To shorten I wasn't allowed a cashiers check to put a down payment on condo, and was also refused service at the teller line to pull 40 dollars. I went over to Antioch branch, spoke with Vincent and he resolved everything and listened and allowed me to vent about my experience. He was a banker, manager, therapist, and someone that I feel truly cared. Last night I went to this bank to use the ATM machine. Chase on Main Street & Empire I withdrew…read more$320 using my CitiBank card. I intended to directly deposit this money into my Chase account. The ATM machine dispensed 3 counterfeit $20 dollar bills amongst the bills that I received. I noticed the bills felt thicker and looked strange. When I tried to deposit the money into my Chase account the same ATM machine would not take the bills it just gave me. When I called Chase this morning they would not help me. They told me to call CitiBank. Even though it was their machine that has the counterfeit bills in it. Do not use this ATM machine! I have an Oakley PD incident report and CitiBank is now disputing my transaction. But this could take 45 days. Someone in the bank had to have loaded this machine with fake money. ATM's can detect the counterfeit bills going in but obviously not coming out.
