Now, the extraordinary thing about Mister O1's pizza is that they take the traditional Romana-style approach to pizza -- thin, light, and crispy. Unlike the glorified sponges sopping with oil that you find at your local Pizza Hut, these pizzas were so light on the stomach that bloating is nonexistent, and some of my more gluten-sensitive friends have even been able to enjoy their pizza without any issue. If you're full-blown Celiac or vegan, don't worry; they've got vegan and gluten-free options too! Then came the Chicken Bacon Ranch (Ranch sauce based, chicken, crumbled bacon and mozzarella cheese (no red sauce)). This one was a lot of fun. Usually chicken on pizza is served in chunks that are too big, but this chicken was diced, so you got chicken and bacon in even amounts in every single bite. It was really cool. Big fan.
