This location is right off Lone Tree Way near the movie theater and has tons of parking. I come to Chase to pay my car note and have had my fair share of bad customer service at some locations but THIS location was AMAZING. My father and I walked in and and was greeted by a lovely man named Travis. He instantly greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. Lines are very short on the weekends and the bank tellers are amazing! Very helpful, big shout out to Bo for helping me and Gabriela for going out her way to find out an answer to a question that I had. To shorten I wasn't allowed a cashiers check to put a down payment on condo, and was also refused service at the teller line to pull 40 dollars. Mind you, not once did I yell, curse or even be disrespectful. When I told the BM I'm moving have you ever moved? She got up and dismissed me like I was a peasant. I went over to Antioch branch, spoke with Vincent and he resolved everything and listened and allowed me to vent about my experience. He was a banker, manager, therapist, and someone that I feel truly cared. My recent experience was not very good. A representative called me to make an appointment about a CD and I decided to take him up it on the offer. I went to the appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, and he was still with his previous customer which is fine. Until it was my turn. I waited for 15 mins. He didn't even come and acknowledge me or say how much longer he'll be. So, I told the manager and he was not helpful either. Anyway, in the future, if you're going to call someone in, to sell you products or what not, you should take the time to acknowledge your customers. So they don't leave. I been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years, I think they can do better. Although the wait was substantial because there was a lot of customers, the process was very smooth and informative. I chose right to bypass the online application because the person that helped me was very friendly with lots of information about the different accounts that were available. Like Patelco, my first CU, Travis offers great services without the bloat of your regular banks. Solid 4-stars with my first interaction with Travis Credit Union.

Last night I went to this bank to use the ATM machine. Chase on Main Street & Empire I withdrew…read more$320 using my CitiBank card. I intended to directly deposit this money into my Chase account. The ATM machine dispensed 3 counterfeit $20 dollar bills amongst the bills that I received. I noticed the bills felt thicker and looked strange. When I tried to deposit the money into my Chase account the same ATM machine would not take the bills it just gave me. When I called Chase this morning they would not help me. They told me to call CitiBank. Even though it was their machine that has the counterfeit bills in it. Do not use this ATM machine! I have an Oakley PD incident report and CitiBank is now disputing my transaction. But this could take 45 days. Someone in the bank had to have loaded this machine with fake money. ATM's can detect the counterfeit bills going in but obviously not coming out.
