GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Let me start by saying that although I don't bank with Chase I do like to give props when props is due. This location is right off Lone Tree Way near the movie theater and has tons of parking. I come to Chase to pay my car note and have had my fair share of bad customer service at some locations but THIS location was AMAZING. My father and I walked in and and was greeted by a lovely man named Travis. He instantly greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. Lines are very short on the weekends and the bank tellers are amazing! Very helpful, big shout out to Bo for helping me and Gabriela for going out her way to find out an answer to a question that I had. This branch has limited business staff to help you. And if they have some appointments scheduled and free time in between they will not take you as a walk in per Eppi. They need help. I had a 1130 appointment and it's 1145 and he was still not ready. I had to reschedule for later to even get my business account opened. It's a bank right? But probably the worst location, lazy employees. I went in for a deposit, $1k in cash and $3 in coins that I want to get rid off. The lazy Hispanic teller told me he can't take coins since he have to count them, it must be in a roll. So I told him I would want to exchange the $3 in coins for bills. He rolled his eyes and give me the $3. Then I make another deposit with that $3. You want to waste my time? Fine, I will waste your too. read more

Was accommodated immediately by manager who was so pleasant, pulling a teller to provide us service. All I need was to add my spouse to my account. The other branch at Delta Fair informed us they have no time since we arrived at 4:20 pm yesterday & we need to make an appointment. They said we can also try walking in the next day, which we did. Unfortunately they insisted we make an appointment because the lady was fully booked but it was just me and my husband waiting, like it'll take adding my husband to my account forever. Took us only 15 minutes at this lone Tree branch. Javier is also very pleasant. Total night & day demeanor between Line Tree branch and the awful Delta Fair branch. read more

12/27/25-HISPANIC looked like middle age Lady with the chistmas nails was Trash! Came to cash check from popular place"PIc n pull" SHE acted like it was a seize on property. Her facial expressions told a lot. She asked second person to come stand. I asked if there was a problem? Her tone of voice was very condescending! Which in return pissed me off. Raised her voice had to put hand up for her to stop. Bottom line she was acting like i was doing something wrong. Asked her who else could help. Agitated while at the window talking to my Daughter on the phone about the situation. I said some cuss word can't remember, but the other teller tried to tell me to walk off, which I politely told him he should mind his damn business being that he wasn't no help.Asked for supervisor or manager, she said Dee and Vic were not available. No manager. THEN turned around and said there was a person in the back, but they was on the phone and I could wait so before they could blow me off I asked for the managers info and for their phone number.THE kicker is kept trying their phone number and it doesn't go anywhere. If you have to see a banker, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, they have several people however no one is available to help you, unless you have an appointment, which is not stated on their website nor their mail or anywhere on site ... I asked to speak with the manager so I could at least ask her a question regarding a letter I received from their bank, that couldn't be answered by the teller and I waited a good 10 minutes and no one ever came out. For transactions is good and that's why I give them an star, the tellers although they are usually on their AirPods or looking away, once they acknowledge you they are nice and pleasant. read more

If I can give Chase bank negative stars, I would. Government issued check was withheld for almost two months with no valid reason. All requested documentation submitted. The check cleared the day after it was deposited and funds were put in a Suspense account bc Chase closed our account due to inactivity. SMH!! The so called "Back Office" are outsourced help who were 9 out of 10 times difficult to understand. After facing possible eviction and a visit to the ER due to the stress caused by this bank, I finally filed a complaint on the CFPB website and low and behold, we get a call from a Chase representative the following day and a check was generated and overnighted. Never ever dealing with this bank again!!! read more

Chase sent me an email to verify my email addresses. They require codes to verify it, but the system kept not taking the code that I had to call in to get a code we kept repeating the same cycle eventually I got in. All for the rep to tell me,they sent the email message in error. What type of horrible service is that? read more

I don't like the service at this branch. I seems like this branch is a training ground for new tellers. When I do more complex banking transactions, such as wire tranfers, I don't feel confident that the teller knows certain intricacies of the process. I don't have this lack of confidence with other Chase branches. Also, the bank manager(s) may think they are working hard to achieve excellent service, but the end result doesn't appear as such. read more

This bank is at a shopping center so plenty of parking. The have two atm's outside but no drive through. The reason I give a 2 Star was I had cake here I deposited cash and the atm froze up as I was doing my transaction. I went inside they acted like it was no big deal and told me to call the 800 number. I deposited $600 and it was a big deal to me and I refused to call a number when they can help me there. They gave me my $600 back after they really didn't want to. I don't think I should twist anyone's arm for my own money. Only come here if you really need to. read more

If you have to make an appointment,Be sure to wait two weeks to a month to get in and have the patience to be cancelled multiple times due to a glitch in the system that nobody at the branch is willing to fix or even take responsibility for. Wow. Just don't even bother. I'll preface this by saying I have had some good experiences with Chase overall, so I think the company as a whole is OK as far as soulless banking conglomerates are concerned. This branch just flat-out sucks. To make a long story short, I took out a couple of accounts and just got told what I wanted to hear while conveniently omitting key information that led to my account being converted with NO notification given to me. When I called to talk about this, I got the manager thinking I'd get some assistance from her. Nope! Got the proverbial corporate boot-to-the-throat and got told they were in compliance with federal regulations, and that's that. They offered to "check" to see when and where notifications were sent as a customer service....great. Take your money elsewhere, I beseech you. read more

This chase poor service I experienced depositing my check from my employer, who deposits into my account regularly DD. I wasn't told my funds would be held no explanation about why. I like Chase as a whole but man....clean your ATM machines. I've literally never seen machines that dirty. The kind of dirty where it was so noticeable...usually I'm thinking of germs...but this made me think of skin infections and losing a finger. read more

I came in today to have some of my savings bonds cashed out. The young lady had only done it once & did not remember 100% how to go about again seeing since the address on mine was different from my current. One of her coworkers immediately helped the two of us out & we got it done within 10-15 minutes. The girl was very patient & even though it was only her second time cashing our savings bond, I could tell she knew what she was doing once she started the process. The staff is very polite & more than happy to help you out. read more

i was here 4:50pm friday 10/19/18 and the woman at the counter was so mean to me it was disgusting. shes like this every singe time im in. last time i came in with a ripped check and she yelled at me for being stupid and not going outside to deposit (the machine doesnt take ripped checks) and let me know she didnt want to do her job. and on friday i came in with coins and she was rolling her eyes at me making sure i saw and she was saying how she "hates people like me because im probably poor and dirty" i was STUNNED at how this old woman was speaking to me!!! i tried to get her name but she refused to give it to me, shes in her 50's was working far right behind counter, white black outfit and dirty blonde/red hair. everyone else working was young. fuck you read more

This bank gives terrible customer service. with the exception of one lady (usually near the business transaction register), the tellers give bad customer service. I use the branch frequently for deposit/withdrawal transactions, which for the most part go fine. I am also a coin collector, and have attended the branch to purchase coins. I went in asking for half dollars, and was literally laughed at. the kind lady who was helping me asked her coworker if she had any halves, and her coworker started to look. the other tellers looked as well, but then started laughing at my request. one of the tellers said "who buys halves?" as she continued to giggle. every time I have asked to buy coins, I have encountered similar situations. I understand it is a strange request to buy coins, but that does not make it okay to laugh at a customer. I am after all, a member, and it is the job of the teller to assist the customer as best as they can. that is customer service. needless to say, I do not go to this branch anymore. read more
