds outside of medical necessity, Baby Sightings was a great way for the parents of the fetus I'm carrying to bond with their growing child even while not being able to be here to witness it in person. read more

This was my 2nd time coming into this facility and my experience was the same as the first. They were very pleasant and professional. I am so happy with the quality of my ultrasounds. On June 22nd we found out our third baby was a girl! It was such a surprise we thought we were having a third boy. I'll start by saying the technician was beyond kind and patient. This was my first and last time here. I called earlier this week to book an appointment to find out the gender of my baby. They ask me how far along I was and what kind of appointment I wanted. I told them I was 13 weeks and I just wanted the basic package to find out the gender. I get there at the time of my appointment and I check in and they tell me they can't do a gender check because I'm only 13 weeks. Come to find out the owner booked my appointment and never had the decency to tell me they couldn't fulfill my request for a gender check at 13 weeks. I had family there so everyone took time out of their day to go to this appointment with us. What a waist of my time! read more

I went in on Saturday to get the gender of our 3rd. Cherry was our tech and she was amazing! The office is really nice, clean and professional. I love how they put the mom's to be names on the chalkboard out front. It felt really personalized and it helps the realness and excitement set in. The room you go in for the ultrasound is really comfortable, clean and pretty. Cherry was really sweet, she didn't rush us and made us feel really comfortable. We explained that only my mom was to know the gender because we were going to find out at our gender reveal party the next day. She took her time letting us look at the baby, explaining the different body parts growing and when it came time to look for gender, she smoothly turned off the big screens, checked for gender, and put the results of the gender in to an envelope and gave it to my mom. She encouraged us to come back to get a good look at features around 20 weeks? (I'll have to call to double check on the timeline she suggested) I can see how this would be a really fun place to go to with a large group though too Thank you, Cherry! I traveled to Bakersfield, Ca recently to see my new grandchild. I'm so glad I did. Baby Sightings was unbelievable. I've never seen anything like it before. I could see what my granddaughter looked like before she was even born and she even waved to me. It was so emotional. It was such a great experience. A memory I will never forget. I had a great experience at Baby Sightings. The staff was professional and friendly from the moment my family and I walked in the door to the time we left the building. There was plenty of space in the ultrasound room for my family. There's a large screen for everyone to see the baby comfortably from their seat. After receiving pictures from the technician, we walked back to the waiting room to receive more goodies from the front desk staff. Against one of the walls, there is a backdrop with props to take your own pictures for free. I would definitely come back again, if I have another child. I stumbled upon Baby Sightings by researching online. I liked their website and made an appointment. It was super easy and the lady that answered the phone was nice, helpful and informative about what I needed for the appointment. My first appointment was the gender reveal mostly performed in 2d and I had one more appointment later in the pregnancy for optimal 3d/4d viewing. Both experiences were great. I have precious pictures of my little girl due in March along with her heartbeat recorded into a little module and a DVD of both ultrasounds. The facility is clean and cutely decorated. The staff is friendly and the ultrasound room has top of the line equipment and a big ( I do mean big) monitor for crisp and clear viewing and the room also accommodates extra family members for a nice experience all around. I am glad I came here and I will be back for my future pregnancies. read more

The tech was so good and let you know "this is the foot" " this is the hand" and so on.
